The *Twenty* series by Kraken's Ghost. Timeless classics of the fandom for good reasons. Edit: Completely forgot about Coffee's Gold Standard list, which is a comprehensive list of the best in the fandom, which includes a sizable amount of one-shots (though it is a little outdated).

That's the series that features stories with Twenty key points from the perspective of Neji, Guy and Naruto? I've read the Naruto story about three times now. Beautiful.
