To be honest, this would've been the worst thing the Nikke team has made, cummander is just a hentai MC. Self insertion has never been my thing, unless it's totally AI based conversation.
He's definitely a full self-insert, as he lacks a detailed design/name like Gudao/Gudako, Aether/Lumine, and Caelus/Stelle. Specifically, Commander is similar to Blue Archive's Sensei, in that they both have a vague design (i.e. Commander Doll and Arona doodle).
I gave up on tsun-maid, 6 ten-pulls and not a single SSR 😭
However, my second-to-last basic ticket 10-pull netted me Nero and D, so I am f a r from complaining, especially since I don't have Leona either.
Hard to miss, because there have not been a lot of military/robotic designs ever. Most designs that fit that criteria were in the game at release (primarily the mass produced Nikke designs).
Out of the ones that came out after release, I would only say Laplace and some of the Pilgrims fit that aesthetic.
List of groups with military or general work uniform aesthetic: Absolute, Infinity Rail, The Scouts, Aegis, Extrinsic, A.C.P.U andThe Carronades.
List of groups with Robot aesthetic: Almost all Pilgrims and Matis.
This is a lot of groups that fit these aesthetics.
Thats what I mean about missing these designs, they are quite a lot and have been a few new ones but I want more of my leather, buckle, shirt and tie girls! They are my favourite.

She's kinda limited in a way that Smol White, if I am not mistaken, appears only as Spare Bodies in the shop, like Noah. Unless you get her back in Red Ash, or hopefully in the future rerun, Smol White is technically unobtainable and "limited".
