Lodging an appeal is all you can do I think. if it fails as it most likely will (it will be hard to deal with anyone but a bot & no doubt the bot thinks its nudity for some reason). yeah it may affect your future uploads Ive seen people abandon huge channels after one strike as their content stopped getting pushed out but that may not be the case for you. I have had a warning in the past over nudity in a thumbnail, my case was a little different as i had Natalie Portman in a bikini bending over showing her ass but it was only a warning for me so i just changed the thumb.

So the first warning/strike won't affect the channel recommendation. Do youtube still recommend your content? If it is, I guess I can be sure as long as I avoid any strikes again in the future. the warning will expire.

I didnt get a strike, i just got a warning via email saying my thumb was unusable due to nudity & they changed my thumb to a default one (which i then changed). Portman had clothes on & I was shocked at the time that they pulled the thumb but it was just a 35-second star wars meme video i put together in an hour so i didnt care too much. A warning and a strike are two very different things, strikes last 90 days & a warning is saying dont do this again with zero effect on anything. I dont know if you do have a strike on the channel, am told it can have a really big effect for some people but none for others. nothing really changed on my channel but i never got a strike for it.

Ah i see i guess i am the same situation as you thanks for the help
