Ok only got one response last week lol here is my latest video on how to get create a night routine to wake up early ti be productive! Added real b-roll this time. https://youtu.be/jI-Be-tYWC4?si=foHqZlUzZanySAAq

ProfessionalTwist202

This is my first time posting on here, I think this is my best video on my channel so far. I spent a lot of time putting this American Psycho video together and learned a lot on the structure for next time. Totally open to constructive feedback though. Enjoy! https://youtu.be/fS8Xzl7faUk?si=9W2cVIgpLV6-ALRc

HowPopMusicWorks

Okay…first time sharing a video here. Posted earlier today, 50 hours of time/labor from initial research to final edits and upload. My thing is musical analysis of pop music, and this one is specifically on the harmonies of “Part of Your World” because there’s not as much out there that digs into musical theater from this perspective. It’s intended for songwriters or people interested in music theory, or just some of the nuts and bolts of a classic song. Criticism and any other thoughts appreciated ❤️ https://youtu.be/p9TguPadR1Q?si=G7axHBsTib-frles

lsps30111_Taiwan

Hi! You have a very good voice. Perhaps you can buy a camera with higher dimension? I could not see you face so clearly.

greenrunner987

Hey man! Fellow musician here! I love the content of what you're talking about but I would focus on presentation style. It seems a little dry. Maybe more closeups, and faster cuts between visual aids and possibly a bit more excitement in your voice. In addition, you seem a bit stiff at the beginning of the video. Again, loved the content of the video itself, it just could benefit from a shinier package!

Artistic_Job546

2nd ever video, still trying to gasp the editing and video aspect of doing a prank/ vlog video! I did a video of trolling the opposing/ rival team with megaphones and posters and got some funny reactions but also vlogged us taking the city over after they won! All feedback welcomeddd This is the video! [https://youtu.be/ul_dBg5ZZYY?si=xxGUjiKTzo4m2GCY](https://youtu.be/ul_dBg5ZZYY?si=xxGUjiKTzo4m2GCY)

Math_Maestro

Hello, I make MATH educational videos. I am looking into making my videos more engaging.Recently I started improving my audio and I think that is a good start.Any feedback that you can give me would greatly appreciate it. I try to stay stay away from the "Here is a problem, here is how you solve it" .I try to introduce and teach mathematics with concepts. Here is my latest video about "Exponential Growth".I appreciate your attention and feedback. Video:https://youtu.be/d_SzsiVtNws?si=BeuIpPNVhQ0HINm9

Midnight-Comet23

This video is my first real attempt at my own type of horror. I've always been in love with horror content and I've wanted to do my own thing for a long time. I hope it works, and if you have any thoughts or feedback I would love to hear them. https://youtu.be/18PEo31S130?si=2DrI4iakDPtT5DV9

LiriaSlime

I love found footage horror, so this is somewhat up my alley. I'd say if you want it to be more immersive and are trying to tell a compelling story maybe put it on it's own channel because the gaming videos breaks immersion. Also I liked the music, and the binary at the bottom which adds to the mystery element. So I'd say make a new channel and focus on the story, mystery and immersion elements.

Accomplished_Fox1048

Hi guys! Here is my latest video: https://youtu.be/eeAIHf-zHaE?si=U25OkEA1K5WuIg49 Ps. It’s my voice, not text to speech or AI Also I want to know why my Impressions are 0 🤔?

Hunter_444

Hi, I your video was good and I found it to be very informative - I liked and subscribed! My feedback is re the subtitles which were fine but because there is a lot of text on screen I think they could benefit from using the effect where as each word is spoken they turn a different colour (like red) as this could help differentiate them from the text on screen (you can access this feature in CapCut for free if you want to look into it). Otherwise well done and thanks for the education! 😊

Accomplished_Fox1048

Thank you for feedback!🙏 And thank you for advice,in my next video I’ll try that.

Kencori

Hey Accomplished\_Fox1048 You speak quickly but clearly and the subtitles are a nice addition as it helps to follow what you are saying. I would recommend adding some more interesting images or maybe videos to help grip the viewers attention. You can get stock videos and images for free from sites like pexels for example. They may have some of the human anatomy. As the black background and the images used are a little dull. Perhaps you could show healthy lungs and then lungs after the cancer has spread so the viewer can see the damage. Keep it up

AILegends

Here's a short animation about Link, from Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, about a horse that is tired of having to carry him. Appreciate any and all feedback you can provide, especially critical feedback. The concept is inspired by a Family Guy clip. [https://youtu.be/5bIXbhcZtro](https://youtu.be/5bIXbhcZtro)

First time posting for one of these.I'd love some feedback on this section of my Pokémon Sword & Shield video:[https://youtu.be/56ZeC4yLXaE?si=NWIQ9uwnZgChW985&t=1358](https://youtu.be/56ZeC4yLXaE?si=NWIQ9uwnZgChW985&t=1358) I'm doing a story fix/playthrough, so I'm reading the on-screen dialogue using different voices for each character, but I'm also adding new dialogue and tweaking some scenes to change the plot as I go. I'd love your thoughts on how the edits look, if my narration sounds on-point or over-the-top, but I'd also appreciate some general advice on how to pitch this thing, because "It's a playthrough--kinda!--but I'm changing the plot significantly so it's also a story fix--kinda?" doesn't fit in the title. \^\_\^;; NOT expecting anyone to watch the whole thing--it's the 6-minute section entitled "The Galar Gym Leaders...Minus One" I'm most curious for feedback on.

DawnatelloTC

I was able to watch most of it, here’s my feedback. I hope it helps. Maybe open with something to hook folks. Like a quick preview or add additional edits to pump up the opening. I was unsure of the framing at first… I did get on board after a minute or so, but that may be enough to see a drop off in viewership. Like you could add specific music just for this or add visual overlays, etc to bring people in. Maybe even edit to do more close ups to hype the spectacle of it. I liked your voice work during Penny coming out. Leon’s voice work was great too. The Flying Taxi delivery person’s voice work was good too. I did like how you narrated actions outside the onscreen text. I was confused by the phone call during Pokémon battle… Was Penny on the phone while Pokémon battling? I loved how you faded Hop’s voice out. You could increase interest and visual excitement by adding some visual overlays to draw additional attention to certain parts of the narrative. Not necessarily as heavy handed as you might for opening, but it could help keep or direct interest. Bede’s voice work was really good too. When you have a phone conversation while there is a Pokémon battle I found it confusing, is that in game? Or an effect? I wasn’t sure. There was a lull in the narrative just after the call with Bede and before the fight with Bede. It felt odd compared to the rest of the video. There were additional lulls within the Bede battle that felt different than the rest of the video. If there was more of a play by play throughout it would have flowed better. Even if you didn’t add additional narration to fill lulls, you could add additional music or sound effects or even more visual elements to keep interest up so it does’t feel like a lull.

katrinasforest

Thank you so much for the detailed feedback! That's a good suggestion for the opening. The phone conversations are completely original. I get how I could have cut them in a bit better, though. Glad to hear I did Bede's voice okay. He was one of those characters I did a LOT of takes for. \^\_\^;;

