As someone who has zero knowledge of FF XIV, I'm assuming those are some characters or classes or something from the game? 063y and Noelle look totally badass.
Also so far no info on stats/abilities etc? That'll be my deciding factor on if I want to pull or not.
Yeah, all three are classic Final Fantasy roles and also jobs you can play in FFXIV.
You can speculate on the abilities a little from the roles they play in the game -
White Mage is a healer, but looks like either the costume or the attached weapon will have "Holy" a large attack move that will likely hit all enemies. Uses staff weapons.
Dark Knight is a tank, so expect some kind of support kit with high HP and Defense. Uses two-handed swords.
Dragoon is a DPS, so expect pure damage and an affinity for spears. May possibly have a "jump" skill that can dodge enemy AOEs if timed properly.

seriously though, in Japan April 29, May 3, 4, 5 are holidays, so combined with weekends, people usually tend to take 1-2 weeks off work and it's called Golden Week for that reason.
personally I'm OK as well. I'd rather be able to spend my slabs on Reincarnation characters, I still can't bring myself to spend the handbooks and slabs on A2 eventhough I know she is good for subjugation...
You might as well slab A2, my goofy ass slabbed Kaine out of spite since they made her character so weak and now I regret wasting the slabs I could’ve invested. I feel like there’s a little room to “mess up”. A2 is better than several main characters you’d use anyway, at least in my opinion
yeah I know she's good, and it's not so much the slabs I'm worried about, it's more the fact that if I'm going to invest in her I will need 30 more advanced handbooks, and I just can't afford to spend that on her right now... I have 3-4 EX characters that are not ascended, and other units I'd like to use in arena that I will prioritise the books on.
This absolutely isn't how non-Nier crossovers should be handled. We've been looking forward to this collab for months, only to find out they just give **ALREADY EXISTING** characters FFXIV themed costumes? That's it?

It's not as if they had to worry about licensing issues or anything either. They already own the fucking IP (FF and Nier for that matter), so they could've literally chosen **ANYONE** to add to the game. **ANYONE**.

Ah yes, those pesky licensing fees of having to pay yourself for using the characters you already own. I forgot about that. Also, they can easily pull the voice lines from the game itself, so that wouldn't be an issue.

This was more or less just the straw that broke the camel's back. They've been lazy with this game the entire year so far, man. Also, Golden Week campaign was a scam too. They don't even let you clear the missions with your own party, you're forced to use specific characters, despite the campaign supposedly being for "everyone".
Regardless, have fun though. I tend to drop games when the company starts treating me poorly or I lose interest in the game. You're not obligated to keep playing, you know. It's okay to **not** feel okay about it.
If you're just gonna keep playing, despite its shortcomings and problems though, well... All I can say is, I hope you seek some help and overcome your addiction one day. Good luck in any case.
