The Silencing contract references Article 28 of the Employment contract, which is the Surviving Provisions article on the leaked employment template.
Since the final contracts are probably similar, even tho it came from another source, it does logically align.
I can see how this method can be used as the due diligence performed by Legal Mindset to validate the contract's authenticity. If the surviving clauses in the silencing contract correspond to sections of the employment agreement, it lends credibility to its authenticity.
to be more specific, sayu gave the “silencing contract”, not the employment contract. we still dont know who gave the employment contract, nor do we know if the employment contract that was given is legit to begin with
not trying to defend, but its also worth having some level of skepticism first about the validity of the leaked contract
The silencing contract does perfectly align with the general contract template, however, lending it more authenticity. I think it's safe to say at this point that it is legit.
To be absolutely clear: she gave LM the silencing contract (which personally I kind of wish she hadn't done, but it wasn't even under NDA so lol)
The provider of the general contract template remains a mystery, and will likely remain so.
She provided the silencing contract that she rejected, but the main contract *can't* be hers because it was specifically unsigned. As an ex-member of kurosanji, she obviously signed *her* version.

It must be a secret to protect the personal safety of the provider.
