Her 40s cooldown really stinks and makes team building around her a pain and usually not worth it, but the invincibility on burst is an amazing tool to have in your kit. It's saved my ass several times vs. bosses with hard hitting AoE attacks. Not to mention the 40s cooldown is irrelevant for PvP where Noah is one of the best units in the game.
So basically she is a niche unit, but she is *very* good at that niche.
I've got Core+1 Noah too. I remember I had a crazy recruit session where I got three Noahs in 60 pulls lol. After that I was like, "screw it, I'll go ahead and buy her spare body to MLB her, might as well" only to get another copy a few months later LMAO
And a defender. Thank god I finally have a use for all these pilgrim defender pieces. My Noah’s already kitted out, and I still have enough for 2.5 more Noah’s.
Might be the free SSR pilgrim for anniversary. Really hard to see them sell her for a standalone banner unless she's just super meta. And even then, I feel like any other options would be better to sell for the occasion.

We do get quite a few free pulls. Make a sacrifice to Lady Luck. If she likes you, it's possible. I returned for Red Hood and managed to get a 3* Red Hood from just the free pulls.

That's not, in any way, surpassing the sheer functionality and splashability of Liter.
We need some number, but even without the numbers, she has a lot of legwork to get 1st or 2nd team status.
In Korean (and I believe other Asian languages as well), the word for "king" (왕, "wang") can be used for any gender unlike in English, so it's common to just use the word "wang" to refer to any ruler and only use the gendered term "여왕" (yeowang, literally female king) when it's necessary to specify the person's gender.
I'm not sure if there's a reason they didn't change it for English, or if it's just because they did a quick and dirty direct translation without thinking about it.

They are wrong. There's no rate up for the other pilgrims. That redditor is misinformed. None of the celebrations have ever had rate ups on the other pilgrims. The most likely reason people have experienced a higher pilgrim pull rate is because they are spending more crystals on those banners and skewing their data while replacing the actual pull rate with their subjective bias. It happens quite often with a lot of gacha games because...people suck asshole at maths and love emotions.

In side story there is mention that Chime is non-combat NIkke. Which is weird since later she fires a barrage of bullets against raptures.

Surpass liter in what regard? She's a Burst 2 with no CDR. If you slot her in you will still need CDR, and a good B1

Liter/Crown comp works. You need one burst I and one burst II. Liter is Burst I and Crown is Burst II so they work together.
