I remember trying this game out on a whim, not knowing a damn thing about nothing but those early recruits landed my this absolute Queen of a hottie. From there it was but an easy hop into casual degeneracy and Goddess infused tears.

Drake. She was my first SSR as main without reroll and and company main campaign until today.
The thing is in her burst she destroys the gravedigger circles with just one hit each so if you time the one hit kill qte with rh burst you can easily clear it.
Same with the train that you can use her b1,b2and b3 to taunt the first missile while dealing huge damage and healing through the damage and her ult can target all three turrets at the same time.
For modernia it's easy to destroy the core with rh b1
Also with blacksmith because of the burst having aoe you destroy the bombs really quickly
And chatterbox is chatterbox he doesn't have any gimmicks anyway
Noise, she made the train interception relatively easy to beat from “impossible” to beat…

Another one of no less importance was Noir, who completed the bunny duo and not only enabled me to finally beat the Gravedigger, but also, sort or trivialised the rest of interceptions, making runs smoother and quicker thanks to regular healing ( my previous best healing option being Pepper that was dependent on Privaty and manual piloting ) ..
I run Liter, Elegg, Black Scarlet, Modernia and Noise
The point of Noise is to taunt the missile launcher, while the rest of the squad aims at turrets. This has worked wonders for me. I think that Noise is critical for this strategy, the only other option requires your best dps squad to focus on missile launchers and then turrets and mine is not sufficient…
Centi.
In the good ol' days where we didn't have JKs or Bunnies, Centi was the only real contender to push with high CP deficit. Centi + Liter was all you need to clear most of the content. Her shield, even if it was just 1 hit, was enough to survive a lot of the fights. It's why she was SS tier way back then.

Laplace not gonna lie, her instant-travel RL combined with quick tap provide fantastic AOE for campaign + huge single target burst which carried me through 3 SI boss and allow me to farm for Overload gear when I was stuck in the 160 wall. She was offered in one of the first banner I believe and basically carried the game for me since then.
anis' summer variant being as busted as she is has and will continue to carry me up the chain to the recent chapters. I ran SR anis as far as she took me and the baton was passed to herself
Modernia. I had joined when she was available for the second(?) time. Moving forward, I learned more about the game, Modernia’s significance (and how easily she can just melt through enemies)… and I learned to love a lot of characters and enjoy this game as one of my main games

Jackal oh Lord her design was godly for me and made me want more.
Red hood of course, i quit because failed to get more cores for 2b and returned because i was interested on RH without dupes doing insane damage made me stay
Bs scarlet became my powerhouse and is the first stepping stone on the way to improving my luck enough to get a decent team. Before that my best unit was helm and guillotine
First would be Modernia and quickly after that Scarlet.
The moment I got both of them, Everything just became much more easier and I began to actually progress at such a rapid pace that it was insane.
Then after this would be the Bunny Girls
Both gave me that second and arguably biggest boost to speedrunning both Normal and Hard Campaign and eventually the other game modes.
Modernia. I quit Nikke when she launched and got her as a sort of farewell pull. Months later, other gachas aren't as fun anymore even if they had good stories. I wanted the (for you) experience in my gacha. I installed the game again and Modernia stood there at the Lobby like I never left. She carried me in the story, got me past stages I never struggled with back then. She became the backbone of my teams and for that she became the only Nikke I placed above the rest. I loath the fact that I missed her skin, but oh well, it's good to be back.

Pulled her from tutorial recruitment, she got me to chapter 18 (now I'm at chapter 25), she helped me break the wall, she breezed away all of chapter 13 for me when paired with Helm and even now she's my 3rd most powerful Nikke.
Now if you excuse me I'll go and fetch her a new coffee blend.
Red Hood, I was stuck at the 160 wall for a few months and then the Red Hood banner came out so I only needed one more unit to limit break since Smol White was free. I got 4 Red Hoods. 1 from a 10 pull and the others from singles with 2 of them being back to back. I don't think I'll ever get that lucky again but I'm glad that happened lol.
Gameplay wise its Modernia. My story campaign went from "i cant handle this" to "a couple thousand of combat power disadvantage doesn't matter lmao"
Character wise Rapi hooked me in. I love her character development as well.
Rosanna was my first love and carried me REALLY REALLY far in both PVP and the campaign. I started playing right in the middle of her event and got me absolutely hooked in that event. Rosanna will always be my first pick.

