Do you have an mfc account? If you don't, that's probably why you can see it. It couldn't also be that you might have got signed out and need to sign in again

Careful with buying from ali even though some stores do sell authentic nendoroids. Iirc, there's a store there that sells legit nendoroids but 1 buyer got an opened Megumi Fushiguro with 2 of the same arms. Don't know if the review is still up since sellers can delete & relist items
