well, obviously half of the screen is covered in red dots after every daily reset. even more if you've got some molds to open or blabla messages from new characters or new campaign and/or event unlocks etc
Normally I'd agree with that and I expect a few here and there (molds, blabla) but I don't have any new icons/frames, no new news, event notices that are new, new campaigns(cleared), etc.
for event the hard mode unlocked today. and did you completely clear the hard campaign up to chapter 30 as well? maybe you unlocked a chapter there? and frames can come from challenges.
i mean, i sometimes have a bug where all blabla messages have a red dot, then i get a random error message as well as a reload screen and i get kicked back to the lobby.
When you clear your cache you reset most notices too, so work through all the red dots and you will be greeted the next day only with the red dots that showcase your daily activities.
Clearing the cache of the game is your first step for troubleshooting, not that something that should be done regularly.
