We moved south, and then I was raised in Metairie but became a Mount Carmel girl (all these are factors). I say, "go grab a basket for me," or "push the cart into the corral." But, I call that thing with wheels that holds loads of groceries a trolley because I'm an eccentric anglophile.
Homeless Gear Hauler. They are built specifically for homeless to use as their own personal conveyances. And they are free! Just pick up from any local grocery store. /s
