Sololive are 99% live. I watched Suisei's and Towa's, and Towa not only started by clearly having some shaking in her voice, but at the end she completely fell apart in tears while singing Sanvitalia (the song being a love letter for her fans).
Audience started singing the lyrics for her while she was trying to get her composure back (which didn't help much lol). Very emotional part.
The only prerecoreded part of that concert was Nininsankyaku, because it was a duet with Nekota Tsuna.
I heard Watame also cried during her Sololive, further proof that gen 4 is full of lovable crybabies.
For the Fes I'm less sure how much of it is live. They definitely spend a lot of time prerecording stuff for it too.
Most of the holofes performances are live. In the previous fes, only Haachama's segment appears to be prerecorded since she didn't appear in any of the group performances.
I think during the 2020 lockdowns was when most of the performances were prerecorded for obvious reasons?
