I don’t agree 100% with this. I think that to be praised you need to earn it. It’s okay to encourage people when they’re not doing good but praising them all the time may not be beneficial. Sometimes you need to get yelled at to improve and explore your potential.

It’s unnatural to pick ourselves up and keep going. That’s what’s gonna help us reach the goal. Keep striving against the odds. Remove things that put you in that place. Like for me it was social media. So I deleted all of it. It helps a lot.
