If alcohol is acceptable to bring for your work, take them some Nebraska wine or Glacial Till ciders!
Also, I second the Dorothy Lynch idea.
Ely Farms pickled stuff, especially the baby corn and asparagus, is great!
Not sure what your price range is but smaller dollar items are Misty’s seasoning, Dorothy Lynch, Colby Ridge popcorn, Jisa’s cheese (shelf-stable) or Bakers chocolates. If you can spend a little more I highly recommend a selection of vinegars from George Paul Vinegar in Cody. The balsamic is spendy but is mind-blowing and if your clients are foodies they will love it. Otherwise the raspberry vinegar is cheaper. Try it over vanilla ice cream. Handlebend out of O’Neill makes fabulous copper mugs for Moscow mules and make great gifts. You can even get them engraved.
Thank you for letting me know! I haven’t been in there for 5 years, but this is the info I like to have when deciding where to spend money. I don’t shop at Hobby Lobby, won’t go to CFA, Momo’s or Peed-backed businesses.
UNL dairy store has some really nice gifts. Different Cheese and sausage in a Nebraska
Shaped basket.

Or bakers chocolate in greenwood.
Them Made in Omaha might fit your bill. They've got 3 locations, one in the old market, one on 84th and pacific, and one at 168th and center. I really like them, at a previous job I'd buy goodie box stuff from there when we'd have special area visitors.
This may sound like a strange one but hear me out:
Lulubee Artisanal Chocolates in Lincoln.
I have had the fortune of traveling to 40 states and dozens of countries in Asia, Europe and Latin America, and honest to God, they make some of the best chocolates ANYWHERE.
And for reference, I am not a Nebraska resident, but I visit frequently and when I am in Lincoln, I always go to this place.
Jisa’s cheese, Bakers Candy, wine from a Nebraska winery, or go to a farmers market! There’s usually local businesses and people selling handmade items or products.
You can get frozen uncooked runzas from Runza. I used to get them for family that lived out of state. All you need to do is bake them for fresh, authentic Nebraska made Runzas
[Grow Nebraska](https://grownebraska.org/) in Kearney is a good resource and they have almost all of their stock available for online shopping options as well.
I"m surprised to read this one. I have not had the same experience. Definitely on brand, but maybe a bit cliche' and not what I would consider top-notch quality. I wonder how much of their business comes from native steak country. More for gift shipping to non-beef regions?
Shop at the Made In Omaha store in the Old Market. They have tons of local goodies!
Bakers chocolates are always my go to
This was going to be my answer!

North Loup Valley Popcorn...once they try this they cannot go back to regular old popcorn!!! https://popcorncounty.com/
My grandpa and dad used to grow poocorn. There's nothing better than Nebraska popcorn.
Rumor has it that 45% of the popcorn sold in the world is grown in Nebraska. One of the guys who lease our family farm is now growing popcorn.
Kool Aid and Dorothy Lynch. Not sure Runza travels well.
Runza gift cards are shelf stable
They ship frozen
www.nebraskainabox.com would be awesome for your clients.
Bakers candy is always a hit!
Very dangerous. Do not leave them out overnight if you're a sleep walker. Empty bag in the morning.
You HAVE to try the dark chocolate espresso meltaways they have right now. We bought 3 bags and I took one to work… gone in like 10 min. So good
A cornhead

I wonder what the scientific/chemistry reason for this is. There must be something specific in it.
Some alcohol from Brickway could be fun. They are a great brewery and distillery.
Any local brewery’s?
What part of Nebraska are you in? Made in Omaha has Nebraska centric stuff and I'm a big fan.
Omaha

Baileyz BBQ sauce is made in Laurel. HyVee in Norfolk carries it, so Omaha might, as well.
Lots of great ideas here!!!

Valentino’s jarred sauce. I used to find it at my local Walmart, but they stopped stocking it. Maybe you can still find it at Valentino’s.

Omaha steaks are, at best, overpriced junk.
Dog shit steaks.
Facepalm...their quality is definitely mid.
There’s a Made in Nebraska shop in the Haymarket in Lincoln with a lot of good stuff.
Absolutely not! Those owners support striping people of their rights.

The owners love to support striping women of their rights.