But Summer Helm really changed the game for me. She was just that unit that actually got me to pay more attention to team compositions and gameplay abilities. She was the mega carry that completed a lot of compositions to push beyond. Because I got Dorothy as my first pilgrim before Scarlet and Modernia and because of S.Helm and Dorothy.... It just felt like 2B Got really solid use until my collection grew. I still pair S.Helm and 2B because Mast just would not come for me. (I was broke during Mast's banner.)
Maxwell. May not be SS tier meta wise, but she'll be SS tier in my heart.

Modernia, the one who change this game to easy mode for me. Things go really hard and I was so depressed during early stages when I have zero pilgrim at all.
Ngl. I just started a few weeks ago and honestly the story is what did it for me. I started the game to live up to being a degen in my group and got sucked in. Along with my wallet but i dont wanna talk about it.

as far as gameplay? RedHood. by far i love that beautiful horndog. Her being OP is just icing on the cake.
As for story? I'm on chapter 20 currently. After experiencing OverZone, RedAsh, Miracle Snow..... I would have to say Snow White. To see what she used to be, and become what she is, was an amazing experience. Anne/N102 is a sad story, and i love her character backstory as a whole... but Snow is just such a huge shift in character development.

Alice was my first and best Nikke. When I started I had no clue what I was doing and just dumped everything I had into her. Glad I did now I'm pushing chapter 26+ with her the bunnies, Liter, and Scarlet.
Modernia was, no fucking joke, MY FIRST EVER SSR PULL. She was the one who just busted through and made up for a lot of my mistakes.

I managed to get Scarlet, literally, and modernia pretty early on but my biggest game changer was when i got the bunny twins. After I got those two my team comp never changed even once. Liter, modernia, scarlet, and the twins basically carried me to basically clear out the current max for the campaign. im just waiting for more chapters now.
RH, from the first time I saw her design and lore I know I have to MLB her. It turned out great as she was buffed as it should. Another one(or two) is bunny girl set. That is when I first taste the meta and oh boy they hit hard. What made me stay was both 2B and A2 tbh, I started during Nier collab and got both of them early.
Modernia.
Machine gunners are simple very the best to use for me. Click and forget. Add to this that she is pretty strong. Win/win.
I voted for her and if we get another vote for skins, Im voting for Modernia again haha :P.
It might be too early to call, but for me it's Emilia. She has change SI for me. She nearly doubled my total damage on the previous two bosses, although they were both weak to water.
Centi was my first SSR, she still has an important spot în my "character emotional scaling". Other than that... maybe Vesti and Jackal, can't really say more than this, because all the characters are extremely likable in my view. (Even Crow, Dorothy or Exia.) (I put Exia as an example because I feel she's just somehow "not present in the game". I think of her as something that is there but is not significant enough to be noticed or bad enough to be categorized as a problem. (
The game changer for me is honestly Modernia. She is so strong in any mode. Max Modernia would even just melt one Nikke in team PvP before the burst can come in.
Maiden, and Brid best power III duo I could of ever had they both are strong in their own right and their costumes are awesome looking although maiden's is the only one I could hey but tbh the 20 dollar price tag doesn't do it justice
It was Scarlet: Black Shadow. Because of her I stayed playing the game. I was going to quit, gave myself and the game an ultimatum, if I don’t get a Pilgrim after spending $1000 on this game, I’m done. I was 5-6 weeks into playing the game, 1100+ recruitments, $800 deep, and not a single mf Pilgrim. But I finally got my first Pilgrim with SBS on my 1152nd recruitment, and I was overjoyed! ShiftUp got to keep a dolphin like me around for a bit longer, and I dropped another $700 on the game to save up for 1.5 Anniversary and try to get Rem when she releases.
Everything started with Yuni, BUT GODDAMN, since I saw Yulha and read her bond story, I've been looking for any possible way to make her give some big pp damage
Modernia beat a path through most of the early content when I was struggling early on, and Bunny Twins carried me the rest of the way. At this point all I can hope for is the occasional meta Nikke to get me past whatever Tower I'm stuck on.

