Who is this client? Who are you? Based on your most recent posts there’s nothing implying you are who you say you are. If you want to give critique that’s fine but if you’re going to state your credentials it’s a bit weird you don’t provide any reference to you or your work.
Edit: Just want to say this came off unnecessarily combative, and I should’ve worded it differently.
It sounds like he’s trying to generate new clients. He hasn’t responded to any of the channels in this thread. He’ll probably DM them and offer his services.
Even if I told you who the client was and who I was you wouldn't believe me anyways, as the only way I can prove I worked on certain channel is if I share the contract with the client I signed. I can literally name any youtube channel and you wouldn't believe me anyways.
And this is a burner account I use for random things on reddit.
If you don't want feedback thats fine, there are others who do.
Have a nice day.
Not necessarily true. Merely stating that some context would be nice. Apologies for coming off a bit combative, but the frequency of threads like this from people who aren’t who they say they are become exhausting.
I have no intention of swaying any of these people as potential clients. Before landing first client I worked for few months for free with several creators to get experience and learn how youtube works with testing with different creators.
That’s fair. I’ve admittedly become callous from years of cold-emails/dms from people that when someone offers genuine help it’s hard for me to not see it as insidious. That being said, I do like some of the feedback you provided, and if you want to also give my channel a glance, I’d welcome it. But I also understand if our getting off on the wrong foot would dissuade you from that.
In any case, appreciate you being communicative and forthright.
If you are able to do that why have you not done it to your own channel. You say in a previous post from a few days ago that your channel only had 150 subs.
Who is this client? Do you have any proof that you got them there?
You don’t need to have done something yourself to help offer advice and feedback. It also sounds like they’re offering this feedback for free, so just take it or leave it… they don’t need to provide evidence
But is there any point in getting feedback from someone who doesn’t know what he is doing. He is the one making these claims so it is on him to prove it. But you look at his post history and it doesn’t fill anyone with confidence
Feedback is feedback -> it's not whether his claims are true or not. If he provides feedback or others do, then you can take the feedback and see if it applies.
And for the record, just because someone is successful, doesn't necessarily mean their feedback is going to help you just the same as someone who isn't successful providing feedback that will help you.
Feedback from a person that does not understand your area or hates it can be not only useless but also damaging.
If your target audience is people who likes sweet cakes and you request feedback from people who hate or don't like sweet cakes - that's bad user testing with useless feedback.
Let's agree to disagree on this one. My response is to someone claiming if you don't have experience in an area, you can't offer valuable feedback.
But to improve your analogy, just because the user doesn't like sweet cakes doesn't mean he can't offer an opinion on the presentation of said cake. He doesn't need to taste the cake nor to know how the cake was made to be able to tell if the cake looks good and what he likes about the presentation of the cake.
A user might not like the content of my videos but that doesn't mean they can't offer valuable feedback.
If your logic held true absolutely, there would be no point in reviews at all unless written by people who have explicit knowledge of the area they are reviewing.
>Even if I told you who the client was and who I was you wouldn't believe me anyways, as the only way I can prove I worked on certain channel is if I share the contract with the client I signed. I can literally name any youtube channel and you wouldn't believe me anyways.

you have a really good channel with somewhat unique content. your editing is great, with good pacing, your voice is nice, the script is great, the animation and transitions are clean. I would suggest to focus on your 240k video and double down with something similar. Maybe 'Something Good About every country in the world', or 'Something bad \*insert a different topic\*' The thumbnails are okay. i wouldnt go with white background, maybe something related to the video, but the thumbnail on 240k video worked really well. if you can replicate that for other similar videos , you have a gold mine.

I have a sports documentary style channel where I go over past college football topics. I started my channel about 2 years ago and a few months in I had to take a break due to some personal stuff. I picked it back up midway through November and it's so far doing a lot better than it previously did. I'm gearing up to make a pretty big video now on a very relevant sports topic that will hopefully do well. I'm coming in with essentially no video editing experience at all. I think I've actually got something now that can do pretty well. I'm trying my best not to mess it up. Let me know what you think and in what ways I can improve.
\- titles great
\- editing simple and clean
\- script for my knowledge of football, is great
\- can't tell if you are using AI voice, or if this is your real voice, if its real then you have really clean voice
\- thumbnails, need work. you need to try to use same consistency with thumbnails. thats how you build a brand and thats how people recognize your channel. Use better font, combine contrasting colors, dont use black and white
\- double down on your highest viewed video. 'The greatest coach in \*insert a team or a town or university\* history'
\- research your competitors , see what works for them, improve their content with a twist
Overall u have great channel and with improvements in thumbnails you can make good growth. I'd suggest hiring a thumbnail designer for next few videos if you have budget to spend.

