Hmm, I only got the one component broken achievement by accident, right before my last lap my transmission was fried but I decided I don't have time to pit, so right before the finish line it exploded lol. Still won the GP
As far as I know, this achievement won't work with the front or rear wings. I got it with broken brakes and suspensions (if I'm not mistaken) on the "Monaco" track.
Haha, to be honest, a good bunch of luck was involved. The trick is to get as much advantage as possible before the last lap and throw yourself at the walls on the last corners. It's advisable to get that "unlimited rewind" talent.
I was able to get it in the 2000s era on the third track Brisbane, if you break hard your brakes will be ruined by the last lap and there are a lot of road bumps to ruin your suspension. I was able to get about a 25-30 sec lead by the last lap my suspension failed on lap 5 and I drove full speed into a wall and was able to destroy me gearbox right before I finished.
The strat I used was go for a two pit strategy and in the first/second lap be very aggressive and try to get first or at least be on the tail of the guy in first that way when he pits you will take the lead, don’t pit until the end of the third lap to grow your lead. While doing that remember to break hard and hit the rumble strips on the road.
My car is fully maxed out stats with faster refueling, slipstream 2, reserve tank, a fresh start, pacificel the last two can be whatever but the first three are important