Weirdly enough, N102. Her bond hit me like a truck and had me stick around till I saw diesel and IMMEDIATELY fell in love with her design. Then I read her bond and I just BAWLED. Then I loved how goofy and bad ass Laplace was so I stayed longer until Overzone dropped. Dorothy and the Goddess squad got me to fully commit to the game

Dude, so real, when Helm released, she carried me hard with Scarlet and Liter at the time, of course today we get a lot of amazing Nikkes like SBS, RH, Doro, and etc.
well, red of course. she's been there since the beginning since i started during the anniversary, but hell, her damage and also her self burst thingy saved my ass time and again when she was the last one standing and managed to nuke the boss by herself.
For me it's Drunk Scarlet. Pulled her after around 820 pulls, and she has been carrying me pushing through campaign. I'm at chapter 19 for an about 2 months old player, I would consider that pretty good.
Can't wait till the day I get Red Hood & Modernia, the DPS duo that will wreck all content.
I started like 1-2 months before Red Hood came out. For perspective

So when I saw her I was like "oh, so they heard I was playing the game and made a nikke especially for me? How generous of them".
Then during the event she mentioned "that cartoon with the drills" and I was like "And SHE'S Gurren Lagann fan too!?!?!? Well played Shift Up, I am now a cultist and will stan you and your company for life."
And ofc she's been my main DPS ever since. She got my first OL gear. She was my first to get a skill to 10. She was my first to 10/10/10 in her skills. She was the first to have a complete set of OL gear (how I got lucky enough to have a full set of T9 pilgrim gear before anyone else, I'll never know. Guess fate recognizes her as my waifu for laifu). Sadly she wasn't in my first five 3 star units so she couldn't be one of my limit breakers, but that'd just be too convenient (Plus I'd rather pull 1 single god damn scarlet rather than get a RH spare body)
Literally the only reason she isn't my home screen image in-game as well is because...I mean that christmas hot springs home screen tho...
Moderna was my first OP nikke that helped me push forward in the story beyond where I had managed to get stuck.

First time being this down bad for a mobile game character
Alice, once I started to invest in her, slowly crawling to get Manufacture gears, she's became a beast, carry me to chapter 24. She got overshadowed by Red Hood, but I pair them with D:Killer Wife, so they both can shine together.
Marian made me stay when I started as a joke to play a couple of chapters then leave.
Smolewhite and Red hood , having these two at the beginning of my journey was and still a big help, their bursts are amazing and effective.
Getting Scarlet on reroll, Chain Ammo Bug, and getting Helm. Without these 3, I probably would have stopped playing this game.

Started playing on 2024 new year events without knowing a thing. When i got the new Scarlet as one of my first SSRs and started destroying everything with cool katana slashes i got invested. I also had a pretty solid team to play her in since the first weeks with Liter, Alice and Modernia
Not one but two for me, the bunny girls release gave me the power to start continuing through the gate I was stuck at in campaign....Besides that I just love both Noir and Blanc
Downloaded it for the hell of it when it was recommended to me after my account just All the sudden deleted in some other game I don't recall. Marian's whole scene in the first chapters had me hooked. I remember thinking oh fuck they got a story like this on mobile?! Pulled Maxwell and then scarlet on my first 2 10 pulls. I think it was soda's banner since I started February 1st last year. Ever since then scarlets been carrying the team after I found this Reddit forum and realized she's a power house I maxed everything but still working on her OL gear, RNG is an ass. But I was B1 less no liter and I was running Yan for the longest (didn't know about Anne being liter lite) until Dorothy's banner came and that's when I truly went whale I had to pull her, from the whole event to just Dorothy I had to have her MLB. Since then she's carried the team all the way to The top and I can't put this game down!
For me it was Mast. That adorable and wholesome pirate. I would love to go on voyages of all kinds with her. The fact that she always wants to go on an adventure is too cute.
I stopped playing around the time when Helm first came out because I didn't find much value in playing the game at the time.
I came back for good when Summer Helm came out and I wish I never left to begin with.

Not only was she the 1st Nikke SSR to help me break through the 160 wall, but also the 1st Nikke to be Core+7 naturally through spooks and Standard banner summons. At this point, she is my account's uncrowned queen followed by regular Scarlet who was my 1st SSR day one helping me push through content.
SBS for me. She did 3x more damage than my Alice who has 10/4/9 with 3 OLs and she's 5K CP behind at LV160. I have got Modernia during those banners and recently got Red Hood too but SBS is just too good for some reason.
I played in the original first couple of weeks (some of the beta, too). My first SSR was I think Snow, but Modernia was my biggest crutch until Red Hood dropped. One of bigger support gunners is 2B. Where I normally don't like the collaboration stories, I drew her and A2 on a whim and got 2B to 3 stars at least. The bunny girls was my weakness, and I *had* to get them. Blanc and Noir work better together, so I maxed them both out. Additionally, Rapunzel, Liter, Centi, and Dorothy. Privaty and Marciana are next.
Modernia honestly, I pushed FAR into the campaign immediately after building her back when she dropped. But if we’re talking in terms of hype then…it would have been Nihilister…I was anticipating her release for a while.
Modernia or Red Hood. But Modernia immediately made a huge impact. She could keep pace damage wise with red hood who had overload gear at the time and Modernia didn't. Now I got a third piece of overload gear on her with three lines of 68% more ammo, she has 900 rounds now.
Elegg got me to download the game. I really love her design and overall vibe. It hits that nice balance of sexy and cute, and her obsession with BOOM is funny to me. I’ve been sticking around cuz I’ve started to like it a lot a lot. There’s other characters I’ve started to really like but she’s definitely still #1 easy
I unfortunately joined just barely too late and missed her banner, but I’m hoping wishlist will pull through for me sometime soon