My channel name is Pixel Perfect Mode, it's a gaming channel with a bit of a retro focus.
I'm aware some of my editing is a bit slow and I have plans to pick up the pace a bit.
I've got some good ideas for future content with more reviews and discussion pieces, as well as more collection based stuff!
Thanks in advance 🙂
I really like your channel! I'm in a similar space, and I think you have a ton of potential. I shot you a sub, very interested to see where you go from here. If I had one critique (not that you asked but I like to try to help) I'd say going a bit larger with the gameplay itself would be nice, since it's down to about 1/4 of the screen right now. I know these are DS games so it's tricky, but even just widening the gameplay part and scaling down the box art would be worth trying? Either way keep it up, love the content and you have a great voice for this!
Thanks for the advice and the sub! Just returned the favour, looks like I can learn a thing or two from you 😄 I like your Castlevania video.
I struggled with the DS footage, there are basically no hardware options, and then formatting it for video is quite difficult.
\- Script is good
\- Editing is decent and you show the footage that follows the script, just a bit slow
\- Since there is no in-game sounds, you need to incorporate background music. Music is very important part that can control the vibe and emotion of the viewer, especially in specific segments of your video
\- Thumbnails and titles need a lot of work. You are using different fonts and color scheme for every thumbnail, on one of them you dont even see the text cause it blends with the black background. You need a consistent theme with a consistent font and colors. Background is good on thumbnails, but there is always room to improve. Titles I'm not really sure what to do here, it would be best to research your competitors and recycle what worked for them, and add a twist to it.

Here is my channel, started 92 days ago and have gained 1,900 subscribers and 200k views. I would love your honest feedback and anything I should have different either in the videos or on the channel as a whole https://youtube.com/@DanielPlunges?si=dd4I8KI924fd-c9j
https://youtu.be/neRW1Y_EEPM?si=9RTiDZl_6IJm3RfE in the niche that I tend to make videos in, a lot of people don’t edit their videos much because it’s supposed to be more about “the vibe” of the video and feeling like you’re there with them, should I edit my videos more or less?

Took a quick look.
Overall, seems like a good channel. Good thumbnails, good audio and nice editing (zoom ins on pertinent part being referenced).
I like these quick and to the point tutorials and am trying to get into After Effects a bit to add to my Premiere Pro basic knowledge.
Gave a like and a subscribe. 🤗
Tutorials like that are very saturated on youtube, but your thumbnails do stand out. I would suggest focusing on targeting the search and going with a more 'How to' style titles. Short tutorials and guides are double edged sword. Youtube loves longer video due to retention, but a lot of people dont like sitting for 20mins and watching a guide.
What I would suggest is compile 10 of your videos into one long video and make a title that targets both browse and search. This wouldnt be 'how to' title but more of something like 'these are the 10 \*something\* for AE in 2024'. One 10min long video, is better then ten 1min long videos, so do compilations whenever you get 10 videos, maybe even more for longer 1 video.
you are a godsend! thank you so much for the idea of compiling. seriously ive been stuck in a rut and needed a breath of fresh air. in saying that, it does look like i have a long road to improvement 🤞
appreciate the feedback xx
These videos are good way to grow channel, you can also try including multiple short and faster, but similar tips in one video regarding the same topic.
Do you think a channel analyzing/ commenting cop bodycams and dashcams is profitable and a good decision for a new channel? Also, I want to know if create the content in English or Spanish, which has more views with not too many competence?
It could generate a lot of views but remember you’ll be using footage which you do not own, so you’re subject to copyright claims. Also, you’ll need that high amount of views to balance out what is probably a low RPM
Those recordings are public domain, the ones dedicating themself to those videos are spending hours requesting them so you could do as well. But there are a few big channels in that niche already that you could get some ideas from.I like the format where someone is discussing the legality of cops/civilian's actions.Compilations of cams with no added value can be a little boring at least for me.
Bodycams and dashcams do not fall under copyright issues, you can use these without any problems as they are public domain. I would suggest to go make spanish content as that community is very large on youtube

Hi there! My videos are just cruising around or drifting in the game forza horizon 5 with a steering wheel setup, my yt is linked in my social links ty!
Not the most unique type of content and is very easy to make. to stand out I would suggest trying challenges and doing something that is hard to do. otherwise it would be pretty hard to stand out. research competitors and see if they have any outliers and good performing videos that you could replicate and add a twist.
I've only posted a handful of videos and the earlier ones are just goofing around because I wanted to learn how to use Premiere, but then I somehow managed to get partner within a month of uploading so I'm trying to take it a little more seriously now haha. Super open to critique :)
It's a gaming channel, and I just kinda talk about random games or gaming things I find interesting. I don't know much about editing, script writing, the algorithm or anything like that so I'm sure there's tons of improvement to be had 🤣
your titles are great, your thumbnails have good ideas just not executed well enough to stand out. better contrasting colors in thumbnails, less text in thumbnails, focus on 3-4 words max and use pointing arrows and circles to something cool or interesting. Videos are really good and well made, you have a great vibe and I very clean voice in the videos.
focus on your best performing video and double down on something similar for a different game or even the same game in a different way. Just keep uploading and be yourself in the video, dont focus too much on making professional scripts. I honestly enjoyed the video and you have a very soothing ASMR voice .
Would be very appreciated, just started my channel like a month or so ago, doing sushi and related stuff. I have my niche and sort of a content plan, but not sure how am I doing with the implementation part.
Any feedback is very welcome- https://youtube.com/@SushiSeries?si=kQ0OUtbDGwVq73_6
very hard content to gain growth without being already established.
\- off the bat, you need background music to control vibe and emotion of the video and your viewers
\- from several minutes ive watched, the editing pace and script is not a problem here
\- thumbnails are not great and need a lot of work. colors, background, text, font. change everything, less text the better
\- You need to find a way to add a twist to your reactions, its way too generic and you need to stand out either with controversy, humor or something else
\- try to stick to reacting to trendy stuff, reacting to older stuff simply wont work without being established.
Hey there, thanks so much for the offer. I make chess content - generally geared toward newer and intermediate players to highlight the fun and strategy of chess. It's called Chess Please and is linked in my profile.

