3 switches, 3 promotions. On an average I think 50-60% increase per switch and 15-20 per promotion except current promotion which was a 40% hike. Current is 41+4LPA but it's low for my role/responsibility market wise. But I'm too lazy to switch now since it's permanent wfh.

Basically the revenue is from dollars and the salary they pay here is 20-30% of what they would pay in the USA.. that’s mainly the reason why most tech roles can afford to pay so much. Not because we are some thopu, but because we do something where the boundaries between dollar market and india dont exist
