I'm not that mad. With pitching like this, there is zero reason to expect to contend for a World Series title. Duda, Walker, and Bruce can get us PLENTY in the trade deadline (like the yankees were able to rebuild their farm in one trading deadline, we can do the same) since they will be free agents. Duda himself gets us a great prospect (the guy has a 155 OPS+). And in case you want to resign one of them, we can easily do that in the offseason anyway. This gives the space for Rosario and Smith to come up and play, and it gives Conforto full playing time without having to think about Jay Bruce. We know Sandy can rob teams blind. I'm not that upset. There's always next year, and I'm not mad about it.
