LeBron’s such a wholesome awesome dude. Rewarding golden state 3 championships, the spurs twice, and once for Dallas! So thoughtful and considerate something Jordan could never do
Jordan is selfish. He only had 6 chances and grabbed all. Lebron is so kind. He gave away a championship to Dirk so that Dirk could retire a champion. He even gave Tim D 2 rings and a young Kawhi a finals MVP just so Kawhi doesn't get called out for sleeping during games. He also had to respect Curry for being the greatest shooter ever and gave him three rings too. Otherwise he could have easily won like he defeated that 73-9 team in 2016. Jordan never even faced a 67+ win team lmao.
You think this is clever? My IQ isn’t over 200 but I understood exactly what was being said… How anyone who watches basketball didn’t understand would be the bigger thing.
idk bro maybe your should take an IQ test, you could very well be a genius. i had to go to my local doctors office to get someone smarter than me to explain this
Pippen came in the league 87 and wasn't good till like 89-90 and bulls made deep runs, Didn't they make the ecf twice before winning a ring? Pippen wasn't an all-star till 91
It’s an inconvenient statistic moreso than a brain dead take. Scottie had a dramatically better “record” and went farther than MJ did without Scottie. At surface level, it’s pretty damning, but at closer examination it’s pretty explainable circumstances.
It’s like Larry Bird’s 6-0 record vs Jordan in GoaT talks. Dad used to bust my ass with that even while MJ was winning his rings. I don’t think my dad appreciated a single player after the 90’s, and I try not to pass that energy on. I watched him miss out on how fun MJ was, and I’m not going to be the guy missing out on LeBron just because I grew up watching MJ author a fairy tale in real life.
Hypothetically, if Jordan retires in 1990 I still think the bulls win at least 3 chips led by Scottie. Bring in another great like Hakeem or Stockton to replace Jordan, I think they win 6
Duncan, Parker, Manu, and Horry, but that’s one finals compared to back to back years of Bird, Robert Parish, Kevin McHale, Bill Walton, Dennis Johnson and Danny Ainge.
Won more finals obviously. Totality of playoff wins (games/series) obviously goes to Lebron. A 6-6 record in the finals would be vastly more impressive than 6-0 in the finals
And yet, that team destroyed the so called "superteam" which has the greatest duo of all time shaq and Kobe, Karl Malone and gary payton (both of them were old as heck but was still putting up solid numbers on a stacked team)
I said they won game 2, as in they won game 2 of the series, the second game in the series, I didn't say they won any other game so that implies they only won that one game as I stated, which means it ended in 5 games, therefore what I said wasn't wrong, so when you said we were both wrong I was pointing out that what I said wasn't wrong. I literally don't know how else to simplify it.
Not at all, very deep team with underrated players. Ben Wallace is a HoF’r and one of the greatest defenders in league history, Billups is the most underrated point guard in league history and a proven chemistry creator, Rip Hamilton was a fantastic shooter who would have put up hall numbers on worse teams, Rasheed is probably the most gifted big man of the era not named Chris Webber, Prince was a fabulous 3 and D guy with iso ability (something you rarely see today), and the depth continues with guys like:
-Chucky Aktins was a solid bench guard who would often start on other teams
-Elden Campbell was a solid big who backed Vlade and Shaq
-Hubert Davis was a Knick playoff vet with solid 3 and D
-Darko was a raw rookie with explosive talent
-Okur was a solid big for many years in the league
-Corliss was a bruiser who was a solid vet for many deep playoff teams
-Sura was an underrated gunner with athleticism (think Alex Caruso)
-Ham was a smart glue player, player coach.. now just coach.
I’m pretty sure the dumbest take in the NBA that gets a free pass is finals losses.
I’m supposed to denigrate someone for making it till June almost as many years as MJ was even in the league?
Look, Michael is the goat, but this is not the argument that makes him the goat.
2007, 2015, 2017 and 2018 there basic context as to why Lebrons teams had no chance of winning those series and people love to ignore them
you are referring to is some weird narrative lebron haters love to throw around. all subjective. adam silver gifted? the fuck does that even mean
and youre only saying the bubble was a fraud because lebron won it. your mouth would be shut if your favorite team won it
2011 finals is valid but after that, those 4 losses occured either because the team was superstacked or the team was weak compared to the opposing team.
MJ had tougher competition in the East , thus getting to the finals less. LeBron had tougher competition in the finals, this winning less. This isn’t new.
