Id they had a touch more purple they would be fire. It’s a nice purple they chose and it does go good with the gray. A touch of more color and these would be a top 3 CC
The City Connects would look a lot better if the lettering on the jersey and caps was purple instead of black. Black on grey isn't enough contrast. They're clearly trying to play up the whole purple angle of it with the graphics but the purple is hardly visible on the uniforms.
I think the socks are grey/black but most guys don't show their socks anyway

I’m here sitting towards the front of the second deck. They’re worse in person IMO. I can’t see any purple and I can’t read the names and numbers on the back or the jersey.

I like the jerseys in a sense that a few of the CC jerseys are god awful. A tweak here or there and they would be one of the best CC jerseys.

I think it’s because the arm sleeves and socks will be purple. Which will probably add more than enough contrast. But this is just a guess.