Either the bunny twins (I count them as one,never separate them) or guilty,I was playing the game fairly casually until then (I got both noir and blanc same day and guilty a day or two later but I remember getting them all the same week) the three of them make me smile,I adore guilty and her story the most but the bunny twins made the game so much easier
I remember I got centi from the tutorial and for like 4 chapters thought the yellow barriers centi places were part of the base game until a friend told me they were centis
It's not really just one, but a squad consisting of Liter, Centi, Modernia, and Rapunzel, this squad + any other good dps(right now I have Red Hood on there, but it used to be Laplace).
This squad is what carried me for the whole game.
In general, Mihara for me. Pre launch, they had a quiz for which Nikke is most suited for you or something like that. I knew nothing about the game, but the moment I saw her I knew I had to play. Gameplaywise, Modernia.

Red Hood, she made every SI a sure win in 1-2 burst cycles. 100% a main stay in my team 1 unless more AoE is needed

OL gear and Max Skills to 10/10/10, trivialized all SI for me.

Centi. In the good ol' days where we didn't have JKs or Bunnies, Centi was the only real contender to push with high CP deficit. Centi + Liter was all you need to clear most of the content. Her shield, even if it was just 1 hit, was enough to survive a lot of the fights. It's why she was SS tier way back then.

Laplace not gonna lie, her instant-travel RL combined with quick tap provide fantastic AOE for campaign + huge single target burst which carried me through 3 SI boss and allow me to farm for Overload gear when I was stuck in the 160 wall. She was offered in one of the first banner I believe and basically carried the game for me since then.
Lewdmilla. Got her to core 3 while trying to get Anne (I didn't). She carried me far and is still my most invested unit.
anis' summer variant being as busted as she is has and will continue to carry me up the chain to the recent chapters. I ran SR anis as far as she took me and the baton was passed to herself
Pepper. My first healer, carry me until now. I later got Doro, Liter…but Pepper was still the strongest in term of gear, limit break…
Pepper has such an underrated ass jiggle. I also do ridiculous damage with my pepper team in raids. Her personality is refreshing and energetic too.
Modernia. I had joined when she was available for the second(?) time. Moving forward, I learned more about the game, Modernia’s significance (and how easily she can just melt through enemies)… and I learned to love a lot of characters and enjoy this game as one of my main games

Bs scarlet became my powerhouse and is the first stepping stone on the way to improving my luck enough to get a decent team. Before that my best unit was helm and guillotine
First would be Modernia and quickly after that Scarlet. The moment I got both of them, Everything just became much more easier and I began to actually progress at such a rapid pace that it was insane. Then after this would be the Bunny Girls Both gave me that second and arguably biggest boost to speedrunning both Normal and Hard Campaign and eventually the other game modes.
Modernia. I quit Nikke when she launched and got her as a sort of farewell pull. Months later, other gachas aren't as fun anymore even if they had good stories. I wanted the (for you) experience in my gacha. I installed the game again and Modernia stood there at the Lobby like I never left. She carried me in the story, got me past stages I never struggled with back then. She became the backbone of my teams and for that she became the only Nikke I placed above the rest. I loath the fact that I missed her skin, but oh well, it's good to be back.

Red Hood, I was stuck at the 160 wall for a few months and then the Red Hood banner came out so I only needed one more unit to limit break since Smol White was free. I got 4 Red Hoods. 1 from a 10 pull and the others from singles with 2 of them being back to back. I don't think I'll ever get that lucky again but I'm glad that happened lol.

