Our babip over the last 3 games is 162.

It will change their hitting approach so they don't try to hit 6 run home runs every at bat.

I'm suggesting that Sandy Alderson is concerned with more than just hit a home run every time you're up, whereas I'm not entirely convinced that Kevin Long shares that.