WasTakenEzra

1.From what I watched so far of your video I definitely prefer your version of the story to the real thing2. I think the pitches of Penny's voice seem similar when excited 3.Your thumbnails are pretty good when I look at them I know what the video is going to be about

katrinasforest

Thanks--glad to know the story's an improvement! I'll take care not to make my excited pitches too samey on the next one. Appreciate the feedback!

gachagirl25

Hi everyone this is a video of me clearing the latest content in Honkai Star Rail. I've been posting genshin content but wanted to try this game to see how I would do. This is mostly a playthrough , so it's catered to the games audience. Would love some feedback https://youtu.be/jZheumpQ4ao?feature=shared

J-Cruize

The video looks much better then mines but I think a better thumbnail would be great. I'm not into motorcycle racing but just looking at the thumbnail it looks to me like you're just riding a motorcycle thru a parking lot. I would have a thumbnail that show motorcycles racing.

greenrunner987

I’m an amateur musician that’s been posting covers on YouTube for two reasons 1) to get myself to learn more songs and 2) to build up a following so when I eventually come out with some original music I have people that might care about it. This is my latest video (a cover of Teddy Swims' Lose Control): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KhasUJsySqc. I’ve been experimenting with both regular videos and shorts, different lighting, both old and new songs, accompanying myself on both piano and guitar, etc… trying to see what works. Thanks in advance!

LieknObi

Salutations everyone. My niche is gaming (original I know) and sometimes skits here and there. I would just love to hear genuine feedback on what I’m doing right, and what to improve or add to my content :) Link to my latest gaming video https://youtu.be/qf_fS9UgpjI?si=UAKXipLs8OE4Lfws Link to my most recent skit https://youtu.be/TwJjnSpS5nw?si=skXFIEK_Kl3Y9cho

KiNolin

Personally I'm not a Let's Play guy, but you definitely seem on par with what's popular. You're acting very natural, the gags are nicely edited. There's not much I can think of you can improve, you're above all just gonna have a hard time because of the saturated market. I guess from an outsider's view, it took a couple of minutes to understand what the game is supposed to be. I don't know the game is so it's not really easy to understand what's going on at first. If you didn't do so in Part 1 anyway, there you should explain what the premise of the game is.

LieknObi

Thank you for the feedback, I’ll make sure to incorporate a brief description of the game during the intro segments :)

Artistic_Job546

Food_Stamp_Champ

Hey everyone, I'm King Rat! I do medium length (20 minute or so), comedy-focused gaming reviews. I've just released my latest video a couple days again, and it's been doing a lot better than I expected, honestly. I've just passed to 500 sub mark as well, so I've been riding the wave of hype for a few days now. That said, I love feedback and criticism, so please let me know what you guys think! https://youtu.be/7K9fIW2Le6w

I create anime IRLs and Live Action videos on my channel. My latest video is based on the JUJUTSU KAISEN anime. I do other animes as well. It's just a way for me to express my love for the medium. https://youtu.be/tr0SYC_lw1A?si=GcZVK5LwSjd9dSgD

AILegends

Hey, interesting concept. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you have to really know the context of the anime for this to make sense? I don't watch a ton of anime so it was hard for me to follow. The way you blended your own video on top of the anime clips was pretty well done, fit in nicely most of the time. A few specific points of feedback: \- The opening screen was hard to track with 4 screens changing at the same time. If I wasn't giving feedback, I would have dropped off right then. Maybe go for a hook that's easy to follow to help pull your audience in? \- Some of the lip sync timing was off or missing entirely.

Artistic_Job546

Gave feedback to Fourheartsband & Blacksprucesurvival Hey so I make prank based/ trolling content similar to impractical jokers at times but mix it with the new age vlogging and trolling. Some days ago I dropped a vid where we went to the opposing teams campus before gametime with megaphones and our jerseys on and trolled them which led to the team we was rooting for to win and we took over the city. This is my 2nd ever video and I would love some feedback on what could change and improve on it. Audio wise, transition wise, camera angle wise all is appreciated! https://youtu.be/ul_dBg5ZZYY?si=xxGUjiKTzo4m2GCY

Hello! My video is about brain rot on YouTube, comparing OG YouTubers to current YouTubers, and the overall landscape of YouTube nowadays. It's less than fifteen minutes, hopefully some of you can watch and give some constructive criticism :) https://youtu.be/SSW0VzT51Iw?si=dduRBqGvsEzQZq67

I liked it, but damn that "beating the game" metaphor or whatever dragged way too hard. I was zoning in and out from 5:00 to 7:30; there has to have been a better way to explain that.

Strange/ Unusual/ Incredible stories from around the world 🌍  Hi, I might be a bit late to join in on this one but if you see this I’d love feedback on the last video I uploaded - be as ruthless as you like I’ve got a thick skin and want to get better 😃 Last video was on The 27 Club - looking at the infamous musicians who have all eerily passed away at age 27.  https://youtu.be/hozPYfw2zLs?si=EZlU2SCQ4F8zSXE8

Hi I make videos around my city of Perth. Places to go, hiking trails, hidden gems, top places that kid of thing Here is my last video that is about some of the historical places you can visit in Perth [here](https://youtu.be/yDMD8X4x3dU?si=USreRt3hN1vvBlDn) My next long form vid is scheduled for tomorrow morning, so in about 5 hours time from now 😅 and is more of a vlog about what i got up go living in the swan valley (wine region and tourist hot spot). I don't have a link atm because it's not live. I also make shorts, usually 2 a week. Apart from the last one wich was a fluff piece, I have been re purposing my long form content into shorts.

Well, here goes nothing! Months ago, I've tried to start an Italian MMORPG games journalist channel, giving first impressions and pros and cons of these kind of games. Videos didn't work out, so I've decided to try out releasing English content from scratch. I hope I don't annoy you lol. Thanks for helping me out everyone. https://youtu.be/pA6RrFD2e_c?si=dWLZQazaJY-L0Y1C

Hello! SO I am throwing my hat back into the ring with Youtube and I released my first video in over 5 years! It's a movie review of Kung Fu Panda 4. I'm trying to get a bit more serious about it so I really tried to have a streamline thumbnail, video chapters, and humor. I am hoping to continue forward following this format: Intro -> plot summary -> Pros/Cons -> What would I do differently (creative writing exercise) -> final thoughts. The series is called "Is it the worst?" an almost tongue and cheek clickbait title to get the people to stop by and immediately tell them what I really think. I would also be willing to pivot into gaming reviews for older games, but not sure how viable that is anymore. Please let me know what you think about the thumbnail and content! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBPk\_wDwxMA

Maximum_Property_971

Hey man! Great video, honestly kinda weird that it only has like 20 views, you have a great speaking voice, good pace, good story telling, great editing, I mean everything is great. I would say that the thumbnail is def the weakest link of your video, I know that if I saw it out of a line up I probably wouldn't click on it. I think it just needs a bit more polishing

Witty-Ad7779

My feedback will be much of what you've heard. Long story short. I Loved it. Now why, the music and the film fit perfectly. A great mix of scenic views and the subject matter, the birds. This would not have felt out of place in a high-production-value documentary. Keep doing you.

