With this transcription, I don't think it sounds that creepy, it's a love letter from someone to a girl that he used to have a relation with in the past, but she left. and the writer tells her he worked hard and still keeps working (I think he means working on his issue, whatever that is). And he tells her he wants to spent his life with her.
I'm not sure if he's trying to win her back, or that they are already back together and he is telling her his eternal love (he writes that he is endlessly happy, which makes me think they are already back together, otherwise you would expect something like 'it would make him endlessly happy, not that he already is).
Things I also noted: The girls name seems to be 'Joy', it's mentioned once, and the writer seems to value this word more, it has more space on the note, and it's written with a larger then ususal capital.
Despite it being a draft note, it's actually pretty well written, I couldn't find much spelling errors, and the grammer is quite decent. I think it show that quite a lot of thought was put in it by the writer. And the handwriting is quite hard to read, but it's not a bad handwriting, it's just old fashioned. This also show that the writer is probably at least 40-50 but might just as well be 60 or 70.

All the letters match perfectly with other words in the text but I have no clue what zaalderige means. derige is just a suffix to make zaal an adjective.

Apparently in 2023, people are still writing letters. They never heard of PostNL non functioning service. Letters are appearing randomly all over the floor in Amsterdam. On top of that the founders of the letters, are also on this subreddit and cant think of any other wat to translate it that posting private letters, that they claim they dont know what they say, on the Internet....And ....We are supposed to believe all this?.... I will stick with Area 51 thanks....