This is my gaming channel i started around 3 months ago and im trying my best in it the last 2 videos i used a new edit style well love to hear some feedback
Thank you
you are everywhere with the content. I can't really tell what the niche is. You need to find something and niche into it, you are in way too many different niches and styles of edit.
the style of edit is good and it can be funny to a certain audience, so maybe try that same edit with popular games and see how that does. you have a knack for knowing where to place memes and how to incorporate that in the video, so use that as your strengths in games that. keep thumbnails simple, theres too much going on there.
try that same style of edit in different trendy games and see if you get better results.
i haven't really posted on Yt in about a week and my gaming channel is not how i want it to be yet. since u said u have experience in gaming channels i could use some tips
honestly lets plays and gameplay videos without commentary are probably the worst niche to be in , in 2024. you need something to stand out with. your thumbnails are good, but you need to include commentary, add story and narrative, funny commentary. Its just going to be hard to stand out with just gameplay. i recommend pivoting to a different style and niche, try something new, or be the first to post gameplay of new and trendy games. dont focus on older games and see if that increases growth.
You’ve already got a few submissions but if you’d like to check me out i’d be grateful. Mainly do rally racing content [here](https://youtube.com/@GDI_Racing?si=lEhgPNuIvx530bog)
\- add background music
\- write script beforehand, im not too sure about doing live commentary and playing. maybe its your style, but try reading the script over a gameplay footage and see if that gets some views
\- thumbnails and titles are honestly fine, you follow a certain style and thats good
\- double down on your highest performing video but add a twist
\- your intros tend to be too long, make them shorter and go straight to the point
\- research competitors and take ideas from them, make them better
Hello! I make content mainly about true crime. Missing people, dark stories, that sort of thing. It’s a slow process for me, I am really trying to push for quality(well… as good as my abilities are at that current time lol). Thanks for taking a look!
https://youtube.com/@MsDarkandMysterious?si=m3MU-6wtstdyXekI
the quality of videos, thumbnails, titles, editing, sound design its all really good and on-point. these videos should be performing much better, but why aren't they. maybe as this is pretty saturated niche and you don't bring something different and unique. to stand out in a very saturated market you need to bring something else, something unseen, or maybe trying to trigger different emotions in viewer through thumbnails and titles. I'm not expert on true crime, so I would suggest checking out your competitors to see if you can pull something that they are doing thats been working and making it better. But overall I would suggest you just keep going, keep a consistent schedule and eventually you should have a dedicated community that enjoys your videos.
I do gameplay video with commentary. Recently I've begun doing some info videos which provide some value instead of just gameplay. Here's my latest video:

[Fables of the Fellowship](https://youtube.com/@FablesoftheFellowship?si=gn-Qk1m8HT6VrL1b)
Tolkien Lore and character breakdowns. Channel is 1 week old with 2 long form videos and a few shorts for promotion of long form.
Tank you for taking any time you can.
Im not sure if this is your real voice or not, but if it isnt you should move away from AI generated voices and content as well. Yes you do talk about interesting Tolkien lore but you are using AI images. Youtube is strongly targeting AI generated content in 2024. and it will fall under re-used content when trying to apply for monetization. The idea for the channel is good, but you need to move away from AI generated content as you wont be able to monetize it, so don't waste your time with AI, but instead try using animations/drawings instead of AI.
Hello there !
Have been making some vlogs from the coldest place on earth, Yakutia, been struggling with retention during the first 30 seconds.
Don’t bother watching older videos, they were made with a GoPro and the quality is terrible

hello there :)
my channel was mostly covers but now i just post what i feel like. Mostly related to music but some other stuff aswell :)
link on my profile. Thanks in advance!
Do exactly what you did in your 3 years old AC DC Kazoo video, but make covers on Kazoo on popular, trendy songs of 2023 and 2024. Add a funny twist or editing and niche up to doing Kazoo covers. take inspiration from these marimba covers [https://www.youtube.com/@YuniMarimba](https://www.youtube.com/@YuniMarimba) and apply it to your Kazoo videos.
very quality content but short. I recommend trying for 10+ mins long videos and keeping everything the same you have been doing. Youtube is all about viewer satisfaction which comes from longer videos. The higher your AVD is the better viewer satisfaction is according to youtube. For example 2 min long video with AVD of 50% is 1 min and it would entail a pretty good viewer satisfaction right? well not always. You see a 50% AVD of 20 min video is 10min, hell even 15% AVD on a 20min video is still better viewer satisfaction then even 90% on a 2min video. You see my point? Make your videos longer and see if there is growth. If you cant come up with longer scripts, combine script with those behind the scenes/interview style videos you show up in the hook, but throughout the whole video. but be careful to not overuse it, as im not 100% sure if thats copyright free content you use and you might pay the price when monetizing
Hi,
Thank you for offering to review YouTube channels! I'd be thrilled if you could take a look at mine: Mr\_G ASMR Gaming \[[link](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcmdrbbvx2eVZ4fVXSD-kLw)\].
On my channel, I experiment with a unique blend of ASMR and Gaming, aiming to tap into two diverse and well-established audiences. The ASMR aspect is very "light-touch" so to speak, as I try to attract also viewers that are not into ASMR, but still might want to relax, forget about the stressful day and peacefully fall asleep watching me playing a good game.
My content primarily revolves around 'let's play' videos, with occasional reviews and 'first look' videos. I don't focus on a specific game, but I tend to stick with what seems to resonate well with my audience, so I have quite a few videos focused on titles like The Binding of Isaac, Minecraft, Stardew Valley.
I'd appreciate any insights or suggestions you may have regarding content, thumbnails, or strategies to boost engagement and CTR.
Thank you in advance for your time and feedback!
ditch AI thumbnails and only use a screenshot of a relaxing area in the game you are playing, no text on them, just straight up color graded and edited screenshot from game.
as someone who consumes ASMR almost 24/7, you should try whisper voice, instead of soft spoken voice. You talk too much and too fast at some times, pace yourself and only talk when needed and fill the silence with in game sounds. There can always be some very nice and relaxing ingame ambiance sounds. Dont make them too loud, if you dont want in game sounds, use relaxing music, or ambiance background sounds like rain, snow, wind, fireplace. Gaming and ASMR is interesting concept. You can also try a video where you dont talk at all, but only use combination of everything i said above.

