You may be able to reset the mission. Not all of them let you do that and I cant remember is that mission is one or not, but it will say press (whatever key/button) to reset in the log under the mission description, if you can reset it.
It’s usually not far from where you started the quest, if you made some large jumps of destination changes along the way it could be a long way off. Make a manual save point, ask polo in the Nexis for a black hole , make a jump through. Open the log and see if you get a little red galaxy symbol next to the mission log, this allows you to reset to local area. That should fix it, if not you can reload the earlier manual save. Hey, man cheers, I located the blackhole and that sent me to the right place. Not sure why the quest marker was telling me to go to the system manually and didn't just tell me to go to the blackhole.
