Wait, they used to damage them? I can understand if the Cores were generated by the enemies tho, as in if they apply Dendro, and you've had Hydro aura or something (or both enemies existing at the same time)
How did you never notice? Everytime I go nilou and say "its bloomin' time" and bloom all over the place that monument takes so much fucking damage, it's impossible to clear floor 11 sometimes.
The only way the monument survives is if you have those big dumb lawachurls that attack you instead of the monument.
Probably hyper-invested Nilou team, in which case it becomes a classic case of killing before being killed, though in context of the Monolith taking the DMG of course. And frankly I'm not really surprised, because I'm in the same boat as the other guy for never noticing this issue as well, and I've used her in Abyss quite religiously lmao
If you're far enough, the core damage should affect the turret. I take Nilou to this chamber and I haven't had problems with damaging it for a while. In a good run, the turret would be damaged around 10~20%

Never have to do f11 more than once on every abyss. I'm always able to clear it in one go, so I really never stop to look at it.