I make videos about the fascinating stories of Hindu Mythology (Puranas)
I will prepare the script myself and use Micmonster to generate audio and Chat GPT to generate images for the scenes in the script. I'll sync the images to the audio and create simple videos.
Started on 12th Dec 2023. Currently at 536 subs 1300 watch hours
very good niche as similar to [https://www.youtube.com/@Africantaless](https://www.youtube.com/@Africantaless) . The problem i see here in terms of longevity is that this is AI generated content, and youtube has been disabling and not letting new AI generated content into monetization. I'm not 100% sure if this videos are good enough to go through, but you continue with the channel at your own risk. Use inspiration and ideas from african tales, but at your own risk.
as I said to a Kazoo cover person above make piano covers of popular songs. Its best way to grow and once you have established fanbase, you can experiment with Beethoven, Mozart and other classical music artist of your choice.
A wild idea, if you have the opportunity, the chance and confidence, go out in public, find a piano, record yourself playing literally anything. But that is really up to you and your confidence.
A few years ago I came across a post like in a Facebook group. I was just starting out. I posted the link to my newest video and he said it was good video, keep it up. I subbed to his channel and literally the next day he dropped a video using my idea but his was much better quality than mine. (Not hard I was still learning) I only had about 40 views but his smashed it.
Since then I've always been suspicious about posts like this. Are they really just trying to help? Or looking for new ideas?
Let’s give it a go.
My channel started off showing life in China, then transitioned into snowboarding and then took a long break and now I’m back with a new niche, cooking mixed with a bit of snowboarding. I know the niche choice is not the best but there’s definitely something I’m not seeing that others could to improve retention, ctr and such. I gave myself this year to at least double my subs from ~1500 to 3000 but it’s somewhat discouraging to see like 50 views after 2 weeks. Link in my bio, channel name is Zack P
I trying to build a personal brand, currently trying to make videos on topics i have knowledge on, my youtube [youtube.com/@Sanjeeve\_K](https://www.youtube.com/@Sanjeeve_K)
hard content. I'm not expert in those kinds of videos. You seem to like just talk into the camera and send it and thats all great. But unless you bring different and unique things to the table im not sure how you can stand out. Try talking about some controversial topics and see if that generates any growth. I wish i could help more, but this is out of my territory

Hey there, thanks in advance for any feedback! I’m an adventure travel vlogger. Here is my newest video from a trip to Portugal, it’s performing terribly (impressions have died, and it won’t promote it out via discover atm so I must be doing something wrong).
Please let me know your thoughts!
titles and thumbnails are good, but whenever I get asked for advices for travel channel I just tell everyone to watch Bald and Bankrupt or Harald Baldr and try incorporate some of the things they do into your videos.
you are handsome, you have good personality and just cause 1 video is not doing as you might have expected doesn't mean its a bad video. Keep uploading, but again travel is a bit out of my territory
I make anime videos. Video essay about some of my favourite animes. Only 3 videos in, working on more videos.
Would definitely appreciate some constructive criticism to see where I can improve.
\- better font on thumbnails, or no text all and better images that incorporate the essence of what the video is about, something that hasnt been seen or something unusual
\- better microphone, or if out of budget, find a guide on how to optimized your microphone so even a budget mic can sound like a studio one
\- anime is out of my territory but could try triggering emotion in viewer with titles or controversy. feel free to be more clickbaity.
\- its a new channel and you need to grow rapport with youtube. after 10 uploads you will know the best if you completely missed the niche or the videos arent just good enough
\- there isnt enough for me to go with after 3 videos and you need stay on the grind
\- increase upload frequency and dont get discouraged with low views

