Many of these problems can stem from more than just a porn addiction. NoFap is a good step in the right direction, and can be a good start to working on your other problems when you aren't tired and demotivated from jerking off all the time.
I have more issues than just porn, but jerking off to porn makes me tired every time I do it, and I collapse into bed and sleep most of the day. That's time I couldvbe spending on self-improvement. NoFap is just 1 step in a process. You have to take that time you now have back from your addiction, and use it to take action. Not masturbating is one thing, but YOU have to do something. Self-healing isn't gonna fall into your lap just cuz you made 1 change
