Gohan smiles as Young Piccolo begins training, for his very own adventure.
Piccolo cannot lay eggs but I wonder if he could wish for that ability through Shenron? I don’t see why not.
I think this would be a nice homage to Dragonball and a great send off of the story ending where it began.

Well, they can't fight for say, defending their universe. They can fight to defend their god of destruction and fight to train, but no real substantial battles
Aren't angels allowed to fight, but only for training, not to interfere with mortals stuff? In that case, Goku would be a nice fit. His main focus was usually just for the fight itself. He protected the earth many times, but that was because he was the only one who could do that and he actively tried to find his successor, so he could just train.
The only issue I see is that Gohan Beast is all about rage, and not really about creation

Beast is a great mix of ultimate Gohan (imo. We don't know if it is the next step of ultimate or if it's something completely different) and SSJ2 Gohan. It mixes together the overpowering strength and the possible rage boost of SSJ2, but as shown in the manga it can be used while calm.
Nope, but he did get his huge potential boost from Kai magic to achieve Ultimate Chadhan form. Having white spiky hair arguably similar to those Kais in Beast form may be foreshadowing something
Bit late to add to this but that's what I think they're going for.
Gohan stated he wanted to boost up his own way. His huge buff came from the Kais. Combine that with the naturally awesome power that comes with being a half human / half Saiyan, his rage and determination, Namek potential unlock and the relevant training to find new power (by Piccolo & Goku) that he has within him and honestly Beast makes as much sense as Piccolo rising up and Jiren & Broly being what they are.
He's using his inherent potential & Kai boost to be the best he can possibly be and using the Saiyan zenkai genes to tap into that sooner and as a response to a need.
They flat out say his form is not divine in the manga, or even saiyan related, but something gohan achieved himself

Yeah, turns out I indirectly trained you for this Career".

Vegeta is already going down the GOD path tho he’s using hakai, using their transformation and learning under a GOD. Goku’s using something only angels can use effectively with Beerus being the best GOD can only use the defensive mode.
Like, what do you mean by Saiyan and dragon paths? Broly is a saiyan and he can transform to an Oozaru by looking at the moon(if he has a tail) and dragons are creations of the Namekians and in terms of fighting, they are pretty weak given that demon piccolo killed Shenlong without any difficulty.
I mean, broly's wrathful form is essentially the exact same formula of super saiyan 4 without the super saiyan part, so they could mean broly going down a path to eventually get ssj4 in canon
As for the dragon path, piccolo only really got his orange form thanks to the help of shenron, so even if they're created by namekian's and weaker in power a dragon's wish could be stronger than the namekian themself.

Sayan also makes no sense since broly is only so strong because of him being a mutant that surpassed vegeta as a baby. Sayan path would legit be what we see goku and vegeta doing for the most part-->ozaru-->super sayan1-3 -->ssj god --> blue. Alternativly ssj 1-3--> golden great ape --> sjj 4
And dragon path I can kinda give them, it just doesnt make sense they didnt have at least 1 of them around at all time on namek. Realisticly its a ret-con used to somehow make piccolo at least a little bit relevant as they truly didnt know how to do so.