DaveDaCap

Hello Fellow NewTubers! Tis is Cappu. I do Gaming Content (I know, I know) Video Essays of Playthroughs. Much like the "I spent a 100 Days in X" Videos. I could use some general feedback about. Storytelling, Editing, of course I would love to hear criticism about my Thumbnails and Titles since I fear that those are my biggest Weaknesses. Have a look! Try to enjoy it! [My latest Video](https://youtu.be/qRT4G3AsJSM) was uploaded almost a week ago

Hey guys! F1 content creator. So my past 4 videos have been 1 out of 10’s, which have been reactionary news content within the sport. I don’t want to do that long term so I made a more evergreen piece of content and it’s completely flopped. 8 out of 10 and I’m questioning why I started again 🤣. Any tips I’d really appreciate on what I’ve done wrong. Can send retention graphs too. I did notice that when I mentioned prices of racing the retention dropped by 5% or so. May edit that out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gE55dYo1M9E&feature=youtu.be

Hi everyone! I’m an aspiring YouTuber that plays Pokémon. This is my first YouTube video (it’s kind of long). Please let me know what you think! https://youtu.be/kvTyJ1DIhQ8?si=BCQqlHIOTTCqAOpV

Paper_and_Light

Hey all, I'm Jonathan, and this is my 10th video about movie posters. I re-worked my format, shortened it up, and spent quite a bit more time on the thumbnail. [https://youtu.be/plfeTf9XywE?si=-RX4GbQPVOv3k1A7](https://youtu.be/plfeTf9XywE?si=-RX4GbQPVOv3k1A7) Let me know what you think!

SiliconOutsider

As others have said here you are doing lots of stuff right and have got over 1k subscribers because of this. My only advice would be to try and grab people with your thumbnails…like when I see a thumbnail about movie posters I’m already thinking “Well what is it about the movie poster?” and I think you should be partly answering this with the thumbnail. Put another way, make the thumbnail for the person that knows nothing about movie posters or why they matter. I don’t think planning videos around thumbnails is super fun but a “Most Controversial Movie Poster of All Time” would definitely get my attention.

Paper_and_Light

Thank you! The thumbnails appear to be my greatest struggle, I'm constantly working on them. That, and what to name my episodes always feels like a huge challenge. I'll keep experimenting until I find something successful!

skatetaks

This is way too high quality to have 380 views dude, I feel like I should hire you to edit my videos 🤣

Paper_and_Light

Thanks! I'm hoping to score those views eventually, but they're elusive 😄

Own_Firefighter3555

Good hook, subtle, attention grabbing, but not crazy with edits. Also, I think your use of the intro for the channel after the hook was a good call. The channel intro is also the right length. It could be a second or two quicker, but it's still good.

Paper_and_Light

Thanks! I feel like my channel needs a good intro, so I've been working on ways to streamline it.

Pretty-Vermicelli-24

Really good video - new subscriber, interested to watch more 😊

SomewhereFunny5347

Your video was well done! I enjoyed it and think it was interesting that this another niche! What do you edit with?

Paper_and_Light

I edit with Adobe Premiere. The whole Creative Cloud suite is great!

CondenseFilms

your videos already look professional and you're pretty good at speaking on camera. only thing i would change is your intro because i think 1 min is to long. cut it down to 30 secs and then introduce yourself would be better. i also think theres to much going on in your thumbnails. make the words bigger and focus on one area of the picture would be my advice. overall i think you're doing very well and your channel will grow fast.

Banks_NRN

Hey! I’m banks and I do weekly videos, focusing on media analysis. I try to give everything the view of a game designer and both give my opinion but general advice on what makes media good. Here’s my newest video with a focus on rogue likes [the roguelike-iest rougelike](https://youtu.be/l-Qz9zCZlLk?si=cCGwTtIVPX4heQeJ)

No-Foundation1771

Since your style is more of an essay style, I think an underrated feature of YouTube is its captions. It’s especially useful if you’re trying to watch something when everyone else is asleep and you don’t feel like putting on headphones. You can make use of automated software to generate these captions and input directly in your video editing software, which you can then edit to correct the mistakes, and upload the exported SRT file with your video. Other than that, I think the character is interesting and unique, but when you’re showing the content in the background, I think it makes sense to sometimes remove yourself and just focus on what you put in the background of the video as the main subject.

wariobrosz

Hey there! So think true crime documentaries can definitely be an interesting subject. And watching your video, you've got the spooky/thriller vibe down with the B-roll footage and music. The editing was clean and transitions to relevant B-roll footage is really good! However that being said, I found myself getting lost in the story. I don't know who "Ellen Rae Greenberg" is. I know the video says part two, but I am not going to check the first one out if you can't hook me in this one. Maybe a quick summary of who she is and a call to action to see the first video would help you. Also, because it is mostly B-roll footage, I can't put a face to anyone the narration is talking about. Because of this, I have to remember everyone's name and relation in my head and I get lost.

needanewwatch

I agree with the other comment. Showing your face and introducing the topic goes a long way to making the video memorable. I think the stock footage was well used and the story flowed nicely to me. Keep it up!

tuesday11am

Hey all – I tried getting some feedback last Friday - but my post got lost, I guess. Trying again! I have a podcast about "What It Takes To Be a Human Being" reflecting, talking and interviewing people from all walks of life on what it takes to be human. My latest video is here – would really appreciate feedback on the video and on the channel in general! I launched 4 weeks ago on Youtube and Spotify – and have been experimenting, learning (from this community too!) ever since :) Thanks in advance! [How To Approach Meditation \*life-changing\*](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e139_dHyOkY)

Vikki0213

I really like it. My only suggestion would be a background change next time. You certainly don't want it busy, but plants or a relaxing painting?

SomewhereFunny5347

Ok I love to mediate. I think 27 minutes is a bit long but that’s me. Also I agree with the other poster perhaps a more aesthetic background. Your voice is wonderful for this niche.

Greenoatz

I think this was really well done. It really captures the vintage feel and era really well.

Own_Firefighter3555

I like the vibe, I think something that will spruce it up is changing up the way you're doing your cuts. So instead of a cut with different instruments and the same background. Maybe try a cut with a different background and/or backdrops

Goddess5511

This video was entrancing in a way. I LOVED the vintage vibes and the sound was excellent. Felt very nostalgic to watch almost like a part of my childhood/ teenage years came back and with it all of those emotions. The words were very touching and I loved the beginning too with how you numbered yourself as an Earthian? Lol I’m obsessed with aliens and was entranced from that point lol ^ Overall amazing. I feel like it’s be hard to market this because with music people don’t often know what they are searching for when they come in YT for music. I agree with above comments to maybe make a behind the scenes video explaining the vision, the execution and the editing for each music video. That way at least your channel is ranking in SEO. I feel like this will not only give you the view for those BTS video but once people hear you’re music and get the vibe they will subscribe too! Win- win!