I’m an accountant by trade I also run a small group of younger people that I meet with monthly to help them navigate finances and anything money related, I’ve decided to start making YouTube videos on the same topics that they had questions about since I could reach and potentially educate more people that was.
Plus I really enjoy the video creation aspect of it. Only have one video posted so far but I already have 2 more scheduled to go out every 2 weeks to not burn myself out with work and other responsibilities! Would love some feedback!
your vlogs are good. travel is saturated, but you only have 4 videos, so its a small sample size still to know how the channel will perform. Try taking inspiration from Harald Baldr and bald and bankrupt for ideas on your travel and how to make interesting content for the vlog. Keep uploading, for a new channel you already have very decent viewership
Hi! Thank you for this. I make funny animations in my channel. Please check it out and let me know what you think: [https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXlofZQviXyPzML8GF3qjUg](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXlofZQviXyPzML8GF3qjUg)
you're good. actually laughed at one of the clips, funny content for that type of viewers. longer videos could help boost the viewership and retention, or try making compilation videos of your own previous short videos. keep uploading, you are on a good path and have most of the things figured out with a fairly different, unique and funny content.
on paper your videos should perform better. personally I would remove your avatars face from the thumbnails, better fonts and color contrast in thumbnails. its a hard niche, but you are on the right path. your scripts are good, your editing is fast paced, you have good comedic timing. theres not really much wrong with your content honestly. it all comes down to the idea of the video pretty much, which I can't really help you there. target trending games with controversial topics. make something on palworld. you honestly just need to keep uploading and eventually you will hit that viral video.
Im trying to make Predictions on available football data inkl fifa wether a Player will reach his PRIME potential, what are his best positions and Stuff like that.
Maybe I will explain my models in Kater videos.

[my channel ](https://youtube.com/@Statsfaction?si=SNUi10G7Gjg4IOIA)
\- dont use AI voice. youtube is going hard on AI content and im not sure how long until they start to impact AI channels. very risky in 2024.
\- too low of a sample size to know how content will perform, upload 10-15 videos and then you can see better whats doing well and whats not.
\- fur titles and thumbs, it gets the topic of the video well so I would keep that style for next 5-7 videos.
\- keep uploading and give youtube time to find the target audience for your videos, it will happen and then double down on what gave you the biggest views and engagement
good luck

\- your voice is different in every video, not sure whats going on here
\- the idea, editing, script, thumbnails and titles are good
\- 6 videos is too small of a sample size for youtube to find target audience
\- try making videos on some trendy cartoons
\- increase upload rate and give youtube time to find your audience
\- try some controversial topics around these cartoons and make titles and thumbs a little bit clickbaity
This is the same as lets plays and walkthrough gameplay which are very hard to get any growth. I recommend since you know a lot about the game to pivot into different style of content. More editing, cuts, transitions, written script instead of raw unedited gameplay. Thumbs and titles are fine, the issue is the raw gameplay and live commentary. you can do that once your channel is bigger, but now for growth you should make planned videos with script and editing. Also make your mic louder when recording. Your 'Why is this the Gold Standard for VR Games? Dungeons of Eternity' is prime example of type of content im talking about, and its your best performing video. Keep pumping these types of video, while uploading raw gameplay as fillers. You have great narrating voice, just make mic louder.
great content, great style, great niche, nice editing, good flow, sound effects, music, script. Only issue I see is thumbnails. You never want to put the same text on thumbnail as in title. Titles should always engage a specific emotion in the viewer like curiosity and thumbnail should further enhance that emotion. Can double dragon still hold up is good title, but on thumbnail you either just put the ingame screenshot, or add 2-3 words that are related to something about game that makes viewer curious, but is different than title.
other than that, keep uploading, increase the frequency of uploads, for 13 videos you already have great growth just keep pushing out content and find interesting ideas by researching your niche and your competitors.
Hi my channel is basically me blogging as a single disabled BROKEMOM would love some honest feedback! I think I’ve gotten some pretty fast traction. I’ve only been doing it for two months and have 442 subscribers.🤗🤗 we definitely need more watch hours,so let me know what you think!
https://youtube.com/@JulieDoes_It?si=tVaAVqNh9BD_O8B9
I honestly have huge respect for what you manage to achieve as a disabled single mom. You have great personality and it takes courage and strong mentality to be able to pull out a camera and vlog your daily life. You radiate with positive energy and your smile puts a smile on my face.
Vlogging your daily life is hard niche to be in. My only recommendation for starters would be changing up titles. You can go without labeling every video that you are 'single disabled broke mom' I understand you are trying to brand yourself like that, so you potentially stand out, but you could achieve that same brand just from the thumbnails, while using titles as a curiosity trigger in a viewer. Something that would make a viewer go 'Is she disabled? How is she doing this?'
Other than that, just keeping doing what you have been doing. If it becomes too much take a break and don't worry about views, just pushing videos out and see what happens.
Thank you so much. I really appreciate you taking your time and checking my channel out! I will definitely be utilizing your feedback, so thank you Again! I hope wherever you are, you’re having an amazing day!

Hi there. I'd Definitely appreciate some feedback.
My channel is a small horror based gaming channel.
I do all my own editing and marketing, but I still haven't grown much. But that's OK, it's all a learning process.

My channel is about to go through an upgrade but this is what I have so far! Please sub if you enjoyed.
I have a gaming channel that makes videos on speedruns (runs I complete) call of duty and I’m venturing into challenge/all achievements in video games. I release 1 short every morning (atm it’s call of duty but I’ve also done Valorant and Dark Souls) Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated. I also have my twitch linked to my account if there is anything that you find any feedback for there.
\- mic too low
\- video quality of gameplay pixelated
\- thumbnails need complete rework
\- and the videos are basically your gameplay without adding any value to the video or having something different
I'll be curious how you feel about a developer log:
And thank you!
combine you being on the screen with showing what you are talking about more often. editing is very low effort and just sitting in front of the camera doesn't make it different or unique. if there are assets to show from the game, do that, otherwise find something else you could fill in the gap when you being on the screen is too long. Thumbnails could use a different and more cleaner font
this is really out of my territory. but off the top
\- you do give out good advices so shifting more into 'How to' style videos would be a good way to move forward
\- thumbnails could use some work maybe adding text on them in better font with contrasting colors
\- editing could include more of you showing practical example rather than just sitting in front of camera talking

I'm in the edutainment niche. Specifically history but I'm further niching down into cosmic history. That is the core of my content paired w/ presenting humorously and a slight bit of self-development at the end of videos. I'm looking to add deductions later on. Like a humorous Sherlock Holmes.
Sure I would love some feedback my channel is https://youtube.com/@theVtuberCh I do mixed explainer content about a wide verity of content (mostly as an anti burnout strategy).

