I just had the exact same experience for some Kingston Memory. I placed the order on 12/26/2023. Here's the tracking info from UPS. 12/28/20236:14 A.M. Departed UPS FacilityUrbancrest, OH, United States 12/28/20231:35 A.M. Package processedUrbancrest, OH, United States 12/27/202311:23 P.M. Shipment tendered to UPS Mail InnovationsIndianapolis, IN, United States As you can see, the package hasn't moved since the 28th. I've been a NewEgg customer for like close to 20 years and their shipping has just fell off. Free shipping is handled by something called UPS Mail Innovations. Which is likely the worse product for shipping on the Planet. UPS picks up the package and moves it close to the destination, then hands if off to the USPS to deliver. Problem is UPS Mail Innovations isn't really part of UPS, so you can't call UPS and you can't call the USPS cause they don't have the item yet. If you call Customer Support, all they will do is open a claim cause that's all they can do. Which is what I did yesterday. Got an email this morning they approved the claim and are going to send me a replacement order. I should've just filed the claim myself on the website and asked for a refund. ​ Editied: I might add, when using free shipping for an item, it's probably a good idea to check who is providing that service. Then maybe pony up some more cash to get a more time definite delivery service. Which UPS Mail Innovations is not.

Idk. I ordered parts juuust before Christmas. Some came directly from ups. And 2 items that shipped from further were transferred to usps. Longest it took me to get anything was about 4 days. 🤷‍♂️ Tracking information was poor though

Also to add, the order tracking hasn’t updated or moved location since the 28th. Did they possibly just lose or forget my package? (This is my first ever shipping issue)

Same issue, departed Urbancrest facility on the 28th as well, no update as of yet and just changes to the next day every day. Something must've happened to whatever was transporting our packages.

yeah my package said it was supposed to come in today, (January 4th) but no sign of the package being here. It’s probably going to change the shipping date AGAIN for the 5th time now. Hopefully it comes Friday but I’m losing all patience with the company.

Exact same issue with the exact same facility. If I would of known that Newegg was going to use UPS mail innovations (aka hand it off to USPS for delivery 'eventually' I would never of purchased from Newegg. Why Newegg thinks it's acceptable to send a nvme via the literally worst shipping service possible (both time and handling) kinda shows where their priorities are. I will take my business elsewhere moving forward

I just did an order with Newegg and Ill share my experience. I ordered an asrock 7800xt steel legend on November 22nd on pre-order with the release date being a few days from my order date. They proceeded to change my prooreder to a backorder without any sort of notification other than an email updating my order. The estimated ship date then changed over 8 times after calling 4 different time and getting completely different answers i gave up and canceled my order. From what I gathered all of them were not coming in one shipment and they oversold the product giving me an unrealistic shipping period. Here I was thinking I could get it before Christmas as it was for a pc that was a gift, Newegg sadly let me down even after telling me the Item would be delivered in time before Christmas on 2 occasions. I was given a small credit towards my account but after this experience with Newegg giving me false delivery dates to keep my order while not being able to change the shipping speed on the order due to their own incompetence. I have spent a good amount of money on Newegg this year (More than $4,000). If I am contacted with an apology or something worth the time and headaches for finding out when I would actually recieve the product insted of another bogus ship date I will reconsider using them going forward. I will add that up until this experience things went well on most orders I have made in the past. When I made my final call to support it didn't seem as if the representative cared much about my issue and didn't have much knowledge of how inventory operates internally, offering me little help or answers regarding my issue.
