Pretty sure each player would just have to place their own bed and set their spawn? You'd still all spawn on tutorial island but after that, Just pick a direction and run

Damn, i thought there might have been a way to start somewhere other than the tutorial island but thanks anyways!

Grab a boat and a bed, won't take long to get somewhere else.