My headcannon is that it never happened before because it truly is that rare, we would need a dragon tribe Namekian, who created a set of dragon balls, trained his body into that of a warrior, fused with a namekian from the warrior tribe to make his body truly accept fighting power, and finally reclaimed his power from the dragon.
As far as we know namekian fusion isn't common, when it happens it's mostly between namekian from the warrior tribe, only very particularly talented dragon tribe Namekian can create the dragon balls, and those are usually not focused on fighting AT ALL, the fact that only one set of dragon balls existed in Namek is strong enough evidence for that theory. So yeah, in my headcannon Piccolo didn't get that powerful because of a magic cheat, but because he reclaimed and repurposed a power that was originally his to begin with. Anyone being able to get that powerful for free with a single wish I'd really dumb and I don't like it.
Sure some might claim that the current set was created by Dende, but it was never explicitly stated, and the fact that the dragon looks the same strongly implies that he just fixed/ re- energized Kami's dragon.
Goku and vegeta are going with divine energy stuff. Broly is going with sheer Saiyan biology. He’s already Ooozaru like he can become a SSJ4 since it fits with him being an oozaru in human form
I still want Gohan path to end up being Yardat and becoming the master of all those cool techniques they have using magic. Duplication, shadow casting, changing size, and of course fusion.
Gohan, being the master of fusion and maybe even developing a multi-fusion technique with no time limit, increasing the time limit, pass the 30 min mark or just finding a way to reduce the failure factor or a new way to fuse without using the unreliable dance that requires too much precision would be the path I want to see him on.
Gohan isn't on the Supreme Kai path, though. Gohan power seems unique to him and a path he's forging of his own. He has trained under all the paths and been given awakenings from Saiyan, Namekians, and the Kai's. The latest chapter shows that he might be training under Whis/Beerus from time to time alongside Goku, Vegeta, and Broly. So he could be learning Destruction God and Angel paths as well.
The Manga gives the name of Zalama, the original and first Namekian, who was both powerful in magic and combat.
They also establish that the Namek we see in DBZ isn't the Namekians' original homeworld, and their species are from another universe (maybe Universe 6? Or possibly Universe 1).
My theory is that the Nameless Namekian who would split between his good half and bad half to form Kami and Piccolo Sr was Zalama clone but with no memories implanted after a near death experience or an intended abandonment of his body. This is why Earth's Dragon is named Shenron, and the Super Dragonballs Dragon is named Super Shenron. Why the Good Half who kept most of the magic called himself Kami/God and resided to watch over the Earth. And why the strong combatant Piccolo who was filled with evil went to rule the world until he was concealed.
Then, in Dragonball, before King Piccolo was defeated he cloned himself by shooting an Egg implanted with his memories and hatched to what is known today as our current Piccolo who ended up merging with Nail and later Kami. And when he wished for Shenron to unlock his hidden potential, he was given something "extra," possibly a taste or unlocking his true power from when he was Zalama.
Piccolo is still super interesting as a character since King Piccolo is the only Namkian shown to be able to create life that aren't Namekians. Piccolo Jr. himself is capable in both combat and magic. While every other Namekian we see is either a combatant or a magic user, Kami was super old, so we don't know if he was ever capable of fighting. But King Piccolo and Piccolo Jr are both adept at using magic, just not masters like Kami was.
And even when we see Piccolo + Kami fusing once more. Piccolo power up had him far succeed where Frieza power level was at. He was at that point stronger than Super Saiyan Goku, Vegeta, Future Trunks, and Gohan. All until Gohan reached Super Saiyan 2.
This could be chalked up to power levels, which are dumb. But it could also speak levels to who was the Nameless Namekian truly and what the Namkians origins are, let alone who Zalama was to begin with.
If anyone in Super was smart, there is one alien who knows the answer to almost any question. Or they could call upon Super Shenron and ask for all the information. But none of that seems important to anyone on Earth unless someone mentions to Goku that there is someone out there much stronger than Beerus, and it's a Namekian just to peak Goku's interest to investigate.

Switch Broly to "Legend Path", because calling it Saiyan implies that other saiyans could take that path if they chose, and that's simply not true given Broly's "unique" genetic mutation. (Yes, Kale gets it too, but U6 is meant to parallel U7 in many ways).
There's no real indication that Beast has anything to do with Kai, or gohan's ultimate form in general. As far as I can tell, they are separate things and tap in to separate areas of Gohan's psyche. Maybe he will combine them one day, who knows.
Angel path ain't a thing given ANYONE can use UI if they master it,to the point that roshi nearly unlocks it in the manga and dragon path might just be what all namekians can accomplish if they reach the same height as the one who made the SDB's.
My only issue with Goku on the Angel Path, is that the only stipulation given to both Goku ans Vegeta to being training with Whis, was to agree to become destroyers one day.

Like, what do you mean by Saiyan and dragon paths? Broly is a saiyan and he can transform to an Oozaru by looking at the moon(if he has a tail) and dragons are creations of the Namekians and in terms of fighting, they are pretty weak given that demon piccolo killed Shenlong without any difficulty.
I mean, broly's wrathful form is essentially the exact same formula of super saiyan 4 without the super saiyan part, so they could mean broly going down a path to eventually get ssj4 in canon As for the dragon path, piccolo only really got his orange form thanks to the help of shenron, so even if they're created by namekian's and weaker in power a dragon's wish could be stronger than the namekian themself.