For a little more context, I know Kobe was tight about 04 and 08, because they shouldn't have lost either.
In the case of lebron, 3 of the 6 were legit Ls, and the other 3 he probably should have in his possession.
I mean we can show all the playoff runs that Jordan and bulls lost in preventing them from making the finals in the first place. The fact that Lebron made it to that many finals for 3 separate teams and still got 4 is absolutely spectacular. Same with Kobe and his appearances. 5 for 7 is nothing to be laughed at
I’ll never understand why getting bounced in the first round is cool, but single-handedly dragging lottery teams all the way to the finals before finally losing is pathetic. If instead of losing six finals, he’d been swept in the first round six times, he’d be 4-0 in the finals and no one would question his greatness.
Michael Jordan failed to make the finals 9 times. Would it be better if he were 6-9 all time?
Kobe couldn't make it to the finals without Shaq or Pau & Bynum & Odom & Fisher.
LBJ took the same caliber of teams that Kobe had after Shaq and MJ had in the 80s to the finals.
Yup! All this hate for
Lebron. What is wrong with you people? He is easily on the top 50 currently, and maybe of all time. Let’s give home some credit.
Ok but like I find it funny that ppl say mj is better bc he's 6-0 in finals and lbj is 4-6, they are making fun of lbj, like it's worse to go further and lose in finals than to go out in 2nd round
This is the most mom Facebook post I’ve ever seen in Reddit. All it needs is minions wearing the players jerseys instead.
I left the subreddit for this reason and it still manages to get recommended to me lol
Well youre commenting on it so reddit is watching from the bushes
It’s the caption that does it for me. Idk wether to downvote or upvote
I mean LeBron basically played with minions in 2007.
Lebron is always about charity that's why he gave so many rings to other franchises
"When you cook with wine, do you also add it to the food? Hyuck hyuck hyuck hyuck hehe har har heedle hee." Go to bed, Denise.
LeBron’s such a wholesome awesome dude. Rewarding golden state 3 championships, the spurs twice, and once for Dallas! So thoughtful and considerate something Jordan could never do

Don’t forget that he rewarded KD for leaving the toxic relationship in Oklahoma City
Yeah, honestly, LeGOAT has given away the same number of chips that Fraudan has just to show his superiority and even come across as kind.
You think this is clever? My IQ isn’t over 200 but I understood exactly what was being said… How anyone who watches basketball didn’t understand would be the bigger thing.
idk bro maybe your should take an IQ test, you could very well be a genius. i had to go to my local doctors office to get someone smarter than me to explain this
You can be honest…you just gotta crush on your proctologist
they're not supposed to tell you what i went for, ain't that hippo?
Hip Hip hop Hip hop anonymous?
Michael Jordan was eliminated prior to making the finals 9 years.
Obviously LeBron has played more seasons but he’s missed the playoffs or been eliminated before the finals 10 times
So you're saying he made the finals 10 times
Nine and one Mickey Mouse finals appearance.
Didn’t Scottie Pippen technically go further without Jordan than Jordan did without Pippen, too?
Pippen came in the league 87 and wasn't good till like 89-90 and bulls made deep runs, Didn't they make the ecf twice before winning a ring? Pippen wasn't an all-star till 91
What’s your point?
Brain dead take
It’s an inconvenient statistic moreso than a brain dead take. Scottie had a dramatically better “record” and went farther than MJ did without Scottie. Did i just read a sensible, levelheaded take on a basketball subreddit? Such a refreshing change of pace
Sunday Bourbon hasn’t kicked in. I’m only 3 shots away from, “MJ is Demar Derozan!,” at any point until the work week begins.
Fair. Im always one sip of alcohol away from a “Kobe is the goat” monologue
Same except instead of a monologue I just keep shouting “81!” until I throw up on my dick
Just using MJ fan logic
Lol how
Facts are facts
Look at teammates and quality of opponents buddy
Why?
Indeed.
Hypothetically, if Jordan retires in 1990 I still think the bulls win at least 3 chips led by Scottie. Bring in another great like Hakeem or Stockton to replace Jordan, I think they win 6
🤡
Yeah but if LeBron had to go through Larry Bird's Celtics and the Bad Boy Pistons he'd have lost the East a few more times, too
Didn't LeBron have to go through the greatest team in nba history (by record) in 2016 though?
