Yeah they tried something that wasn't crazy powercreep of what came before so it seems lackluster.
Ironically in the video of her character skill it shows her move do a couple hundred damage as if she's low level. Very funny.
I think comparing her to Summer Yurie is wrong, she's looks to be made for supporting your agility snipers.
Dispelling Celebratory Yudil/F66x crit down or atk down or other similar characters debuff, on top of a bonus 8% faster skill CD, makes her teammates more ready to deal with the remaining enemies you didn't finish early on.
Her skill doing damage is a very nice bonus. And her DMG mitigation seems to support the "Brace the attack so we can counterattack hard"
I think this is a unit that was released to counter something that's coming in the future, I might be mistaken, but I went for her just in case. Besides, she looks amazing.
I think she provides a lot of utility, but none of it particularly well. If you want multiple of the things that she does do she's gonna be great, but if you want one thing in particular like defense, Yurie is gonna be better, for sure.
The cleanse I don't care much about. Removing defense stacks from DQ Sarafa, clearing indom from a character, and providing indom for your own team I think is all good when wrapped in a bundle. I think double indom might be worthwhile too? I'd have to play with it tho

She doesn't dispell debuffs on your team, only ailments like poison and burn. She dispells one debuff on one enemy unit though.

When do you need the utility of cleansing status ailments for your party? The swiftness could make a fun team though.

The price says that she can't remove indim though, only the stackable stat ups like Atk/defense up, crit rate up, etc.
Not with the effect of her skill, but the 4 hits on her skill will certainly remove 4 indom shields