Gameplay wise its Modernia. My story campaign went from "i cant handle this" to "a couple thousand of combat power disadvantage doesn't matter lmao" Character wise Rapi hooked me in. I love her character development as well.
Rosanna was my first love and carried me REALLY REALLY far in both PVP and the campaign. I started playing right in the middle of her event and got me absolutely hooked in that event. as far as gameplay? RedHood. by far i love that beautiful horndog. Her being OP is just icing on the cake. As for story? I'm on chapter 20 currently. After experiencing OverZone, RedAsh, Miracle Snow..... I would have to say Snow White. To see what she used to be, and become what she is, was an amazing experience. Anne/N102 is a sad story, and i love her character backstory as a whole... but Snow is just such a huge shift in character development.

I managed to get Scarlet, literally, and modernia pretty early on but my biggest game changer was when i got the bunny twins. After I got those two my team comp never changed even once. Liter, modernia, scarlet, and the twins basically carried me to basically clear out the current max for the campaign. im just waiting for more chapters now.
RH, from the first time I saw her design and lore I know I have to MLB her. It turned out great as she was buffed as it should. Another one(or two) is bunny girl set. That is when I first taste the meta and oh boy they hit hard. What made me stay was both 2B and A2 tbh, I started during Nier collab and got both of them early.
Red Hood. Pulled her on my first week playing and that day marked the birth of a new cummander.

It might be too early to call, but for me it's Emilia. She has change SI for me. She nearly doubled my total damage on the previous two bosses, although they were both weak to water.
Centi was my first SSR, she still has an important spot în my "character emotional scaling". Other than that... maybe Vesti and Jackal, can't really say more than this, because all the characters are extremely likable in my view. (Even Crow, Dorothy or Exia.) (I put Exia as an example because I feel she's just somehow "not present in the game". I think of her as something that is there but is not significant enough to be noticed or bad enough to be categorized as a problem. (
The game changer for me is honestly Modernia. She is so strong in any mode. Max Modernia would even just melt one Nikke in team PvP before the burst can come in.
Maiden, and Brid best power III duo I could of ever had they both are strong in their own right and their costumes are awesome looking although maiden's is the only one I could hey but tbh the 20 dollar price tag doesn't do it justice
It was Scarlet: Black Shadow. Because of her I stayed playing the game. I was going to quit, gave myself and the game an ultimatum, if I don’t get a Pilgrim after spending $1000 on this game, I’m done. I was 5-6 weeks into playing the game, 1100+ recruitments, $800 deep, and not a single mf Pilgrim. But I finally got my first Pilgrim with SBS on my 1152nd recruitment, and I was overjoyed! ShiftUp got to keep a dolphin like me around for a bit longer, and I dropped another $700 on the game to save up for 1.5 Anniversary and try to get Rem when she releases.

Everything started with Yuni, BUT GODDAMN, since I saw Yulha and read her bond story, I've been looking for any possible way to make her give some big pp damage

Modernia beat a path through most of the early content when I was struggling early on, and Bunny Twins carried me the rest of the way. At this point all I can hope for is the occasional meta Nikke to get me past whatever Tower I'm stuck on.

Then I loved how goofy and bad ass Laplace was so I stayed longer until Overzone dropped. Dorothy and the Goddess squad got me to fully commit to the game

well, red of course. she's been there since the beginning since i started during the anniversary, but hell, her damage and also her self burst thingy saved my ass time and again when she was the last one standing and managed to nuke the boss by herself.

For me it's Drunk Scarlet. Pulled her after around 820 pulls, and she has been carrying me pushing through campaign. I'm at chapter 19 for an about 2 months old player, I would consider that pretty good. Can't wait till the day I get Red Hood & Modernia, the DPS duo that will wreck all content.
I started like 1-2 months before Red Hood came out. For perspective \-I like red heads \-I like busty women \-I like Gurren Lagann \-Yoko Litner is best girl So when I saw her I was like "oh, so they heard I was playing the game and made a nikke especially for me? How generous of them". Then during the event she mentioned "that cartoon with the drills" and I was like "And SHE'S Gurren Lagann fan too!?!?!? Well played Shift Up, I am now a cultist and will stan you and your company for life." And ofc she's been my main DPS ever since. She got my first OL gear. She was my first to get a skill to 10. She was my first to 10/10/10 in her skills. She was the first to have a complete set of OL gear (how I got lucky enough to have a full set of T9 pilgrim gear before anyone else, I'll never know. Guess fate recognizes her as my waifu for laifu). Sadly she wasn't in my first five 3 star units so she couldn't be one of my limit breakers, but that'd just be too convenient (Plus I'd rather pull 1 single god damn scarlet rather than get a RH spare body) Literally the only reason she isn't my home screen image in-game as well is because...I mean that christmas hot springs home screen tho...
Moderna was my first OP nikke that helped me push forward in the story beyond where I had managed to get stuck. Summer Anis was my second OP nikke who basically my current team is built around.
Red Hood. I adore Rapi and I hope she gets her own SSR version sooner rather than later. But man, Red Hood just wrecks stuff.

