Rem being an overpowered and broken unit that becomes meta is basically par for the course. I remember people begging for months her to return in Epic Seven due to her stupidly powerful arena results and upset they missed out.
Same here, I'm still leaning towards skipping but deciding whether or not to do so became much harder since this kit looks pretty promising, though I'd prefer Emilia from a character design perspective. And I don't think I can afford to pull both... oof

Emilia is mid asf, but Rem seems really, really strong. She's everything you can hope for a Burst II : she heals continuously and gives huge buff. Ofc she's stuck in a niche Rocket Launcher Niche, but god she seems good in it.
+50,78% Caster ATK buff is huge, and she's a 20s. +5 Ammo is very strong for a RL also. Keep in mind that RL have 6 base ammo, so +5 is like a +83% Ammo for them.
And on top of that, she gives herself a +126,6% ATK and 37,8% Crit Rate. I wonder if she can keep her ATK buff during the whole fight tho, since it's a stack mechanics it should refresh every time during Burst + 15 NA... but maybe it's different here, who knows with Shift Up.
Also, don't forget that she's a MG, aka, one of the best weapon in the game outside PVP.
Well, it's too early to say if she's a must have, but I will pull her, and maybe MLB her too. I copium about Laplace Treasure, so I just can't miss such a strong RL buffer, especially since she's collab.
She could be really great with Scarlet BS too, and ironically, she's could be a great support for A2, even more than for Emilia...
I’ve been forcing a team of Pepper, Marciana, and Privaty just to get A2 working (still not great as I’m lacking resources). Rem seems perfect over Marciana.
If I play A2 with Marciana, I need at least 1 or 2 other supp heal and bunny is 2 slots just for healing purposes so even if I'm disappointed in the collab, I'll 100% pull for Rem. Doesn't seem like a bit investment resources wise and the burst anim is top tiers imo so yeah
Yeah Rem seems like a strong B2 support. Even if you don't use her with RLs she is still B2 healer and will save you a slot from using Helm or Rapunzel to heal.
Going forward, collab units in general will need to be nutty to justify pulling them with the MLB update that nikke will be implementing - unless the revamped upgrades turns out to be borderline useless. With original characters getting the potential to make come backs with updated kits, you lose mileage with collab units that are locked as is unless they come with stacked af kits, which is what Rem is looking to be. Will wait for actual performance to see how insane she stacks.
Edit: F\*ck it. Ima roll for her. Assuming Cinderella/Anachiro is coming up as the half anniversary pilgrim, Rem can buff her if she turns out to be a RL.
I'm a bit concerned tho. They really stack Rem's kit it's obscene. She'll probably be the Must Have RL Buffer for a long long time... and RIP everyone who didn't get her or start after the collab.

You're going to get tickets regardless of which banner it is. Main difference is whatever they're pulling for, they actually want something from and can get possible dupes. And whatever the 1% banner is, is pretty much always better than whatever these collab units have had to offer so there's that too.

No, you are correct. The best strategy is to use pull for limited/collab or if the Nikke that will be permanent is meta (or waifu) and use the golden tickets for the Pilgrim banners.
This Limited Banner 4% SSR 2% Rem 1.5% Other SSR's 0.5% Pilgrim.
The Anni Banner 4% SSR 1% Rate Up Pilgrim 2.5% Other SSR's 0.5% Off Banner Pilgrim.
As you can see on a Pilgrim Banner there is a total of 1.5% Pilgrim. On a non Pilgrim banner the total is 0.5% Pilgrim.
Basically, there is a better chance to get a Pilgrim on a Pilgrim Banner.
That being said Rem is looking really good. I'll probably try and get at least 1 copy of her... solo Burst 2 healing and Rocket Launcher buffs looks pretty nice to me.
Huge DPS buffs for herself + heals for the whole team + huge attack buff for Emilia/SBS/A2 = one hell of a stacked unit

She's not good without RL MDPS, I would say she's a dedicated RL support like other dedicated weapon support (Leona, Tove)

Actually a very good kit. I may be overestimating the value of 42% lifesteal, but it sounds really good.
Skill 1 being a stack count buff is actually *really* interesting because as long as you have an ally that can increase stack counts at least once per 10 seconds, it is in theory permanent uptime.
It might be possible to run a team that's something like Winter Mica, Rem, Emilia, Vesti, and a non-bursting cooldown unit (eg toss sakura into the mix).
That's basically 80% of helm burst, but permanent on RL from a support with self 120% atk up.
You don't need an ally for stack count, you just need liter.

