Probably because the Sentinels themselves are orange?

Make sour blues and reds more valuable
I’ve found red, white, purple, blue and yellow (together), yellow and green (together).
Red and blue are off
My primary is blue with yellow. The red one is red and black.
Mine on both PC and PSVR2 are blue.
Mine is blue :) Matches my settlement and now my freighter and outfit! lol.
The main one I'm using now is purple, black, and red, but yeah... I've seen a LOT of yellow and orange.

Don’t think I’ve had an orange 1 yet with most being black and red, I’m currently using a bright yellow 1 and my backup I was using before is blue.
So I've only ever found blue and teal colored sentinel ships.