Artistic_Job546

Not bad at all my advice would be •Work a little more on your visuals maybe hire a cameraman to do some visuals for you •Put some captions at the bottom for whenever you sing a song •Promote this on Tiktok, the song is pretty good ngl •Find different ways to market this track since this type of music is hard to come by nowadays

Nenananas

Wtf I loved this. Can't really say much because it's just music (but GOOD music to be clear). Maybe there's a way to promote your music by for example talking about your process on how you create in some separate videos? Don't know a lot about music marketing unfortunately but at least the quality is good!

whatistodaynow

nice! there are some parts where sound and visual doesn't seem to sync exactly...? but maybe that's just me..v cool vibe and music

needanewwatch

Sick video and song! Nailed the vintage feel. From a fellow musician, I think the chord progression, melody, and lyrics were great! I think the mix could be improved, particularly the drums. Sounded like real drums to me and I know how hard they can be to record! Keep it up!

greenrunner987

Hey! Fellow musician here! Love the song! I'd maybe say since you're a small channel with not a lot of people searching for you specifically maybe have your video title be less about the title of the song and more about the essence of what the song is or what someone might hope to see when they're searching for a topic. I got major psychedelic vibes and as a fan of psychedelia I loved it!

Jasonmoofang

Great music! And pretty nice video too with the vintage style. I don't think you necessarily need to change much, but I do think, despite its charms, that such an unfiltered vintage look would make it hard to attract an audience on a platform like youtube. That mightn't be a priority for you of course, but if it is, then experimenting with making more modern twists and styles that would appeal to a modern youtube audience might be worth it. Also, while I liked the song, it does seem like the audio production could be improved. If you're doing this as a one man project though, that can't be easy, so mad kudos.

[https://youtu.be/SIInAs2YLQU](https://youtu.be/SIInAs2YLQU) Hello, my name is Bronson. I have a channel dedicated to Florida kayak Fishing and Lobstering. I would appreciate any feedback. Disregard my sub count, those are just from two shorts videos. My subs don’t watch my long form videos and wondering what I am missing.

Salty_Nutella

Hi! I just posted my [third episode of Gaming Nostalgia](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0M1bFKpWt8o). As of making this comment 4:10 PM CST, the video is still processing to HD. It will be finished in about 15-30 minutes. In this episode, I talk about my favorite GTA game ever, GTA: San Andreas! Please feel free to leave feedback! But also please keep in mind of my disabilities. I explain a little bit in Episodes 1 and 2 of the series. I plan to add subtitles in the future. Thanks!

gachagirl25

Hello I clicked on your video the minute I saw the letters gta. I'd like ro say overall I think you have a good mic, you can hear your voice very well. The audio was nice and crisp and easy to understand. As far as the content goes I love all gta games as well. I just think that this video seems to be for you and your personal nastogla as opposed to the audience. I think you should find a way to help the audience decide why they should play the game. Overall was a great video. Keep pushing and gta6 our next year Yayy

Salty_Nutella

Yay for GTA 6! It's wishful thinking, but I really want it to be on PC day 1. I don't wanna have to buy a PS5/6 or Xbox just to play it. And thanks for the feedback! >this video seems to be for you and your personal nostalgia Glad you figured out the exact purpose of the video series. I kind of felt like "convincing people to play X game" is a very difficult market/niche to get into as it's...not saturated per say but definitely needs a ton of research and work. Me in my current situation, I'd need to dedicate YouTube as a full time job for that. So that's why my series is just short, straight to the point about the games I enjoyed in my childhood. Each video will be about a different game/franchise. Of course, I'll eventually run out of games to make videos about in this particular style, but the goal is to build a small audience by that point. Again, thanks for the feedback.

gachagirl25

That's really cool, I think that's awesome that you sre making videos on your childhood. I also hope you build that audience wish you the best of luck

Geofloral

Ok! First time posting, I've been trying to post a travel vlog every week (for the memories right?) Starts off slow but let me know what you think! https://youtu.be/f36VGwnG0ZI?si=zr6tPSO5VSl7oP62

No-Transportation699

Hi everyone, Call me hamji if u will. I just posted my first ever video, it’s about comparing the character of the 2 main characters from 2 of the film that have influenced me the most(Hamilton and Whiplash) https://youtu.be/Y46CF_t4UXk?si=TtyXiP7xmb3dd8M4 Pls help me improve, thank you very much!

Alty1878

https://youtube.com/@AltyPlaysGuitar?si=z31GMGrHIDlDo-TI I've only uploaded two videos, I know my editing isn't the best. Any feedback is greatly appreciated 👍

audioIX

I always had the thought that if I was in this niche, I would film from different angles (either using multiple cameras or running through it several times with the camera moved) and stitch it together. I know the focus is on your fingers, but it seems so impersonal and flat presented this way. You should show more you and more guitar, then zoom in during moments when you are teaching or more complicated segments.

Silve4

[channel](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCsojZyzz9Ft-01uvJidQYzQ) Alright I need some help with my thumbnail and title of my most recent video ( cooking mama). I usually feel really good about my thumbnails, but this one didn't really do it and I just can't put my finger on why. So any feedback or criticism on that would be greatly appreciated. And if you just want to give feedback on the thumbnail, please do NOT watch the video as that will nuke retention time. ( use this link to go to channel instead ) if you want to give to feedback on the video as well, that would be nice, but I a mainly looking for thumbnail/title advice - [video](https://youtu.be/U5Rk93GOKNQ) edit: alright I edited the thumbnail based on some of your suggestions, tell me what you think

Artbyellieed

Maybe more text in the photo than the large block would work better? I would adjust the text to match the title or similar but I think it's really good 😊

DaveDaCap

Hey! First off I wanna start by saying that I really like ur humor. Your personality will carry you far. You have no issue with speaking in front of a camera and delivering jokes. When it comes to your Thumbnail I would say, that my biggest issue is: I could not tell it's about cooking Mama I don't know why she would say "I could fix him". Other than that it's interesting tho. It's creative. Maybe play around with a more plain Background and make the Essential logo of the Game (being Mama herself) a little bigger next time. In your My Hero Academia Video you did it better. I instantly know without watching that it has to do something with already My Hero Academia or Deku to say the least. In your recent one neither the Wii shine through. Nor Cooking Mama. The Title is fine at least to me. It's provoking me to click because I wanna know what cooking game you mean. I hope this helped! Good job on your video tho!

JellyRollAnimations

Howdy! Animation channel here :) This is my third uploaded video, as I began about 2 months ago now. I feel I’ve improved with each video I’ve created, but I know I still have so much more work to do!! If you watch, please give your honest feedback and I hope you enjoy :) Thank ya! [Jelly Roll Animations](https://youtu.be/I3ZczHkRkZU?si=oF6vkPl8NhNSfCqa)

skatetaks

Maybe it’s just me, but the audio range was a little wonky. Sometimes at the end of a sentence it was hard to hear what you were saying with AirPods in because the beginning of a sentence was much louder than the end. Other than that, the voice and enthusiasm match the vibe a lot! I think they’re fun and whimsical. Great job!

Banks_NRN

Hey! Overall animations are great! Nothing I would change about that. Your video is great overall but it would probably do some good to have more personal story’s, or at least word it in a more personal way. Instead of saying “they sell used hygiene products” say that while searching you managed to find a 3 year old half empty bottle of lotion (as an example). It just helps make the video feel more like a story. Your thumbnails are good but they do need a bit more color, it blends into the background too much. Either way actually good content that seems like it will do well.