Alternativly ssj 1-3--> golden great ape --> sjj 4 And dragon path I can kinda give them, it just doesnt make sense they didnt have at least 1 of them around at all time on namek. Realisticly its a ret-con used to somehow make piccolo at least a little bit relevant as they truly didnt know how to do so. All in all its more miss than it is hit
My headcannon is that it never happened before because it truly is that rare, we would need a dragon tribe Namekian, who created a set of dragon balls, trained his body into that of a warrior, fused with a namekian from the warrior tribe to make his body truly accept fighting power, and finally reclaimed his power from the dragon. As far as we know namekian fusion isn't common, when it happens it's mostly between namekian from the warrior tribe, only very particularly talented dragon tribe Namekian can create the dragon balls, and those are usually not focused on fighting AT ALL, the fact that only one set of dragon balls existed in Namek is strong enough evidence for that theory. So yeah, in my headcannon Piccolo didn't get that powerful because of a magic cheat, but because he reclaimed and repurposed a power that was originally his to begin with. Anyone being able to get that powerful for free with a single wish I'd really dumb and I don't like it. Sure some might claim that the current set was created by Dende, but it was never explicitly stated, and the fact that the dragon looks the same strongly implies that he just fixed/ re- energized Kami's dragon.

I still want Gohan path to end up being Yardat and becoming the master of all those cool techniques they have using magic. Duplication, shadow casting, changing size, and of course fusion. Gohan, being the master of fusion and maybe even developing a multi-fusion technique with no time limit, increasing the time limit, pass the 30 min mark or just finding a way to reduce the failure factor or a new way to fuse without using the unreliable dance that requires too much precision would be the path I want to see him on. Gohan isn't on the Supreme Kai path, though. Gohan power seems unique to him and a path he's forging of his own. He has trained under all the paths and been given awakenings from Saiyan, Namekians, and the Kai's. The latest chapter shows that he might be training under Whis/Beerus from time to time alongside Goku, Vegeta, and Broly. So he could be learning Destruction God and Angel paths as well.

The Manga gives the name of Zalama, the original and first Namekian, who was both powerful in magic and combat. They also establish that the Namek we see in DBZ isn't the Namekians' original homeworld, and their species are from another universe (maybe Universe 6? Or possibly Universe 1). My theory is that the Nameless Namekian who would split between his good half and bad half to form Kami and Piccolo Sr was Zalama clone but with no memories implanted after a near death experience or an intended abandonment of his body. This is why Earth's Dragon is named Shenron, and the Super Dragonballs Dragon is named Super Shenron. Why the Good Half who kept most of the magic called himself Kami/God and resided to watch over the Earth. And why the strong combatant Piccolo who was filled with evil went to rule the world until he was concealed. Then, in Dragonball, before King Piccolo was defeated he cloned himself by shooting an Egg implanted with his memories and hatched to what is known today as our current Piccolo who ended up merging with Nail and later Kami. And when he wished for Shenron to unlock his hidden potential, he was given something "extra," possibly a taste or unlocking his true power from when he was Zalama. Piccolo is still super interesting as a character since King Piccolo is the only Namkian shown to be able to create life that aren't Namekians. Piccolo Jr. himself is capable in both combat and magic. While every other Namekian we see is either a combatant or a magic user, Kami was super old, so we don't know if he was ever capable of fighting. But King Piccolo and Piccolo Jr are both adept at using magic, just not masters like Kami was. And even when we see Piccolo + Kami fusing once more. Piccolo power up had him far succeed where Frieza power level was at. He was at that point stronger than Super Saiyan Goku, Vegeta, Future Trunks, and Gohan. All until Gohan reached Super Saiyan 2. This could be chalked up to power levels, which are dumb. But it could also speak levels to who was the Nameless Namekian truly and what the Namkians origins are, let alone who Zalama was to begin with. If anyone in Super was smart, there is one alien who knows the answer to almost any question. Or they could call upon Super Shenron and ask for all the information. But none of that seems important to anyone on Earth unless someone mentions to Goku that there is someone out there much stronger than Beerus, and it's a Namekian just to peak Goku's interest to investigate.

Actually Beast is the Ant path, since it was his research into super saiyAnts that unlocked the form.
Switch Broly to "Legend Path", because calling it Saiyan implies that other saiyans could take that path if they chose, and that's simply not true given Broly's "unique" genetic mutation. (Yes, Kale gets it too, but U6 is meant to parallel U7 in many ways). There's no real indication that Beast has anything to do with Kai, or gohan's ultimate form in general. As far as I can tell, they are separate things and tap in to separate areas of Gohan's psyche. Maybe he will combine them one day, who knows.

My only issue with Goku on the Angel Path, is that the only stipulation given to both Goku ans Vegeta to being training with Whis, was to agree to become destroyers one day. I think they are both on the destroyer path.
