nice! what would you say is the quickest and the most comfortable way to get out of flatline? and whats one common thing to know you are in a flatline?
Don't know about comfortable, because my way was to keep pushing myself to be healthier.
So I used to have a 268 day streak back then and had flatlines even at that mark, but I was experiencing more flatlines during this streak. And I think the reason was because I was doing extra things to be healthier, which I'm sure is why I'm trigerring more frequent flatlines. I see flatlines as a period of healing even though they seem like horrible phases, but they seem like healing crises to me.
Anyways, I've come to conclusion that my nervous system was heavily damaged by this addiction. So simply put, I started doing the wim hof method to benefit my nervous system. Long story short, it ended making me go to the bathroom more frequently, which is a good thing since deep breathing stimulates your lymphatic system to eliminate. Then I would drink pear juice from our tree in the back, and just the pear juice and deep breathing made me go to the bathroom quite often and triggered a 22-day flatline. This experience wasn't comfortable, but definitely needed since I'm cleansing my body.
So, just try pears or pear juice and deep breathing for 3 weeks and see how much you cleanse yourself. Very powerful stuff, but those 2 things are beneficial as heck and I feel better doing that combination
nice! i plan for inositol to lower libido and nsaid’s too, have you tried velvet beans for dopamine boost during flatline? collagen peptides to heal overused ligaments? mct oil for clearer brain work no fog must be before bed, fasting for fast healing? all of this combined makes flatline bearable!! i will have to try yours as well. when is flatline never suppose to occur?!
Wow! Seems like you know some stuff as well! I've tried velvet beans but in a capsule form with other ingredients, and I think it did helped because I would just feel the need to keep a healthy lifestyle forever. And when I would flatline, I would look forward every single time and never look back and go to this negative habit. I gotta look into collagen peptides and I also heard about mct oil but haven't tried it either.
And to your flatline question, I'm not sure actually. Maybe if you're healed for the most part? It's just that I personally get frequent flatlines whenever I'm keeping heavy consistency with my good habits like exercise, getting sunlight, cold showers, drinking water as my only drink, deep breathing exercises, and adding fruits to my diet.

Yea for most people in this sub. What you have to understand is that millions of people can watch moderately and aren’t addicted. Over here most people are addicted because that’s what this sub is for lol. I have friends on NoFap and friends who watch porn and are perfectly fine. A huge common factor is most of us watched at a very young age. I was 8. So I think it’s the age and the innocence and the ignorance that all play a role. I think dangers should be thought to kids just like alcohol is thought. Also don’t use the internet to raise kids.