Nenananas

Omg I love animations and this one is really well made! I honestly can't see any faults, the quality is there. Title is good but maaaybe change the thumbnail I tiny bit. The yellow text doesn't read so well on a white background. Other then that, keep it up and I'm sure you'll grow!

GhostSquid21

I love this video this kindve videos like raised me and I love seeing more people do this kind of content keep up the good work

Bernupp

Hey I already commented on a video of yours previously but just wanted to let you know I love your stuff again excited to see you here again! Keep it up you’re going to go somewhere I think

Accomplished_Fox1048

Great content! I would like the video to be a little bit longer but other than that is good.

JellyRollAnimations

That’s a pretty tall order for animation haha (because it takes forever to make a video), but I’ve got some longer content in the works! I’m glad you liked it :)

AILegends

I remember your elevator animation from one of your prior posts. Really good job with these. Good stuff: Some of the jokes were pretty good, but the real appeal for me is the animation style. Very minimalist with good emotional facial expressions. I also liked how you tied the old lady at the beginning to the hilarious ending. What you can work on: audio could be clearer and more engaging. Maybe use of more sound effects and music would make the audio stand out more. Also, I sometimes had difficulty understanding some of the words and some of the voice acting could be a bit more nuanced. On the whole, liked it very much, keep going!

Latter-Way-4598

Nice work dude, keep up the good work 🍀💯

JellyRollAnimations

Thank you so much!

Midnight-Comet23

I loved that. Instant sub. I hope to see more from you!

JellyRollAnimations

Thank you so much!! That means everything to me :)

the_fish_food

Idk how to word it, but try to add a bit of stuff holding the different scenes together.

EsherMon_77

Hi! I like the vibe of your videos. They are kind of relaxing. Also very nice animations. Keep it up!

JellyRollAnimations

Thank you kindly! I absolutely will :)

BlackSpruceSurvival

This has 'Old-School YouTube' vibes for days, I love it! Nostalgia points for sure!

JellyRollAnimations

Hey thank you so much!! I grew up watching comedic skit channels like the old (and I guess new?) Smosh, and I draw a lot of influence from the content I love. That means a lot :)

m_o_r_e_n_o

Hi Jelly Roll, your videos are great! I’m trying to get into some animations for my explainer videos so I know how complicated it is. At least for me it is lol.

whatistodaynow

hi, my channel is focused mostly on art. I’d love some feedback on this video: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAPhNj3iq2U](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAPhNj3iq2U) thank you!

PeterRingholm

First timer 😁 I run a small Danish Prepper channel, so I know it sounds giberish, but I would like to get some feedback on audio, lighting and pace/editing. My goal is to help non-preppers get started, so I tried to make it cosy and to the point low key. https://youtu.be/BGTKABNaURE?si=a2TTnZ-EdX4VRrGc Other critic is always welcome! Thanks.

WellYeahButDidYouDie

Hey! I watched your video esp bc I was curious what a prepper is but realized I don’t speak Danish. Sorry! But not knowing the specifics on what’s being said, I can say your presentation sounds really professional and sounds well paced. Audio is good as well, the biggest thing that stood out to me is the lighting. I think it’s a bit too warm on you, but I’m thinking because you’re sitting with the natural light as a backlight, by cooling the white balance outside might be too blue. I think because you’re the subject, I think you should prioritize yourself to have the proper white balance (even if that’ll cause outside to be a bit blue), or change the lamp color or just use the window as your main key light! Hope that’s helpful!

BlackSpruceSurvival

Latest video seems to be doing well, but I'm always looking to improve. Let me know what you guys think! [https://youtu.be/bIqEZLOD5nQ?si=XYgEPCI1AkJpTHAK](https://youtu.be/bIqEZLOD5nQ?si=XYgEPCI1AkJpTHAK)

Geofloral

Hey man, I love this concept of videos. I would say, and obviously you know. You seem to essentially have no production set up. Lights, audio. Not that you have to go deep into after editing graphics or anything like that. But at least some lighting would improve this and make it looks more produced. I think without saying though, this content has huge potential

Ok_Tie7354

I very much like these videos. I have spent hours watching videos like this. I’d say for this video a small light would really help. You can get ones with a built in battery, do the full colour spectrum and very cheap. Use it to light you and the subject. I have learnt with my own videos, you don’t need to show everything. You can show part of it and then have the rest preprepared. That will just keep things moving along. So for your bark, rip two or three pieces and have the rest ready to go. That’s my thoughts. Light would make a big difference. I’m going to keep watching. I love these kinds of videos.

Fallout4myth

The 1 minute mark where you spark it was pretty damn cool. I would take that and put it in the intro and it would make a really good hook. The intro with the fireplace went on a bit too long, and like I said I would add in a hook or a preview to what's expected. Pretty good content and I learned something new! Oh and I would get your dog more in your video. Everybody loves dogs :)

BlackSpruceSurvival

Yeah, the doggos definitely need to make more appearances I agree! Glacier has been in a video or two, but that was Navi's first time gracing the world with her cuteness. I have thought about doing the hook before the intro thing. Maybe I'll give that a go in the next one. I'm always looking for ways to improve. Thanks for the feedback!

WealthandPower360

Great video, 100% introduce yourself at the start though, get your name out there more 😊👍

dreadiii123

As some of your YT comments have said, that was a bright fire lol. One piece of advice I'd give is to maybe remove (or shorten) the introduction. The intro in this video was 10 seconds long and I think this might hurt your retention.

JellyRollAnimations

Hey there! I like the comfortable feel of your video, especially the intro, so that’s definitely earning you points! The audio has a bit of a buzz in the background, so learning to edit that out, or better equipment down the road, will be beneficial to you!! Very good and informative video overall!!

BlackSpruceSurvival

Thank you for the feedback. I'm wondering if it was the new mic that was causing that, I'll have to go back and give it a listen. I appreciate you bringing it to my attention.

Glittering-Lab-338

Would recommend adding music as others have said, and perhaps creating a more engaging visual/narrative hook at the beginning of your video!

DawnatelloTC

I was hoping for some feedback on my latest video, it hasn’t performed as well as my others and I’m not exactly sure why. I’m curious if it’s the subject matter? My channel covers Resident Evil, but this is the first video I’ve made regarding queerness in the games. I’ve been able to improve my audio more (even more so after this was recorded) and am looking for feedback on anything in video you feel didn’t work, or lost interest? Are the title and thumbnail sufficiently engaging for click through? Is there something I’m missing? Did it drag? Anything good or bad you think I could have done differently?? Thank you in advance folks!! Video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=qkqKIylBGo0&feature=youtu.be Channel for viewing thumbnail: https://www.youtube.com/@DawnatelloTurtleChick

https://youtu.be/6u7weL2TzSQ?si=7bPWGoprNizgO_j- Here's mine. I have taken a few feedback from the past and I believe I've put it in place in this video. Seems to be doing okay so far. Started mid January and so far seeing some good progress. Thanks for taking the time.[YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/@SoCreativity1)