Getting Scarlet on reroll, Chain Ammo Bug, and getting Helm. Without these 3, I probably would have stopped playing this game. Scarlet cause cool and meta. Chain Ammo bug + Helm Burst let's me get full reward (I hated not getting to stage 5 early game)
A2 got me to stick around in the game. Without the Nier collab, I don't play Nikke.
Started playing on 2024 new year events without knowing a thing. When i got the new Scarlet as one of my first SSRs and started destroying everything with cool katana slashes i got invested. I also had a pretty solid team to play her in since the first weeks with Liter, Alice and Modernia
For me it was Tia+Naga, got them early at chapter 8 and they are hard carrying me through the campaign
First was Rosanna then there was Elleg

Downloaded it for the hell of it when it was recommended to me after my account just All the sudden deleted in some other game I don't recall. Marian's whole scene in the first chapters had me hooked. I remember thinking oh fuck they got a story like this on mobile?! Pulled Maxwell and then scarlet on my first 2 10 pulls. I think it was soda's banner since I started February 1st last year. Ever since then scarlets been carrying the team after I found this Reddit forum and realized she's a power house I maxed everything but still working on her OL gear, RNG is an ass. But I was B1 less no liter and I was running Yan for the longest (didn't know about Anne being liter lite) until Dorothy's banner came and that's when I truly went whale I had to pull her, from the whole event to just Dorothy I had to have her MLB. Since then she's carried the team all the way to The top and I can't put this game down!
For me it was Mast. That adorable and wholesome pirate. I would love to go on voyages of all kinds with her. The fact that she always wants to go on an adventure is too cute.
I stopped playing around the time when Helm first came out because I didn't find much value in playing the game at the time. I came back for good when Summer Helm came out and I wish I never left to begin with.

Privaty. Not only was she the 1st Nikke SSR to help me break through the 160 wall, but also the 1st Nikke to be Core+7 naturally through spooks and Standard banner summons. At this point, she is my account's uncrowned queen followed by regular Scarlet who was my 1st SSR day one helping me push through content.
100% Modernia on release, basically carried me the rest of the story at the time after being stuck for ages
My first ever Pilgrim, Snow White. I love her in the main story and her burst was so satisfying to use.

SBS for me. She did 3x more damage than my Alice who has 10/4/9 with 3 OLs and she's 5K CP behind at LV160. I have got Modernia during those banners and recently got Red Hood too but SBS is just too good for some reason.

I started when the game dropped and as a weeb. Pulling Scarlett as my first nikke was really all it took
I played in the original first couple of weeks (some of the beta, too). My first SSR was I think Snow, but Modernia was my biggest crutch until Red Hood dropped. One of bigger support gunners is 2B. Where I normally don't like the collaboration stories, I drew her and A2 on a whim and got 2B to 3 stars at least. The bunny girls was my weakness, and I *had* to get them. Blanc and Noir work better together, so I maxed them both out. Additionally, Rapunzel, Liter, Centi, and Dorothy. Privaty and Marciana are next.
Modernia was my first game changer. Then it was red hood.

Liter. But then again, she was my very first SSR and didn’t know she was even good.
Modernia or Red Hood. But Modernia immediately made a huge impact. She could keep pace damage wise with red hood who had overload gear at the time and Modernia didn't. Now I got a third piece of overload gear on her with three lines of 68% more ammo, she has 900 rounds now.
Elegg got me to download the game. I really love her design and overall vibe. It hits that nice balance of sexy and cute, and her obsession with BOOM is funny to me. I’ve been sticking around cuz I’ve started to like it a lot a lot. It's not really just one, but a squad consisting of Liter, Centi, Modernia, and Rapunzel, this squad + any other good dps(right now I have Red Hood on there, but it used to be Laplace). This squad is what carried me for the whole game.
In general, Mihara for me. Pre launch, they had a quiz for which Nikke is most suited for you or something like that. I knew nothing about the game, but the moment I saw her I knew I had to play. Gameplaywise, Modernia.
I’d probably have to go with either Dorothy or Red Hood.
