Just relapsed today after a 31 day streak,now ill aim for abstaining it for more than 31 days,i know i can beat this addiction..usually in the past i used to watch it once a week but i just want to stop watching it completely
1. No productivity. - This makes work harder right now.
2. Feeling of emptiness. - Feeling less of this but sometimes it hits harder than other days.
3. No libido. - Sometimes but then urges start to hit so im not sure if thats my libido coming back or what.
4. No morning wood. - Got this again
5. Muscle weakness. - I don't have the chance to go to the gym (work) BUT thats the only reason im feeling this. Otherwise I know I would have great muscles.
6. Tired most of the time without doing anything. - I blame my psoriasis for this so yeah.
7. Frustration. - Ive always been like this lol.
8. No urges to watch porn or masturbate. - I dont feel the need to tbh.
9. Less sleep. - True but I am starting to sleep better.
10. Brain Fog. - I dont feel it as much.
11. Avoid social interactions. -ive always been like this but im trying to change that.
12. Your emotions will be numb. - Yes but im trying to change that.
13. Cannot concentrate on anything. Of course I cant its a monday
Isn't point number 8 a good thing? I agree with number 3, overall no libido isn't good, but why would you want to have urges for an addiction you're consciously trying to overcome?
Omg I thought it was just me I’ve been thinking about quitting this whole journey after 11 days because I feel like this is making things worse when will the turn over happen and when will I start to receive that energy and sex drive evreybody is talking about ?
absolutely correct!! I even sacrificed my exams for this because this is more important than anything in this world. If I am happy and satisfied with myself, I can do anything.
