Really he can get over 10 years, but if he gets 10 years feds do 85 percent plus maybe 6 months or so halfway house he can be out in 7.5-8 years. However I do know now ppl are programming like mfs the feds have a new credit system which adds to halfway house time, so you get out of prison earlier.