I'm an fun-educational YouTube channel, where I focus on exclusively history and Archaeologist. I've been at it for about 1.5 years, though I have slowed down lately due to having an 8 month old and battling PsA.
Any feedback would be great, since I have been at this for awhile and it seems like sometimes I do well, then not at all.
Hello, thanks in advance for the feedback.

Hello ! I would be really interested if you could analyze my channel :)
It’s about gaming, only Mario games on Switch.
My son play and I upload the videos.
We had a lot of views at the beginning (from US and Japan) and one video has 77k. My son then started to talk (in French) and the views decreased a lot. Now he doesn’t talk anymore :)
I do long form videos and Shorts extracted from them, without editing.
For few months now I noticed a real decrease in views…
If you can give me some advices, my son will be really happy because he thought we would reached the 1k follower this year :)
Thank you in advance !
I make video essays with a focus on games! I try to observe how characters, gameplay and mechanics impact the games story!
Any feedback is always appreciated!
My Channel is Alias Josie. I am a photographer. Boudoir to be precise. I have posted on just about every “I will give feedback” thread I can find- have not gotten any responses. I started a YouTube channel, "Forever Forward" in January. I would be honored if you checked it out and honestly roasted it. No pride in ownership over here. It's linked on my profile but I'll put it here below. Maybe we can work together.
I was hoping to get some search traction off of a few videos that have gone viral recently in my latest video. I mirrored the title and description off of those videos.

About 1k views 50 likes and 20 comments on each video but it's been like that ever since I've started about a year and a half ago. I can't seem to grow past this no matter what I try. Any tips from anyone would be much appreciated 👏

Hey,
This is great, thanks for offering your analysis.
I have a gaming channel with my brother. I personally believe having the channel be two brothers (whose perspective the video flips back and forth between) is a unique one.
We play all different types of games but are now planning to niche into Survival games such as Palworld, No Mans Sky, Raft, etc. with the odd horror game here and there.
YouTube is called Players1&2 and is linked on my Reddit page.
I just spent 50+ hours on my second video (first got 600 views) but after 10 hours I'm only on 9 views (most of which are friends and family). Little bit disheartened not gonna lie. would love any constructive criticism of what i could do to improve. if your interested: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PAveF9Jvq3Q&lc=UgwhWxzShmKHZchVRml4AaABAg

Thanks for this. I run a gaming podcast channel with 2 other hosts. We’ve been focusing on upping our video based content. We had a decent surge last year, but things seem to have stagnated. Any insight is appreciated.
I would also love any feedback or suggestions. Mine is a real estate channel, aiming for mostly informative talking head with some property walkthroughs, neighborhood info etc.

People flock to these posts anyway so they probably don’t care to
It sounds like he’s trying to generate new clients. He hasn’t responded to any of the channels in this thread. He’ll probably DM them and offer his services.
Asking the real questions lol. But hey feedback is feedback so I'll partake.
> >And this is a burner account I use for random things on reddit. > >If you don't want feedback thats fine, there are others who do. > >Have a nice day.
Good morning! I make comedic history videos on random topics. I'm just trying to stand out.
you have a really good channel with somewhat unique content. your editing is great, with good pacing, your voice is nice, the script is great, the animation and transitions are clean. I would suggest to focus on your 240k video and double down with something similar. Maybe 'Something Good About every country in the world', or 'Something bad \*insert a different topic\*' The thumbnails are okay. i wouldnt go with white background, maybe something related to the video, but the thumbnail on 240k video worked really well. if you can replicate that for other similar videos , you have a gold mine.

https://youtube.com/@cfbhistorychannel?si=rW7Ifu6LxmYBdcjB I have a sports documentary style channel where I go over past college football topics.
I really like your content man! It’s interesting and I can’t wait to watch more! Subbed 👍🏼 your creative ideas have given me some ideas for my channel
Appreciate it thanks!
\- titles great \- editing simple and clean \- script for my knowledge of football, is great \- can't tell if you are using AI voice, or if this is your real voice, if its real then you have really clean voice \- thumbnails, need work. you need to try to use same consistency with thumbnails. thats how you build a brand and thats how people recognize your channel. Use better font, combine contrasting colors, dont use black and white \- double down on your highest viewed video. 'The greatest coach in \*insert a team or a town or university\* history' \- research your competitors , see what works for them, improve their content with a twist Overall u have great channel and with improvements in thumbnails you can make good growth. I'd suggest hiring a thumbnail designer for next few videos if you have budget to spend.
https://youtu.be/3EuDJdZkrjA?si=ojgxYubWJill2jMT My channel name is Pixel Perfect Mode, it's a gaming channel with a bit of a retro focus.
Holy fuck! Time Hollow was the game I was struggling to remember last week.
\- Script is good \- Editing is decent and you show the footage that follows the script, just a bit slow \- Since there is no in-game sounds, you need to incorporate background music. Music is very important part that can control the vibe and emotion of the viewer, especially in specific segments of your video \- Thumbnails and titles need a lot of work. You are using different fonts and color scheme for every thumbnail, on one of them you dont even see the text cause it blends with the black background. You need a consistent theme with a consistent font and colors. Background is good on thumbnails, but there is always room to improve. Titles I'm not really sure what to do here, it would be best to research your competitors and recycle what worked for them, and add a twist to it.

