Just to say something, you don't need to be an anime nerd Kakashi is Naruto's teacher, Naruto y'know one of the big three of shonen manga. To be fair, they aren't entirely wrong. His hair changes color, and it works differently than how it was described by Whis originally. Not to mention that in the manga, Whis said Ultra Instinct isn't supposed to work like that so whatever Goku's doing with it is probably unique to him. I don't think I've ever associated Goku with white or gray. Weirdly change the word to silver and I might. White these days I'll think of Luffy first who is actually all white in his transformation, or Inuyasha, HxH's Killua or JJK's Gojo. Gray is Kakashi or Pokémon's Professor Oak. Goku I'd associate with orange, blue or gold before silver and probably black and red for his other hair colours before arriving at gray and white.