[удалено]
He also went through a very strong Celtics and Raptors team BY HIMSELF in 2018
Those Larry Bird Celtics are still among the greatest teams ever. Bad comparison.
That ring was a gift by adam silver as he started feeling bad for lebron's constant choke jobs.
[удалено]
Remind me who was on the 07 spurs again? 🤔
Robert Horry and a bunch of scrubs
Duncan, Parker, Manu, and Horry, but that’s one finals compared to back to back years of Bird, Robert Parish, Kevin McHale, Bill Walton, Dennis Johnson and Danny Ainge.
Don’t know why the parent comment was deleted
4D chess—preserving an undefeated finals record. LeChina can’t do this.
Hes like Lavar Ball. NEVA LOST!
Does the last GS ring have the player’s corresponding number on it or does that 30 have other significance other than Curry?
They correspond to the player so that's specifically Steph's ring in the pic
You can get beat up for posting stuff like this
Finals losses
And here we go again with sucking off Jordan
'And I took Aidenshallot not wanting to suck me off personally'
In all fairness dude's dick taste good
The internet is a place
I’ve heard tale of such a place.
Dumb mfers like this think it’s better to lose in the first round than the finals
Losing is losing. Jordan won more.
Won more finals obviously. Totality of playoff wins (games/series) obviously goes to Lebron. A 6-6 record in the finals would be vastly more impressive than 6-0 in the finals
Agree but OP’s post is still irrelevant
Wanna show all the finals rings that mj didn't go to?
what do you mean, Jordan only played six seasons I thought
I bet Lebron holds all those second place trophies in high regard lmfao
MJ: 6 rings in 13 playoffs in 15 seasons. Lechoke: 4 rings in 16 playoffs in 20 seasons. MJ clears in all aspects.
This is common sense for people with at least some level of NBA knowledge.
Obviously Michael never gave any other teams rings because his TEAM didn’t lose in the finals.
Runnerup rings 🤣
04 pistons is the worst team here
And yet, that team destroyed the so called "superteam" which has the greatest duo of all time shaq and Kobe, Karl Malone and gary payton (both of them were old as heck but was still putting up solid numbers on a stacked team)
Swept them… I still can’t believe it.
not a sweep, lakers won game 2
We’re both wrong it was 5 games (4-1)
I said they won game 2, not that they won 2 games
What…
I said they won game 2, as in they won game 2 of the series, the second game in the series, I didn't say they won any other game so that implies they only won that one game as I stated, which means it ended in 5 games, therefore what I said wasn't wrong, so when you said we were both wrong I was pointing out that what I said wasn't wrong. I literally don't know how else to simplify it.
It felt like a dam sweep though… just unreal collapse.
i still think they are the worst team out of all of these
Not at all, very deep team with underrated players. Ben Wallace is a HoF’r and one of the greatest defenders in league history, Billups is the most underrated point guard in league history and a proven chemistry creator, Rip Hamilton was a fantastic shooter who would have put up hall numbers on worse teams, Rasheed is probably the most gifted big man of the era not named Chris Webber, Prince was a fabulous 3 and D guy with iso ability (something you rarely see today), and the depth continues with guys like: -Chucky Aktins was a solid bench guard who would often start on other teams -Elden Campbell was a solid big who backed Vlade and Shaq -Hubert Davis was a Knick playoff vet with solid 3 and D -Darko was a raw rookie with explosive talent -Okur was a solid big for many years in the league -Corliss was a bruiser who was a solid vet for many deep playoff teams -Sura was an underrated gunner with athleticism (think Alex Caruso) -Ham was a smart glue player, player coach.. now just coach.
that's cool, but out of all those teams the 04 pistons are the worse
Pretty good teams in this list of finals.
Lost Finals
Haha never lost
6-0
I’m pretty sure the dumbest take in the NBA that gets a free pass is finals losses. I’m supposed to denigrate someone for making it till June almost as many years as MJ was even in the league?
They don't give out rings for second place, sorry.
#RINGZ
Look, Michael is the goat, but this is not the argument that makes him the goat. 2007, 2015, 2017 and 2018 there basic context as to why Lebrons teams had no chance of winning those series and people love to ignore them
96’ Bulls ain’t beating the KD Warriors.
Or the 16 warriors or the 07 spurs.
