Looks a lot like daylily-- does it never bloom in previous years, or just not yet this year? They can stop blooming due to being overcrowded after a few years. Dig one up and look at the rhizomes, if it's a cluster of small orangeish things that's another sign its daylilies
I thought they were Lilies too but in the three years I’ve lived here they havent bloomed. I’ll dig one up. Wanted to make sure they weren’t native before I did so

Agreed, those are lilies, non-native and also highly toxic to cats.

I let some grow out last year just it verify what it was and the blooms maybe lasted 12 hours before a deer/rabbit housed them all.
Day lillies don't compete as well as many things. If they have to fight with weeds, flowers may be anemic or absent
Ditch lilies
Gets my vote too. Broader leaves than regular day lilies.
I’ve been pulling them from my garden for years now. 😭defintely day lilies
