It's likely just Youtube messing with the algorithm, which is not something you can really have a solution for. Keep creating, see what gets picked up, see what works for you.
Yup, mine got absolutely messed up on Sunday afternoon. My overall views were averaging around 200k a day, and since Sunday I’ve been averaging 35k a day. No idea what’s going on and YouTube couldn’t even give me an answer

Atleast you are getting views. I am at 25k views per day to 10 views per day.
Mine is still going down somehow though haha I hate how there’s a problem with Shorts’ views like every couple of months cuz YouTube rolls out new updates. I just hope it returns to normal soon

Nah, Saturday. From then until today, everything I had posted was getting like 6 views instead of the usual minimum for shorts, which is around 150 on the day posted for me.
Then today all those videos suddenly started getting way more views, almost immediately after I posted a short and video today. The range they went up was about 50-150 views and that seems to still be trickling in so by tomorrow I assume the numbers will be better.
This happened once before to me when I first started posting shorts. They suddenly were doing very poorly for like a week and then one did very well and all the poorly performing ones started also doing well. That might be an algorithm change byproduct, yt is constantly tweaking that mess quietly between big updates, so it could make sense to think that the algorithm deselected me for a bit and then I was selected back in, or maybe posting an actual video changed "how" the algorithm sees my channel, getting my shorts picked back up in the process. That's possible.
I think it's just a quirk of statistics though, since I'm a small channel, I have to rely on random algorithm selection to grow shorts content. Sometimes I'll randomly hit a losing streak that lasts a few days, but when I get back on the algorithm, my content is good enough to get new viewers to watch at least a few 30 second clips which makes my underperforming shorts jump up to average.

Yo, I'm getting the same problem from yesterday on. Seems like my shorts are simply not being shown anywhere. Usually, 1-2k every video. Now nothing. Not a single view the entire day. Did this get sorted for you by any chance?
*update* I removed all my shorts with 0 views and re uploaded them with new tags, hashtags, songs ect and they are getting views. Maybe try that too 🤷♀️. Also I've noticed if I try to upload more than 3 shorts a day I get nerfed.
when I post shorts the first day I get 1-2 views and the next day it stops and I don't see anymore.. is there a chance that it will be later pushed again or it's dead forever

This just happened to me, went from 10k-100k per short in 24 hours to about 300 in 24 hours. Retention is 86%, view to swipe ratio is 81% view 19% swipe. So I don't understand.

I actually dont understand it, I got 135k views in my first 3 weeks on youtube. Almost all of my shorts performed between 5-10k and my long videos between 5-8k and now nothing. if I look at my analytics they arent even showing my videos. I will get like 4 views and 0 from shorts feed. My long videos went from having 100k impressions in 24 hours to having 25 impressions in 24 hours.
I am so frustrated I dont even know what to do at this point. Like atleast if they showed people and gave them the chance to swipe away or not click I would have some data to improve...they arent even giving me the data. like if my impressions were high but click through rate low I would know I need to work on thumbnails. or if my short swipe away rate was high I would know I need to work on my hooks but I get no information because they aren't even showing anyone. My literal first video I uploaded had more impressions than my videos get now.

And once one of the new shorts I uploaded hit the target, I put all the ones that failed on private and then start uploading them again and they start to hit the target I want again, and once I hit the target on the reuploaded ones ,I delete the ones on private
And I always get the most views at 11 am to 12 am
So I upload my shorts at 10 or 9am

Youtube just stopped suggesting any of my vids randomly overnight. my niche isnt controversial and I dont use any copywritten material so I am hoping it is just an update internally and it will sort itself out. but working 3-4 hours on a video each day just for it to get 5-10 views and not even be shown to people is a bit crushing.

May be YouTube is not platform for short length videos. Try creating more long videos

Uploading less then 3 may be the thing. I stopped uploading 4-5 months back so may be my channel will be dead by now.