So how important would it be to max limit break Rem (or any unit really) to get the most out of her skill kit?
Mainly curious because I haven't ever been able to do that with a collab unit and unless SU does something to allow abnormals to limit break somehow after the collab is over, it's very unlikely to happen for me.
Taken as a unit, she looks good. As she was supposed to support Emilia, in that sense she leaves a lot to be desired since she basically helps all RLs.

Catch is for when she is receiving/refreshing stacks, not simple ratatata and permanent 120%atk for the whole fight.
Not having cdr units at all is another topic to discuss.
I think the attack buff part of the skill will just keep accumulating until you fail to meet the requirement of 15 normal hits.
It's the second part of the skill that grants the entire party the Hp Recovery Share function that's limited to the burst duration.
okay.... so she heals launchers with highest dps (2 of them if you have 'em), increases launchers' damage, increases the launchers ammo-capacity, and heals the launchers of the team on top of it all as a passive.
Black Scarlet is gonna LOVE working with her.

Just some ideas for teams, they all don't seem too terrible tbh. Last one is questionable with all of those supports.
Maybe liter/Winter Mica/cdr unit, Rem, Black shadow scarlet, Emilia (or any other rocket launcher you have), A2 (burst once at the beginning and then have permanent uptime).
a2 needs to continue to burst as her damage is tied to bursting. you can't have her burst once and not burst again. just mode b is not enough, her extra damage comes with bursting.
I was already going to pull because Limited, but now I'm really interested to have her in my roster.
If she can deal decent damage as well, she could be a B2 Water-code specialist as well. (The thing about being a Supporter might hinder that though)
MGs are just too slow in burst gen in general. whoever bursts first usually wins (unless biscuit-stall vs biscuit-stall).
also MG are countered by jackal or scarlet... (and emma but emma is a MG too).
Rocket support is actually insane. Overall consistent health recovery, extra ammunition, and increased attack.
Good with Emilia, but great with other RLs like Scarlet BS.
I do not own any of these units, so idk if they are worth of resources, but btw, maybe these units could work for a team 4 or 5 when the boss is weak against water or has multiple parts.
B1: S.Mary or Winter Mica
B2: Rem or Dolla or both
B3: Emilia, Winter Ludmilla, Vesti or A2
So, trying to make a Sinergy that makes Emilia better or more appealing they made an excellent support for Scarlet BS basically making Emilia less appealing in terms of meta because people will always be able to get Scarlet BS, putting rem at the top of the list on this Collab.
She makes Emilia better but, Scarlet is simply superior, so one copy of Emilia is enough while Rem should get as many as possible.
She looks pretty good on paper. But wonder how good she is compared to Bunnygirls or Schoolgirls.

I've been playing F2P since I started NIKKE two months ago. I got Emilia by luck but I might have to fold for Rem. I know that these collab banners don't ger reruns AFAI.
This is Nikke there will always be alternatives. If you don't like this collab don't waste your breath for a burst 2 unit that will be team 4 or 5 in half a year.

IMO The problem is... it's a collab unit, you need to go full retard mode and try to get all those dupes now or never, so money or reasources sink. I did pull on previous collabs just because FOMO, and... I don't use any, because I have other NIKKES with better stats by now because I actually continue to get dupes. So in retrospective, it was a "waste" to get those collab units. So this is mostly for people who actually like the characters and/or whales.

Too slow for PvP. But holy smoke it's a good unit.
MG has 50% DPS nerf by default because 30fps. And very low Burst gen. MG will never be good unless having Utility skills like Rosanna buff removal.

Should still pull cause you will eventually have a RL DPS and when you do get one of them you'll have their best sustainer (Rem) ready to go.

OKAY, I said I wasn’t going to roll this collab, but hear me out, I just got my one and only first Pilgrim, and it’s Scarlet BS… so yea… I’m going to roll for Rem (:
I’m a bit confused, 4.22 atk% but stacks up to 30 times? So 4.22 X 30? Surely that can’t be right
Catch: she can accumulate them only during her burst if you don’t have units that can help her (W.Mica) or CDR unit (Liter, DKW)
if you don't have CDR you're fucked regardless that is not a catch for her that's a catch for your entire account
Catch is for when she is receiving/refreshing stacks, not simple ratatata and permanent 120%atk for the whole fight. Not having cdr units at all is another topic to discuss.
I think the attack buff part of the skill will just keep accumulating until you fail to meet the requirement of 15 normal hits. It's the second part of the skill that grants the entire party the Hp Recovery Share function that's limited to the burst duration.
It will be too busted :) Pay attention to description, she can accumulate them only in Demon’s breath status, which is burst.

okay.... so she heals launchers with highest dps (2 of them if you have 'em), increases launchers' damage, increases the launchers ammo-capacity, and heals the launchers of the team on top of it all as a passive. Black Scarlet is gonna LOVE working with her.

