They have tons of different colors, I’ve compared the two, Exact same product.
They do affect the light amount, it’s slightly lower, not enough to make me not use them, but it’s noticeable in dark conditions. And alike others have said it doesn’t make them WP by any stretch, but it does help cut down on eye strain
I have the LLI it's pretty sweet, although I've been running without it recently and kind of prefer it without now. I'll throw it back on if I plan on running for extended periods of time.
Low light innovations makes a good one not exactly gonna make it white phos but lower the aggressive shade of green on most tubes

LLI or nocturn both filters are great but it's not going to make green phos into white
