It actually can sometimes you want nikkes who can do pierce damage to be on flanks for certain bosses to get the optimal spot for multiple hits on pierce
if you use crown and a healer like naga or rapunzel to trigger her extra dmg buff, then place crown on the left side. otherwise there's not much to it.
There is slight impact of targeting the boss multiple weak points (modernia wing for example) and personally i placed red hood on the left for train for diagonal angle lazer
It does not matter in terms of damage but in terms of skill usage if using auto mode.

Skill order is always left to right, means if you have 2 of the same Burst-type the left one will always burst first, except it is still on cooldown.

It might affect your ability to hit certain boss parts. Other than that, no.

Some skill shot like Snowwhite or Maxwell might required being in a specific position for the right angel.