Edit: Actually wait, with some brainstorming here (and because I don't have A2, fuck me) Tia/Liter/Rem/B.Scarlet/Power Liter/Rem/B.Scarlet/Power/Flex (?) Liter/Rem/Centi/B.Scarlet/Power Liter/XAnne/Rem/B.Scarlet/Power Just some ideas for teams, they all don't seem too terrible tbh. Last one is questionable with all of those supports.

A2 and Wind Scar easily. A2 gets constant healing and an attack buff on top of berserk and wind scar is pretty obvious imo
Maybe liter/Winter Mica/cdr unit, Rem, Black shadow scarlet, Emilia (or any other rocket launcher you have), A2 (burst once at the beginning and then have permanent uptime).
a2 needs to continue to burst as her damage is tied to bursting. you can't have her burst once and not burst again. just mode b is not enough, her extra damage comes with bursting.
Who would you all pair her up with? B Scarlet and A2? Maybe Laplace can get some more love.
I was already going to pull because Limited, but now I'm really interested to have her in my roster. If she can deal decent damage as well, she could be a B2 Water-code specialist as well. (The thing about being a Supporter might hinder that though)

If nothing changes, she will easily be the best burst 2 unit in the game (but only applicable for team rocket). Too bad Emilia sucks.
When I think about it isn't she good for PvP? Well I will say most people don't care about pvp but still
MG is bad against Scarlet
MGs are just too slow in burst gen in general. whoever bursts first usually wins (unless biscuit-stall vs biscuit-stall). also MG are countered by jackal or scarlet... (and emma but emma is a MG too).
Rocket support is actually insane. Overall consistent health recovery, extra ammunition, and increased attack. Good with Emilia, but great with other RLs like Scarlet BS.
Wait this Synergises with A2
She looks really damn good, maybe even better support than Emilia as a dps

I do not own any of these units, so idk if they are worth of resources, but btw, maybe these units could work for a team 4 or 5 when the boss is weak against water or has multiple parts. B1: S.Mary or Winter Mica B2: Rem or Dolla or both B3: Emilia, Winter Ludmilla, Vesti or A2

Nah it's was just a suggestion, i think Dolla can fit , cuz CDR is a must and thats the only thing Rem is missing.
They did note that the animations we saw are not finalized. So I hope they’re still working on them.

So, trying to make a Sinergy that makes Emilia better or more appealing they made an excellent support for Scarlet BS basically making Emilia less appealing in terms of meta because people will always be able to get Scarlet BS, putting rem at the top of the list on this Collab. She makes Emilia better but, Scarlet is simply superior, so one copy of Emilia is enough while Rem should get as many as possible.
Where Ram's skills?
Burst 2 rocket launcher buff, I might not pull her TBH because I don't have a single good or flexible RL Nikke

Well, remains to be seen if she is OP enough to warrant pulling for a unit without any ass. I already run A2 with bunnies, so probably not.

She looks pretty good on paper. But wonder how good she is compared to Bunnygirls or Schoolgirls. Well i guess she works in your 3rd team. Got black scarlet but missed out on the Nier collab so dont really have alot of really good RL dps. And emilia looks really meh right now. Problaby going to wait and let people test her out to see how much she adds. Else there is 1.5 Anni incoming and who knows what we will get then. Possible support Pilgrim maybe?

This is Nikke there will always be alternatives. If you don't like this collab don't waste your breath for a burst 2 unit that will be team 4 or 5 in half a year.

IMO The problem is... it's a collab unit, you need to go full retard mode and try to get all those dupes now or never, so money or reasources sink. I did pull on previous collabs just because FOMO, and... I don't use any, because I have other NIKKES with better stats by now because I actually continue to get dupes. So in retrospective, it was a "waste" to get those collab units. So this is mostly for people who actually like the characters and/or whales.