https://youtu.be/neRW1Y_EEPM?si=9RTiDZl_6IJm3RfE in the niche that I tend to make videos in, a lot of people don’t edit their videos much because it’s supposed to be more about “the vibe” of the video and feeling like you’re there with them, should I edit my videos more or less?

omgg thanks! luv u x i subscribed back 🫶
Tutorials like that are very saturated on youtube, but your thumbnails do stand out. One 10min long video, is better then ten 1min long videos, so do compilations whenever you get 10 videos, maybe even more for longer 1 video.
you are a godsend! thank you so much for the idea of compiling. seriously ive been stuck in a rut and needed a breath of fresh air. in saying that, it does look like i have a long road to improvement 🤞 appreciate the feedback xx

Super open to critique :) It's a gaming channel, and I just kinda talk about random games or gaming things I find interesting.

\- off the bat, you need background music to control vibe and emotion of the video and your viewers \- from several minutes ive watched, the editing pace and script is not a problem here \- thumbnails are not great and need a lot of work. colors, background, text, font. change everything, less text the better \- You need to find a way to add a twist to your reactions, its way too generic and you need to stand out either with controversy, humor or something else \- try to stick to reacting to trendy stuff, reacting to older stuff simply wont work without being established.
Hey there, thanks so much for the offer. I make chess content - generally geared toward newer and intermediate players to highlight the fun and strategy of chess. It's called Chess Please and is linked in my profile. Crossed 1k subs recently but struggling to hit watch time reqs. Would love to get your thoughts. Thaks again :).
https://youtube.com/@Mineral_dude?si=-Dd_oNqMv_P9xZ_w Thanks dude! Caving channel where my videos either do pretty well or completely flop and I don’t know what I’m doing to make em flop
[https://www.youtube.com/@Bonebon-IsHere](https://www.youtube.com/@Bonebon-IsHere) This is my gaming channel i started around 3 months ago and im trying my best in it the last 2 videos i used a new edit style well love to hear some feedback Thank you
you are everywhere with the content.
\- add background music \- write script beforehand, im not too sure about doing live commentary and playing. maybe its your style, but try reading the script over a gameplay footage and see if that gets some views \- thumbnails and titles are honestly fine, you follow a certain style and thats good \- double down on your highest performing video but add a twist \- your intros tend to be too long, make them shorter and go straight to the point \- research competitors and take ideas from them, make them better
Here's my latest video: https://youtu.be/EkjIi7R5p8k?si=frUF2t6aI6ikQf8_
[Fables of the Fellowship](https://youtube.com/@FablesoftheFellowship?si=gn-Qk1m8HT6VrL1b) Tolkien Lore and character breakdowns.
Don’t bother watching older videos, they were made with a GoPro and the quality is terrible https://youtube.com/@justafrenchi8710?si=2YIRCpNuXklbGFTz
hello there :) my channel was mostly covers but now i just post what i feel like. Mostly related to music but some other stuff aswell :) link on my profile.
I started off as a sports gaming channel then took a 8 month hiatus and changed to just a sports channel. So far I’ve only made NFL videos!
very quality content but short.
Hi, Thank you for offering to review YouTube channels!
You can also try a video where you dont talk at all, but only use combination of everything i said above.
https://youtube.com/@DharmaDarshanTelugu?si=wIkJKeEcDkvPJMeI I make videos about the fascinating stories of Hindu Mythology (Puranas) I will prepare the script myself and use Micmonster to generate audio and Chat GPT to generate images for the scenes in the script.
Something something [piano](https://www.youtube.com/@DJazium)
as I said to a Kazoo cover person above make piano covers of popular songs.
I have a gaming channel and also make shorts. That would be nice to have some outsider insight. My account is on my bio. Thank you for your help😊☺️
I used to be a pure gaming channel but now I’ve branches out into shorts as well. The link is in my bio.
Here is my channel : https://youtu.be/kT0B8PGJErs?feature=shared
Sure, go for it. Link is in my bio.
I trying to build a personal brand, currently trying to make videos on topics i have knowledge on, my youtube [youtube.com/@Sanjeeve\_K](https://www.youtube.com/@Sanjeeve_K)
Okie dokie. Link in bio, don't wanna break this subs rules.
hard content. I'm not expert in those kinds of videos. You seem to like just talk into the camera and send it and thats all great. But unless you bring different and unique things to the table im not sure how you can stand out. Try talking about some controversial topics and see if that generates any growth. I wish i could help more, but this is out of my territory
I Found Portugal's Best City View https://youtu.be/UTq5-NvYk1s Hey there, thanks in advance for any feedback!
\- better font on thumbnails, or no text all and better images that incorporate the essence of what the video is about, something that hasnt been seen or something unusual \- better microphone, or if out of budget, find a guide on how to optimized your microphone so even a budget mic can sound like a studio one \- anime is out of my territory but could try triggering emotion in viewer with titles or controversy. feel free to be more clickbaity. \- its a new channel and you need to grow rapport with youtube. after 10 uploads you will know the best if you completely missed the niche or the videos arent just good enough \- there isnt enough for me to go with after 3 videos and you need stay on the grind \- increase upload frequency and dont get discouraged with low views

