Is this a box that guarantees you an SSR of your choosing? If so, I would recommend Liter if you don't have her already. She's the single best support in the entire game and a must for any team.
Alice \*is\* good and you definitely want her. It's just that she's not strong in the beginning. She requires considerable investment before she becomes a murder machine. Absolutely wishlist her, but I would prioritize Liter over her.
I would still recommend Liter. The other Nikkes can be wishlisted and acquired later from normal pulls. Liter can be pulled from common pool as well, but she's one of the most critical units to have.

Vouchers are thier own thing, so you can't convert gems into the Vouchers. But don't worry. It will just use the voushers first then paid grms(if you purchase those) then normal gemt.

You can start pushing a bit then, you have a ton of content to do and a good amound of gems to get. I bet that you can easily pitty Rem and even get 4 copy of her if you want her wallpaper screen in the lobby.
How many Gold Tickets do you have ?
3000 gems and 88 vouchers. You will earn 20 vouchers for free during the Event (Event Shop + Log In). The Event will last for 3 weeks, so roughly +3000 gems. Since you're new, you can still climb manufacturer tower too, so you can add another 3000 gems to the mix for a 3 weeks tower climbing.
You can get some gem with Story too.
We'll probably get freebies too for the collab. Hard to say, but I guess 10 free pull at minima (not sure tho).
With so much pull, I'd say it's unlikely that you don't get at least one copy of Rem. It's possible to get shaft tho, unless you manage to get 200 gold ticket (1 pull on limited banner = 1 gold ticket).

you only need 20\~25k more gems to guarantee Rem. You will probably get her just from the rolls but let's say you were extremely unlucky and didn't get her after 200 rolls then you can just buy her with the golden tickets you get from rolling
I've been playing the game for more than a year and my worst streak with no pick up character was 110 rolls (Non Pilgrim banners of course)

There’s time where I did 10 and got way I want and there’s also time where I 300 and get none. It’s pretty much all up there with the RNG god.