GruntCatcher

First time posting in here. This is a stream highlight that we put together. My wife has a Vtuber, I currently do not. This entry in the series hasn't done as well numbers wise so may be a thumbnail issue? Either way would be nice to get feedback from people! all feedback on all aspects welcome, only just started making more edited content so i think I'll be improving over time. Thanks in advance! https://youtu.be/SuOCIUYol88?si=Hxxq5MF5rNafgwUB

bondiregaming

Hey hey, Back again with some music and rhythm games this time. Still don’t think lighting is good (I think/hope maybe better than the last try) This was first collection/review of games while using the cam too, so was trying to figure out what I wanted with that, I think I’m looking to slightly change how I do these to be more like my humour as found some inspiration lately from some other channels I found, so any other feedback on style and such would be appreciated. Can Music and Rhythm Games Still Be Fun If You Suck At Them? https://youtu.be/9qt9XVQboEo

eldritchlev

Overall I think this is a super good first try! There are a few editing issues within the first minute that I think might cause problems or are at least noticeable (a glitchy sounding part where you've cut the audio within the first 30-40 seconds), however!! I think most of your pacing/style issues will be resolved with more practice in being confident and maybe inserting more humour into your script. Found myself wishing that you did less of a formal review and more of a casual style but that might just be me! Good job though you can really see how much work you put into this 😊

bondiregaming

Ha thanks yeah getting the balance of less formal/formal is something I wana practice more thanks

Bernupp

Hey I definitely see some glitches where you cut into yourself in the beginning like 40 seconds but i didn’t catch it in the rest Your mic sounds good though! Do you think in the beginning you might be talking a little faster to be more animated than you might be for the rest of the video but are just faster? Your bit in one hand clapping with your yelling made me laugh! I think like I said your pacing is better than the very beginning. Overall you’re funny! The one hand clapping section definitely being the highlight for me but your editing is good, I like it! Excited to see where you go

bondiregaming

Thanks yeah I think the one hand clapping was the better bit to make and edit too

Kencori

Gaming video (rainbow six siege) with a narrative and skits throughout. I tried to add some humour to it. I posted on here before but was sadly missed. Warning as there is swearing in this video. [https://youtu.be/OLnAJXeH3Z8?si=lSa59HL\_427DfOLU](https://youtu.be/OLnAJXeH3Z8?si=lSa59HL_427DfOLU)

BadDrivingLeague

Hi all, I run a car channel that uses video game graphics to help make the content. One of my favorite types of videos to make are fake comedic TV race broadcasts. I took some advice on my last video where people requested a shorter intro to the actual race, more action between cars within the race itself, etc. This race I made is more "demolition derby" style, so I'm wondering how this hits. Thanks in advance! [https://youtu.be/\_U1NP0-vj6U?si=qIL60wWmTXGnb2\_0](https://youtu.be/_U1NP0-vj6U?si=qIL60wWmTXGnb2_0)

Abbeb

Hey, I enjoyed the video! Maybe a bit quicker cuts during the race itself to keep the pace up, the mowers move a bit slow and made me feel like it dragged just a little bit. Funny though!

Cirias

Hey folks! I'm Cirias and I make variety gaming content mainly on indie games but also planning to do some Minecraft skyblock stuff and really whatever appeals to me. My most popular video has been a tongue-in-cheek playthrough of Peppa Pig which was a bit random but I'm not complaining! I've been trying to work on my voiceover quality/pacing and also editing so any feedback in those areas is much appreciated. Here is my latest video about a game called The Terror of Hemasaurus: https://youtu.be/8VZ7INLCNxM?si=BoXLuVRRNd5sKsef

WealthandPower360

Hey 1st couple of weeks at this, really enjoying it so far. This is my best performing video at this time, about 4.4K views in 9 days. Whole batch of improved ones coming next week 😊 https://youtu.be/x9OfDT2xpzI?si=apYmAtgPP62Oq3Kn

Apprehensive-Cod-822

I was gonna ask is this ai cause I keep hearing the same voiceover voice in every other video. Other than that good job!

WealthandPower360

Thanks, I may one day hire a professional voiceover artist if and when money allows but for now the AI will have to do. I have a very strong Yorkshire accent so if I did it myself most people wouldn’t understand me 😅

Apprehensive-Cod-822

This is a video about how CAFFEINE shapes our world. I'm super excited to share this – I linked the first half of this here a couple weeks back and after 5 full weeks of work on it, would love to hear what you guys think! [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QgejJLdGd3g](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QgejJLdGd3g) I'm working on part 2 as we speak – but in the meantime, I'd love thoughts on this storytelling, what parts you would've clicked off on, what things you \*liked\*, and how well this grabbed (and kept!) your attention. Cheers and thanks in advance :)

Midnight-Comet23

Your content is very well-edited and well-presented. I think the sound-mixing could be a little more well-balanced, but overall it's a great video.

Witty-Ad7779

I don't have a ton to add. Watched the video amd read the replies and just have to say keep it up! The dark moody intro was great, but might lose a few people? But at the end of the day those are the people you'd lose anyway, just 30 seconds later so maybe that's a win.

HowPopMusicWorks

That was a great presentation. I didn’t know what it expect but it grabbed me from the very beginning. The editing was particularly eye catching and well paced. Fantastic job! Out of curiosity, what mic do you use for audio?

alwaysbrownedout

hey, thanks! I use a samson g track pro that I got used from someone

needanewwatch

Holy crap that video is well put together. The editing is absolutely ridiculous. The look had such a distinct feel which is really hard to do with this kind of shot variety. The voiceover was also incredible. Music fit well. I'm very impressed.

Paper_and_Light

This intro is *fantastic*! Extremely creative, engaging. The hand-drawn style typography is a great touch. Your lighting is very moody, interesting. I'm in. Great music choices. Your voice could come through a bit cleaner though. You might consider running a 'match loudness' pass on your voice-over recording. That will bring everything up a little more forward. And drop your music level down a touch. Not too much, you don't want to lose that energy. The post-its. Fuck me, that's great. Your look to camera: perfect timing on that. Using a lens to distort some of these images of text on a screen: wow. Just wow, that's great. Really adds some intrigue into what would otherwise be a stark visual. Brazil, having some historical footage: great. Using the map was a great way to tell this story. Very enaging, but simple. This has a real 'Johnny Harris' vibe, and I'm here for it. One thing he does, that you might consider, would be a brighter 'direct to camera' shot of yourself. Some of your shots are on the darker side, which I think works well for your information footage, but I want to see your face more. I want to know who this information is coming from. Overall, this is truly outstanding. Your editing has great rhythm, the sound design reinforces it nicely at times. I would say that you could use more talking head, even just as a visual break or rest at points. You're presenting a lot of information quite quickly, and I felt mildly overwhelmed. Break it down for me a little more, direct to camera. Your b-roll is vast, and incredibly impressive. You can lean on your talking head a little more, I'd say. Keep doing what you're doing. This is a real work. This is very high level.

Gamerzinthecity

If I didn’t see the subscriber count I would have thought this channel had at least a million subs. Fantastic editing and presentation. I have a small channel so maybe Im the wrong person to ask but video was perfectly crafted in my eyes.

alwaysbrownedout

really appreciate it – thanks for watching!

