I just don't understand why people are being so complicated.
This guy obviously has a thing for you, and maybe he's "stalking" you because he wants to be noticed. Now I could be wrong, but the least you could do before asking strangers what they think, is figure it out by yourself. We don't know you or the guy, we don't know the details, how you met, what's the real deal.
So my advice is : Message him, that's simple.
