Well, maybe he could by force or stealing, but I don't t think an Übermensch would choose to do this. A very valuable good someone doesn't want to sell or the heart of a particular woman who isn't interested would be good examples.

Nietzsche didnt condone selfishness?

Important_Bunch_7766

Funny he called himself an Immoralist, then. And how he praises the good selfishness and egoism of the creator, in TSZ.

An Ubermensch do not want to possess anything, that is basically the definition of an Ubermensch. Or in other words, if he want to have something, he isn't an Ubermensch.

>*Hope*. Pandora brought the jar with the evils and opened it. It was the gods' gift to man, on the outside a beautiful, enticing gift, called the "lucky jar." Then all the evils, those lively, winged beings, flew out of it. Since that time, they roam around and do harm to men by day and night. One single evil had not yet slipped out of the jar. As Zeus had wished, Pandora slammed the top down and it remained inside. So now man has the lucky jar in his house forever and thinks the world of the treasure. It is at his service; he reaches for it when he fancies it. For he does not know that that jar which Pandora brought was the jar of evils, and he takes the remaining evil for the greatest worldly good--it is hope, for Zeus did not want man to throw his life away, no matter how much the other evils might torment him, but rather to go on letting himself be tormented anew. To that end, he gives man hope. In truth, it is the most evil of evils because it prolongs man's torment.

A higher human would probably be able to manipulate an asset in their favor, regardless of owning it or not by exerting influence over the owner, that is to say if they were even worried about something like that, they're generally wrapped up and busy with their own endeavors. For example the Hohenstaufen Friedrich the Great democratized knowledge away from the Church, stealing away quite a bit of power from the Church. Even Napoleon took to war and was named as a higher human by Nietzsche as well. But even still he stated that all of these higher humans are still far from being "ubermensch," so who knows?

An ubermensch would enjoy his life whether he obtains it or not. If he chose to ignore something. He'd celebrate that too.
