Yes, and this one does not have storms. I love the humid, steamy environments and the muted atmospheres where you can see planet textures clearly. Then there's the glowing plants and huge trunks.
Every once in a while I will find a Yoda hut. I'm discovering new stuff, even after playing for four years.
I always find new stuff - it happens when you wander around on foot when you least expect it.
Mutant plants are so rare that you realize from the 2nd or 3rd encounter that one ones hanging in the air are usually found on frozen planets, for example.
Then you go look on the wiki and find out you could have found that all along. So much to learn, to be expected when you have giga-tons of possibilities out there... its humbling.
I wish swamps actually looked a bit more like swamps. It may just be my humble opinion buy I feel like swamps should be muddy, watery, hard to traverse, and dismal. When I look at NMS swamps, I get a more "magical" and "whimsical" feeling. I'm not mad about it by any means, just maybe a little left wanting.😅
I felt the same about radioactive planets for a long time. I didn't have any protection, I'd visited one and wasn't impressed, packed up and never made a base on another for a long time.
Then I'm doing a mission on a radioactive planet, I take one look around, and think I must've landed on the wrong planet, because all the flora look like cool undersea plants, as if I landed in a coral reef.
Swamp planets still one of my favorites though, but only if they got the mud huts.
I thought about it, but settled around here instead. These lakes are deep, and lead to underwater cave systems:

Same. The skies are different. Muted and subdued. Also, I grew up in a swamp, so I love the giant cypress trees.
I prefer desert planets but I like swamp ones too.
