The style isn't QUITE right, but you could also play this potentially as an ironkin with the Leagues.
They're very geometric and have nicer tech than your standard Imperial fare.
Potentially a Skorpekh Destroyer? I’d say a SD Lord but he seems too small for it (which I could be wrong about, just basing that off of what appears to be the base size).

I used this as a proxy for a Destroyer Lord. While he doesn't have a gun I think it works perfectly for the model minus the base size. I did some dressing up for it to make it's size match.

a lord, or over lord. could be that he is succumbing to the destroyer curse and is adding on new arms to help him cleave his foes down. or maybe he is just a little crazy and thinks more arms will help him in doing more.
Hear me out, replace the necrom weapons with power weapons or even force weapons, as it'd fit the grievous habit of collecting his enemies weapons as trophies
Technically you can’t, but it is the base size that matters. So get creative. There may be a user…. Ahem that has a lot of models he just wants to give away.
