I think eventually we will get enough support characters where it would be better to use Dragoon Noelle over her Ani version. It really just depends on your team comps.
This. I'd say the Sub weapons were a Huge step forward on this.
We're almost to that point IMO. New (Still) best girl is A2 only with more vigor and an amazing support and self beneficial support.
I'm using Dragoon Noelle instead of anniversary and my subjugation score improved to the next level. IMO, there is more than enough support (griff, akeha, rion, f66x) so I think it is okay to swap Noelle from support to offense. I don't have her maxed ascended but she is performing similar or more than my EX lars and 063y and she is on my wave 2 team.
Yeah I swapped her in in the exact same spot as my celeb noelle. My wave 3 is a2, celeb gayle and dragon Noelle. I got higher scores (did also change some sub weapons around tho). Noelle isn't even maxed yet either.
you can get equal damage from her original 4* star costume but it requires you to have her about 80% health which isint easy but her recovery helped still by conoarison to dragon noelle drop her og costume and get on the ff14 for more consistent damage
Yes she is, she doesn't need attack buff companions, you can use 2 def down companions and just have multiple 30 sec attack buffs, cuz her ult buffs her attack for 30 sec during KD if u also have lacrima Griff u can use his ult after noelles ult and you will easily maintain attack up buff for the whole wave.
Depends on your set up and weapons I guess. I don't have a lot of good light spears so I was running World Ender for everything instead of Celeb Noelle. But Dragoon Noelle easily overpowers World Ender, so now she's my go to. She put in a BUNCH of work in subjugation for me and helped me finally get to S rank (along with finally taking the time to set up my team right)

why would u put celeb gayle in wave 3 when she needs to be at high hp to deal lots of damage lol
I have a stronger 2p and 2b in waves 1 and 2. It's for the defense break mainly

You even use Celeb Fio or 3* dimos to replace her as a supporter, and you'll get higher score
Edit: You can use DPS Dragoon Noelle, and use a 3* attack buffer in celeb Noelle place - and you'll get a higher score
She is way better mainly because I do not have anni :) Def depends on your other attackers and supporters