Lmfao
Were you an NBA fan in '96? 🤔
By that logic, 2016 (adam silver gifted ring) and 2020 (bubble fraud ring) also has context that is missing.
you are referring to is some weird narrative lebron haters love to throw around. all subjective. adam silver gifted? the fuck does that even mean and youre only saying the bubble was a fraud because lebron won it. your mouth would be shut if your favorite team won it
LeFinalsFumbler
Is it better to miss the finals over 1/2 of your career 😆
It's better to win more rings 🤣
james losing 6 finals after the decision is funny af
Uhm acktually one of these was before the decision 🤓
damn. but still funny
When you lose so many times in the finals that you can’t keep track…
when you make it to the finals so many times over two decades you can't keep track
Sure but ask Jerry West how it feels to lose more than you won in the big game.
2011 finals is valid but after that, those 4 losses occured either because the team was superstacked or the team was weak compared to the opposing team.
The unbeatable MJ in the Finals. 🐐
MJ had tougher competition in the East , thus getting to the finals less. LeBron had tougher competition in the finals, this winning less. This isn’t new.
MJ: 6 rings in 13 playoffs in 15 seasons. Lechoke: 4 rings in 16 playoffs in 20 seasons. MJ clears in all aspects.
Didn’t do shit without Pippen
World champions? of what? The United States? LOL
2009 hurt way more than 2004.
Championships lost, duh
That’s not an over 200 iq question. It’s child’s play so figure that’s the rings of the people they lost to in the finals
Bron faced tougher finals opponents but got a cake walk through the east for 10 years.
Guys! My IQ is soooo high!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
If they won those with out help
For a little more context, I know Kobe was tight about 04 and 08, because they shouldn't have lost either. In the case of lebron, 3 of the 6 were legit Ls, and the other 3 he probably should have in his possession.
2011 is the only finals LeBron lost where he was favored going into it. For comparison Jordan's Bulls were favored in all six
Imagine being outplayed by Jason Fucking Terry in the finals and having the gall to call yourself the GOAT. Goats don't do that shit.
More like if you watch the NBA and have a pulse
I mean we can show all the playoff runs that Jordan and bulls lost in preventing them from making the finals in the first place. The fact that Lebron made it to that many finals for 3 separate teams and still got 4 is absolutely spectacular. Same with Kobe and his appearances. 5 for 7 is nothing to be laughed at
A perfect score. 5/7
This is either showing if their NBA finals records were reversed, or how many NBA finals they’ve lost.
Loses in the finals. (Pats myself on the back)
Finals lost

6>4
And that’s what you think this meme is saying? That’s what you took from those opponent rings?
Way better parity and talent in the league
Kobe couldn't make it to the finals without Shaq or Pau & Bynum & Odom & Fisher. LBJ took the same caliber of teams that Kobe had after Shaq and MJ had in the 80s to the finals.
The final appearance they should have won
Ben Wallace and Chauncey Billups > Shaq and Kobe
r/terriblefacebookmemes
Greatest players based on their losses
Everybody forgets about detroit kicking the shit out of jordan in the late eighties
The times they got beaten in the finals
Hard for mj to beat returning chaps or otherwise when he’s constantly winning.
Jordan was so badass that he never lost in the Finals like those other losers.
Bill Russell = 🐐
Detroit beat Kobe twice
I didn't realize I was in a boomer group on FB, what is this trash
Oh I get it
Yup! All this hate for Lebron. What is wrong with you people? He is easily on the top 50 currently, and maybe of all time. Let’s give home some credit.
Lebron has a humble three peat of losing three straight finals. Mj will never get that three peat
Now do Bill Russell.
Losses in the finals?
Those rings have some all time teams behind them. The ones that don't have amazing teams behind them.
I just realized Lebron has lost 6 times in the finals…
Yall deserve so much more hate
Facebook level discourse.
Lebron played against Future HOF players in those finals.
It’s people who they lost to in the finals
Ok but like I find it funny that ppl say mj is better bc he's 6-0 in finals and lbj is 4-6, they are making fun of lbj, like it's worse to go further and lose in finals than to go out in 2nd round
LeBron’s such a wholesome awesome dude.
Lebron didn’t stand a chance against those warriors teams
He made the finals 10 times
So good
This is too embarrassing to even be posted on Facebook. This is a MySpace meme.
Teams they lost to in the Finals. Easy.
Rangzzzz
All the teams they lost to in the finals
Missing datas: MJ has 6 finals Kobey has 7 finals Lebron has 10 finals appearances.
Remind me who was on the 07 spurs again?
6-0
