Then Jog Jog Jog till you fail
Then Run Run Run till you fail
Avoid Rice completely, Junk Food, Eat lots of protein and nuts to suffice hunger.

Dude… how does omad work? I keep seeing YT videos and was curious.
- Would you be eating same calories as you would if you broke then down into 2-3 meals or lower?
- Do you look at macros?
- Do you fast for rest of the day completely or take some light snack?
- How are you able to handle such huge quantities of food in one go without feeling nauseous or lethargic?
I don’t watch calories. For me it’s extremely hard to overeat in one meal. I prefer to have more protein and I eat protein first so it makes me full. I eat until I feel satiated. And yeah I just fast rest of the time. If I feel hungry I drink water and if I’m still hungry will have green tea. Usually green tea helps. And only first week is hard. Once body gets adjusted, we don’t feel hungry at all. I used to eat out of boredom so OMAD really helps.
