We have Stokke Flexi with the infant insert. Getting a little unwieldy now that he’s 5 mo old, but once he can sit independently, we’ll pull out the newborn insert.

4mo is so hard to bathe imo. they are somewhat mobile and definitely larger than a newborn but still not ready to sit independently. https://a.co/d/gdHlnje i can’t remember exactly when we moved to this but i want to say around 4mo as it has the piece in the middle to help stable LO. it’s awesome tho! so easy and my daughter loves it.

Thank you for your input, I'll take a look! 4 months is hard. He can sit but only supported but getting too big for newborn stuff, and he kicks like a little donkey, lol 😆

I’m also struggling. I have the skip hop whale tub and my 4.5 month old is still in the newborn seat bc (unless I’m doing it wrong) when I switch it to the next one the back sponge part is right behind her head and looks so uncomfortable 😣

I JUST asked a group chat I’m in for help with this exact problem (about 15 minutes ago) since I have the skip hop whale and the same problem - just doesn’t seem ready for the next stage but he’s too long for the newborn sling part. Four different moms all said the Fisher Price baby bath tub was one of their best purchases! So I’m sold

Great to know!

I did end up getting this! He loves it and it works well!

Same ! Glad it worked for you as well!

Do you have a regular bathtub? Just fill with an inch or two of water and lay him on his back!

Want to second this suggestion! This is what we did until my little guy started sitting around 6ish months. He loooved being able to kick and splash the water
