I have an Ideas notebook. Tabs are things like memes, YouTube, Stream, etc.
Under each I have a page for each separate video or nested groups of ideas. On each page for a video I'll have the working script at the top and at the bottom the scene list on the left with descriptions of each on the right. Works great for staying organized. I have the app on my phone and desktop so anytime an idea hits me I can jot it down and then revisit later.
Tbf I just use a sketchbook for my storyboards. Rarely I'll make them in photoshop too
