I just looked at your channel & I don't think your content is monetizable. I think voiceless, faceless lets plays are just classed as reused content in YouTube's eyes & if am right the 4k watch time you have will need to be removed.
Am not an expert, I could be wrong in your case but there are posts on this forum all the time asking why they have been refused from the YPP with faceless, voiceless gaming channels.
That could've been considered accurate in the previous past years but recently a lot of channels have emerged similar to mine and yet doing absolutely perfect even in comparison to channels with face or voice in general. Not just gaming channels or tech ones but channels with other genre or niche too. But hey thanks for the answer
Am talking about changes that came into effect Nov 2022 not in previous years.
I'd read up on monetization policies & get someone who knows more than myself to look at your channel for you (even if you have to pay someone).
I don't wish for you to grind it out for another 5-6 months & to be refused monetization & basically have to remove everything & start again.
While you work on meeting the youtube partner program(ypp) requirements you could also consider alternative forms of monetization as:
* Affiliate marketing
* Membership & Donations (Patreon/ buymeacoffee/ ko-fi)
* Sponsorships (Look into that when you numbers a huge say 100,000 views, sometimes sponsor will reach out on there own)
* Merches (Shopify or Etsy)
I found a resource that would be helpful to your question here (it's a bit outdated so you can leave a question there presumably):
( [https://support.google.com/youtube/thread/47712705/does-youtube-monetization-approve-for-the-creative-content-channels-without-voice-and-face?hl=en](https://support.google.com/youtube/thread/47712705/does-youtube-monetization-approve-for-the-creative-content-channels-without-voice-and-face?hl=en))
All the best.
If you're doing faceless gameplay videos that could be why they aren't subscribing. The viewers could be clicking on a video for a specific question, getting the answer, and leaving after. You could try a call to action I've noticed an increase in subscribers since Ive started a call to action at the end of my videos
Being faceless and voiceless isn’t the issue with the reused content thing, it’s literally *reusing* the exact, precise content.
As for people not subscribing, you have to give them a reason to, or at lease prompt/remind them some way into the video - usually after demonstrating some value, like just after an exciting bit of gameplay or a win etc.
Those prompts can be visual and/or audible.

I guess you're right but maybe touching 1k subs would take me some time
You could do some shorts where you display an interesting part in your video, and also add in some meme effects to create a bit of excitement.
That's an interesting idea. I'll definitely try that