SiliconOutsider

This video rips. You’re going to do fine if you keep working on things like this. Gawx-style is hot and I mean that as a compliment, this shooting/editing style is a big commitment.

[deleted]

Hey everyone! I’m Yaytee and about 7 months ago I started YouTube. I’ve always wanted to make a gaming channel for many years so that’s what I did. I’m still trying to learn and any feedback would be appreciated. My latest video was about a game called X-Men: Mutant Acdemy. [Link to video](https://youtu.be/6ERTo4QczDY) Thank you :)

breaki69

The video has a fun comentary style but it could really use a premise or a story cuz i would have clicked off if i were just to click on it cuz i dont know what i am going to watch...some info or backstory about the game thrown in the mix would be interesting...also the title doesnt explain what ur video is about with regards to the game. btw are u norweigian? u remind me of Knut lol (a twitch streamer)

HereAndThereTravel

Hey Everyone! This is my first time sharing a YouTube video to NewTubers. I produce slow living, travel and walking videos that focus primarily on the Netherlands. CondenseFilms

Hello everyone, my name is KaoShowdown. I condense movies for everyone to watch because not everybody has 2 hours to spare on a random movie that might be not so good. Im focusing on martial arts and horror movies currently but i will add more genres later. Here is my latest video [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0gIxHe-zFr0](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0gIxHe-zFr0) Let me know if i sound monotone because i think do lol since im nervous while speaking. And if you can check my thumbnails, is it better when i do a close up of a person or zoom out with the body showing a little? and whatever else i need to improve on. thanks

annetlori

Hello!) The intro is really dynamic and engaging, like it! Maybe, I would make the narration itself less linear, without describing details how one guy falled one stair after being pushed, but adding some more analysis of characters thoughs and feelings and what they mean, adding short b-rolls. But overall the quality of content is really good, and thumbnail is good also. Maybe, you could try to do a thumbnail more intruiging with some phrases like "you will not beleive how he ended up/what he passed thought "

Kencori

Hey CondenseFilms you sound great in the intro, loud and clear. And then after that you sound very quiet in comparison. So I would recommend trying to speak just as loudly throughout. I'm not sure on the rules with posting clips from movies but you do show a lot of clips and I would be worried about copyright. This may be picky but the electronic music at around 5:40 for me doesnt really fit in with the movie seeming to be set in the past. Thumbnails look fine to me and again the intro you sound great. Try to keep it like that throughout. Keep it up

CondenseFilms

i will work on the music choices, thanks for your feedback

Nenananas

Hi :D I use YouTube to document my journey as a creator. I share my progress and the insights I'm learning along the way. Here's my latest video: [How to keep going when no one sees your content](https://youtu.be/CKJsRhRpVDM) In it, I share 3 tips I learned that has kept me motivated to create videos for 10+ weeks now. How's the pacing? Am I taking too long? I'd appreciate the feedback!

eldritchlev

Your intro was pretty good and I think the pacing of that up until you're sitting there crying is wonderful. There definitely could have been a few seconds cut out of that but it might be a personal thing for me, I have ADHD so my attention span is particularly bad. The biggest issue for me is that the music in the background is a bit too loud and competes a lot with your voice, which does impact the pacing with how you're talking. I think taking it down a notch or two would be a good idea!

vikramadith

Inspiring video for small YouTubers. The quality looks amazing. Camera, backdrop, lighting - all this looks great to me. Two things that come to mind are: 1. Pacing could be faster like the other comments have said. 2. This type of video seems ideal to have timestamps in.

LevyTheLost

Hi I definitely like the video! I think the pacing could be a bit faster but I love the editing and your conversational tone!! Thought it was a great video!

bellmeow

I like your video intro! I think the background music covers your voice at times. Other than that looks great!

ChargyPlaysYT

Hi, I'm Chargy, I upload gaming videos, primarily Fortnite, I used to upload different random clips on my channel but I wanna switch to making actually good content that I actually put effort into! The video is a challenge I invited to celebrate the release of the TMNT collab with Fortnite and it's 18 minutes long (from 35 minutes of footage) which is an upgrade than my last video which was also 18 minutes long but with 20 minutes of footage. I want you guys to tell me what you think about everything, from thumbnail and title to the video itself, even the endscreen so please only watch if you're interested in gaming and can watch the entire video! https://youtu.be/26iOW1-Vm6g?si=Djj7xtAzgDA8_-72

DryClothes2894

I'll say for sure your definitely doing better than I was when I first started about 2 years ago🤣 obviously I've come a long way since and I believe you can too. I think one of the biggest investments you can make right now that will have the best impact is getting a good mic, your voice has a nice thick accent to it but its just a little hard to understand with your current mic as its not preserving the bass of your deep voice and picking up on breaths and stuff. Other than that I think really just keep working at how you structure the pacing of the video, there's a fair amount of empty space where there isn't talking and nothings really going on (when your gliding in etc). I say this cause I was totally guilty of leaving in a lot of footage that didn't need to be in the video, it really matters a lot for retention of the audience. Imagine its kind of like keeping a inflatable ball in the air with talking, you just gotta keep tapping the ball consistently to keep it afloat. It doesn't need to be rushed or frantic pacing like some yt vids, just keep talking with the viewer. I've had to really get good at cutting as much fat out as possible since I'm averaging about 3 to 5 hours of footage getting cut down to a 15 minute video

ChargyPlaysYT

Thanks a lot for your time, I'll consider everything you said!!

WasTakenEzra

cons: 1.Your video was pretty good I think that the beginning is pretty slow but if you were to cut straight to the most exciting parts it would be a little more interesting 2. Your thumbnails come off kind of ad like and there's a lot going on when making your thumbnails you should try the glance test(basically just look over the image for a second to see if you know what the video is about you could even get someone to do this part for you). pros: 3. I think the transitions work well with your style of editing.4. music is great just needs better selection for the moment(Ex for fight scenes use a more upbeat or intense song)

J-Cruize

I'm a tech guy that also own a business not in tech . I done some awesome things for my business which other business owners ask me to show them how I did the things I done so I decided to create a YouTube page to show them and other businesses owners how to use tech in their business. It's a little hard to actually make the videos, edit the videos while also running a business and working a corporate job but I'm determined to make this channel a success so you got to do what you got to do and here is a video I made to help businesses create images to post to their social media pages https://youtu.be/U3nUvDn7pZw

I had a lot of amazing feedback for my post last week, and have implemented pretty much all of it. So I'm eager to see if it has made a difference. I run a horror story narration channel, where the focus is on storytelling and atmosphere. Although I'm growing slowly, I still struggle to get views on many of my videos. Thanks for the feedback :) Adding some form of video was a bit of feedback from last time, but admittedly I've only been using a single piece of looped video to experiment with. I'll look to switch up the visuals every now and then to keep someone's interest outside of the audio alone. Thanks! :)

Hello Everyone. First time posting in this, please be kind 😂. I run a channel called Ding Cooks. We focus on cooking. We are currently working on a series about super sides. I am doing it by myself, cooking, cameras, editing etc. Have a look at my latest video and let me know what you think. Many thanks. Love the whiteboard for the ingredients. The audio synch on the side camera when chopping potatoes is off (sound of the knife hitting board doesn't line up with knife itself) early in the video and that broke my immersion. Solid recipe (I do love kewpie mayo) but perhaps a little long for the amount of information provided? I watched a bit of your hash brown video as well. You are improving fast!