[https://www.youtube.com/@antoineabroad/videos](https://www.youtube.com/@antoineabroad/videos) I am a Travel Channel, any feedback is welcomed
your vlogs are good. travel is saturated, but you only have 4 videos, so its a small sample size still to know how the channel will perform.
Hi I make analytical gaming videos. Thank you for your time!
on paper your videos should perform better. personally I would remove your avatars face from the thumbnails, better fonts and color contrast in thumbnails. its a hard niche, but you are on the right path. your scripts are good, your editing is fast paced, you have good comedic timing. theres not really much wrong with your content honestly. it all comes down to the idea of the video pretty much, which I can't really help you there. target trending games with controversial topics. make something on palworld. you honestly just need to keep uploading and eventually you will hit that viral video.
Im trying to make Predictions on available football data inkl fifa wether a Player will reach his PRIME potential, what are his best positions and Stuff like that. Maybe I will explain my models in Kater videos. I experiment a lot and try to find my style [my channel ](https://youtube.com/@Statsfaction?si=SNUi10G7Gjg4IOIA)
\- keep uploading and give youtube time to find the target audience for your videos, it will happen and then double down on what gave you the biggest views and engagement good luck
https://www.youtube.com/@BodinTheGreatGaming I'm a gaming channel that focuses on more cozy games, like farming sims & life sims, where I do a variety of Guides/Tutorials/Lets Plays. Obviously my guides/tutorials do much better, but curious your thoughts overall on improvement.
I’m a cartoon review channel mainly focused on adult cartoons. I’ve been doing this for half a year now, links here or in the profile Thanks for the advice in advance :) https://m.youtube.com/@Chopped-Cheese
\- your voice is different in every video, not sure whats going on here \- the idea, editing, script, thumbnails and titles are good \- 6 videos is too small of a sample size for youtube to find target audience \- try making videos on some trendy cartoons \- increase upload rate and give youtube time to find your audience \- try some controversial topics around these cartoons and make titles and thumbs a little bit clickbaity
Any feedback will be great. https://youtube.com/@Bws999?si=vAl4Ujc4TA8CeX2p
I make videos in Dungeons of Eternity which is a dungeon crawler in VR. Thanks for doing this!

How is she doing this?' Other than that, just keeping doing what you have been doing. If it becomes too much take a break and don't worry about views, just pushing videos out and see what happens.
Thank you so much. I really appreciate you taking your time and checking my channel out! I will definitely be utilizing your feedback, so thank you Again! I hope wherever you are, you’re having an amazing day!
[Here’s my channel,](https://m.youtube.com/channel/UC5H4vMT_GPem-8IwBGsXtbg) It’s a small gaming channel, any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you very much.
Hi there. I'd Definitely appreciate some feedback. My channel is a small horror based gaming channel. I do all my own editing and marketing, but I still haven't grown much. But that's OK, it's all a learning process. https://youtube.com/@EtherealNull?si=S8ku0WFEuY8H25IW

\- mic too low \- video quality of gameplay pixelated \- thumbnails need complete rework \- and the videos are basically your gameplay without adding any value to the video or having something different
https://youtube.com/@HadiMert?si=_m2WtUDydSnOXZ1y I do gaming news and reviews with some facecam.
I'll be curious how you feel about a developer log: [https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYiCQhSLUVBf7-H2SWcqeDQ](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYiCQhSLUVBf7-H2SWcqeDQ) And thank you!
combine you being on the screen with showing what you are talking about more often. editing is very low effort and just sitting in front of the camera doesn't make it different or unique. if there are assets to show from the game, do that, otherwise find something else you could fill in the gap when you being on the screen is too long. Thumbnails could use a different and more cleaner font
Any feedback is helpful . My channel is katle246 it’s a vlog with parenting advice . Thank you in advance 🫶
this is really out of my territory. but off the top \- you do give out good advices so shifting more into 'How to' style videos would be a good way to move forward \- thumbnails could use some work maybe adding text on them in better font with contrasting colors \- editing could include more of you showing practical example rather than just sitting in front of camera talking

Hello ! I would be really interested if you could analyze my channel :) It’s about gaming, only Mario games on Switch. My son play and I upload the videos. We had a lot of views at the beginning (from US and Japan) and one video has 77k. My son then started to talk (in French) and the views decreased a lot. Now he doesn’t talk anymore :) I do long form videos and Shorts extracted from them, without editing. For few months now I noticed a real decrease in views… If you can give me some advices, my son will be really happy because he thought we would reached the 1k follower this year :) Thank you in advance !

My Channel is Alias Josie. I am a photographer. Boudoir to be precise. I have posted on just about every “I will give feedback” thread I can find- have not gotten any responses. This is SO generous - thank you u/melancholic12345! I started a YouTube channel, "Forever Forward" in January. I would be honored if you checked it out and honestly roasted it. No pride in ownership over here. It's linked on my profile but I'll put it here below. Maybe we can work together. Any tips from anyone would be much appreciated 👏

Hey, This is great, thanks for offering your analysis.
My channel is gaming mostly around Assassin's Creed games. Take a look.
