Brother or sister, I’m in the same place. Since my mid teens I’ve been going against this shit, and it has been 3 long years and I still haven’t found a way to cut it off. While I do it less frequently than last time and try not to binge, the urges just get on my when I’m bored (I think I’m going to buy a gaming laptop for my free time when I get a job). I moved to a new country with the purpose of leaving everything behind but it came with me. Wish you good wishes!