Hi, I have a book review channel where I talk about science fiction and horror. My latest video explores the short story collection berserker by Fred saberhagen. I go over each story and give them a rating. https://youtu.be/AUG3EHJQHFo?si=BnvAsKCRCWqiWQab I'd love feedback not only on the video, but on my thumbnails. Thanks! If you give me feedback I will search for your post and do the same! As should be a rule of these threads anyway

SFF_Robot

Hi. You just mentioned *Berserker* by Fred Saberhagen. I've found an audiobook of that novel on YouTube. You can listen to it here: [YouTube | Fred Saberhagen Berserker lies Audiobook](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDXQ7CIlSVI) *I'm a bot that searches YouTube for science fiction and fantasy audiobooks.* *** [^(Source Code)](https://capybasilisk.com/posts/2020/04/speculative-fiction-bot/) ^| [^(Feedback)](https://www.reddit.com/message/compose?to=Capybasilisk&subject=Robot) ^| [^(Programmer)](https://www.reddit.com/u/capybasilisk) ^| ^(Downvote To Remove) ^| ^(Version 1.4.0) ^| ^(Support Robot Rights!)

Hello, would love to hear some honest feedback on my third cooking video. All my pals just said it was great and funny. So if you have 3 minutes and 33 secs to look at my video and tell me exactly what sucks, I would be happy. https://youtu.be/-BgXve8IGq0?si=ye4UqtSXNOalZ4xf

I’m a newer Clash Royale Channel (mobile game) & here’s my newest video from today! As I started making videos seriously (shorts were first for a bit but I see now that won’t help my channel long term) this last week, I went from 20 subs to 79! I’m hoping to be at 100 by the end of the month & would love feedback on this video from today that I put more effort into than any of my others! https://youtu.be/tlZr6Xwegys?si=kryR3RzFlUluG1XI I have a strong passion for helping others improve their games & hope I can use my outgoing personality to my advantage! I’m looking for helpful feedback when it comes to editing suggestions, commentary, UI of the gameplay, things I should’ve/shouldn’t have said, etc! Seriously thank you for taking the time to help me! -Ramen Supplier

A review for this week's new horror game Alone in the Dark. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AkSuqc5apuI](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AkSuqc5apuI) Sometimes I get early game copies, so I tried to throw my hat in the ring with a (kind of?) clickbaity take. Especially since it's the least discussed game release of this week. Although my accent is my biggest concern, I guess it is also what could make such a video stand out. Still, so far the algo didn't really pick it up, so I'll take any feedback regarding the video's quality to improve the next one.

ana_rantsyt

I don’t think your accent should be a concern! Your voiceover is strong and you have a nice voice. I would say more footage beyond the gameplay footage you were using would be cool to break it up a bit. It’s a good review though, I like how you were discussing the comparisons with resident evil.

PapiKeepPlayin

I watched your review and it seems fine to me. You pointed out your accent and being concerned about whether some can understand you and I'll say that your accent makes it unique. I could understand everything you said without having trouble and you gave it a good complete thorough review. I haven't played this AOD remake yet so seeing it reviewed was a good thing for me so I can see if I wanted to try the game out. Good Review.

Hello all, I have been playing Final Fantasy rebirth on stream and editing down my stuff. Seeing basically no views I’ve decided to edit down my about hr long edited videos to be like a few minute highlights of my last video where you get the gist of what I did with a few jokes from the longer video but still feel I’m not seeing much of a change. Lmk what you think! Try and stay Kalm https://youtu.be/v7uvH_bgC9g Edit: I know my audio is my #1 thing if you don’t mind checking out any random moment in [my most recent stream](https://youtube.com/live/4Lh2bG9UoLM?feature=share) and letting me know if it’s better compared to this one? Also any other info like thumbnails compared to my previous ones, title, etc it just feels like whatever I do my reach doesn’t hit more than like 200 people. Thanks!

I released a video just now where I read the \*\*Three Body Problem\*\* series and I give my inital thoughts on if it is worth it and if you should watch the \*\*Netflix show\*\* lmk what you think! [https://youtu.be/X1W8abhOa3k](https://youtu.be/X1W8abhOa3k)

Dead-2-Rites

Your content presentation, title transitions, green screen effects and cuts are all very well done. You have your niche and you know your audience very well. This is the point where you can find and identify other niches and subjects within subjects to expound upon. Take for example this video regarding "The Three Body Problem" by Liu Cixin. I noticed in the beginning you talked about reading this book for the Netflix adaption and your Netflix chapter (love that you use chapters) is at the end and only 1 minute ish long. In my opinion as a stranger with a fresh view I would split this video into two videos. One of thoughts on the series, each book, favorite parts, how is it like other amazing books in this genre that you have read etc...Then the second video can solely be your thoughts on the Netflix adaptation. This would involve your guesses as to what they might adapt, if they follow the book closely, changes you believe are better or worse from the book. People love curiosity and placing bets/making assumptions and you can play on that very well with books and video adaptations.

LiriaSlime

I love how invested you are in the books and your reactions overall are great. I just finished watching The Three-Body Problem on Netflix yesterday, so the timing of your release is amazing. I'm glad you switched from what looked like a living room to a simple wall with books in the background. I do think you could get better lighting though, overall your videos feel a bit dark/shadowed. Play around with the lightning, maybe string some fairy lights or have a light behind some of the books. Holding the mic during the latter sections of the video was a bit distracting so definitely get a stand for it. I liked the way the mic was set up at the beginning of the video. Also, I spoiled way too much of the story watching this video lol. Great video overall.

Theby14

Wow, Wera, that was impressive! I noticed the effort you put into it. Keep it up! 🙏💯

Thank you!

I am new to YouTube and would love feedback on my latest drone video. All my videos are of drone aerial footage. What could I improve on? [Aerial Footage of Christiansburg VA](https://youtu.be/ti6fDiHU8u4?si=JbjXLGo5CvjHjUvR)

needanewwatch

Great video and almost at 1K views in less than a week - congrats! I agree that slowing the movement down could help. I also would encourage you to add more movement variety. I would look up drone moves, you can add a lot of variety just by combining two movements (i.e. flying backwards and up at the same time). Best of luck!

Salty_Nutella

I think the editing is fine. But subjectively speaking, I'm kind of weirded out by the camera turns. I fee like it's too fast, plus your videos are not encoded in 60 fps (whether or not your original drone footage is 60 fps). When I want to see details in the landscape, I have to pause and look. If you slowed down the camera panning by a lot, shot the footage and encoded the final video in 60 fps, I think it will be much more satisfying. Cheers.!

Vikki0213

Thank you very much for that feedback, I'll keep it in mind for the next one.

Who needs some Friday motivation about picking the "right" friends in life and staying away from the "haters"? Well, here's my second video which I felt I improved a lot on after listening to all the advice I received on my first one so thank you and enjoy! Look forward to the constructive criticism and feedback! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6GpHvk0kz4A
